soooo nobody is talking about Momblank and Dadblank this season, aka Lucy and Ricky the best fake parents
like i know they're not very important to the plot but i??? love them???
they're such a great team and they had such great little moments this season like in episodes 12 & 13. for example, when Aja is talking to the Colonel about joining their side, there's a split second scene where Lucy scoops up Mary and Ricky takes Darcy and they lead them away from Morando and it was just,,, sweet
and in episode 9 when they're impersonating the royals and yelling at the Omens,, the parental energy jumped out as always but it was on another level; like,,,, chaotic good
imaGINE a robot mom from the 50's yelling "its 10pm, do you know where your children are?" as she's slicing up shit. rAW POWER
then in the episode right after,, Lucy doesn't hesitate to blow the trunk door down then sURF on the piece of metal,, wHew cHiLe
when Ricky jumps out of the van and gets a little jogged
i just thought their dynamic was cute here. technically yes, its their programming but they never cease to make me grin
