Is being rich mainly measured by the number of financial and/or material acquisition one can have? Cars, airplanes, stocks, cripto and places traveled as examples? Is being rich all about how to acquire more of these things? That is to say the more the merrier? Do we arrive at happiness once we acquire all these things? If so, what happens then? Does happiness last 5 minutes? 5 years? Forever? If everything would be taken from us in terms of financial gain, would we then be unhappy and feel worthless? Are we nothing without our material acquisitions? Or is being wealthy more about simply wanting less? Aren’t these material acquisitions made for the sole purpose of delivering a feeling such as happiness? Can we tap into this happiness by simply doing things such as being around family and loved ones, a phone call with an old friend, a sunset or simply being listened to by another person for a while? I firmly believe that true wealth and happiness are both inside jobs and feelings we can tap into at any time as we all did when we were little children. This is not to say we should reject all material things at all! You are all kings and queens and deserve nothing but the best out there. I simply intend to shine some light on the fact that all you ever need to be truly happy and wealthy is already inside you and it is your nature to feel this way. Money money money money! I’m going to take some time and talk about money while presenting you with this fine “LA Hates You” wallet. What does money mean to you? Is it freedom? More choices? Success? Power? Is money the main driver for one’s choice of work? Or is it meaningful work? Does money equal happiness? Is having a lot of money the end goal which should result in true happiness? Let’s put it this way: If you were stranded on a deserted island but were sitting on a pile of millions of dollars, how much would your money be worth then? The answer is zero. I believe that money has no intrinsic value. Money is a means to an end but not the end itself. We chase money because we subconsciously want to attain a certain feeling. Notice that power, confidence, joy, happiness and freedom are all feelings. Good news is, every single one of you you already possess the ability to tap into these feelings on command. It is your birthright to do so. All these feelings are inside jobs. One gets to choose to be happy and no one can ever take that freedom away from you. Granted there are heavy influences that could potentially lead someone to choose to be unhappy but ultimately, the choice to be happy is always yours and it’s all free of charge. So my advice here is to let go of the illusion that money equates happiness, focus on meaningful work you truly enjoy and choose to be happy. Then, watch the money become the by-product of this frame of thinking. -UNDSPTD #streetstyle #mensfashion #streetfashion #outfitinspo #outfitinspiration #streetwearstyle #fashionstyle #springfashion #vintageaesthetic #fashionphotography #undsptd #dtla #dtlaliving #dtlalife #historiccore #dtlaart #dtla_everyday #dtlaart #dtlaproud #dtlawanderer #dtlaexplorer (at Historic Core, Downtown Los Angeles) https://www.instagram.com/p/ChsvRhNvsIY/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Generally speaking, showing emotions such as pain or suffering through tears is perceived as a sign of weakness. This is especially true with men, who are expected to never shed a single tear in order to always appear strong. My intent with this design is to shed a new light when showing emotions. Although it may seem that one is being strong by never showing any emotion, I believe that is the one that actually expresses emotions fully that stands tall. Why do I say this? Because it takes a much greater amount of courage to be who you truly are and act as you truly feel independently of what other people think of you. Allowing emotions to pass through us openly is a virtue I definitely stand for. -Gian Frabotti #courage #selfhelp #undsptd (at Undsptdla) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cgco8s5P4XV/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Courage to Suffer… Generally speaking, showing emotions such as pain or suffering through tears is perceived as a sign of weakness. Allowing emotions to pass through openly as opposed to bottling them up only to explode on others later on is a virtue we stand for. #streetstyle #mensfashion #streetfashion #outfitinspo #outfitinspiration #streetwearstyle #fashionstyle #springfashion #vintageaesthetic #fashionphotography #undsptd #lafashiondistrict #dtla #historiccore #dtlaart (at Undsptdla) https://www.instagram.com/p/CgceXJ_vqJA/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Different but Equal design explanation… The message we want to deliver through this design is that no matter how we all look or are categorized on the outside, we are all fundamentally equal on the inside. We all come from different cultures and ethnicities which can sometimes lead to division due to the lack of understanding the simple fact that at the core, we are all equal. What we mean by being equal on the Inside is that we all possess the same fundamental feelings and emotions that make us human. We possess courage as depicted by the lion in this graphic, we possess confidence, love, empathy, compassion, gratitude, faith, hope, curiosity, discipline, will power and fear just to name a few. Furthermore, we all have dreams, we want to find our purpose, we want to contribute to the world, we all have our own fears and ultimately, we all just want to be happy. No matter how we act or may portray ourselves to be on the outside, we are all made up of these same feelings and emotions on the inside. So this graphic is a call for unity of all humans once we understand the fact that we are to celebrate being different while making sure we treat each other with the most love and respect for being equal. #lafashiondistrict #lafashion #undsptd #graphictees #streetweartees #dtla #dtlafashion (at Undsptdla) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cfec2OOlRg1/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
