This is the Impossible burger they are serving at Umami burger. Out of the 15ish years of being vegetarian -> vegan -> pescatarian, this is was the beefiest tasting veggie burger I've had. It didn't "bleed" as advertised but still tasty & glad to try it 😋🍔 ( I might still like Gardien better 👀)

White bean, potato, leek & kale soup. I ended up puréeing the potato & beans for day 2 & adding homemade tempeh bacon on top (with some garlic rosemary toast)
