Doesn’t know much about skateboarding) ? Somehow they met and Ainosuke started to like her. They ended up becoming a couple. Him telling her about him being Adam, his relationship with people and skateboarding. They decided to get married and his aunts didn’t approve it. They got married anyway.

The scent of freshly ground coffee and steamed milk was Y/N’s sanctuary. It was the familiar aroma that grounded her in the whirlwind that was Tokyo, a city that pulsed with a rhythm she was still learning. Her small café, nestled on a street not far from the boisterous energy of Kojiro’s Italian restaurant, was her piece of home in a foreign land. It was here, amidst the gentle clink of porcelain and the low hum of conversation, that Ainosuke Shindo first walked into her life.
He was a man who seemed to belong on a television screen, not in her humble café. With his azure-blue hair slicked back impeccably and his ruby-red eyes holding a politician’s practiced warmth, he commanded the room without a word. Y/N recognized him instantly from the campaign posters plastered across the city. He ordered a simple black coffee, his voice a smooth, low baritone that sent a pleasant shiver down her spine.
He became a regular. At first, their interactions were brief—polite greetings, a shared smile. But soon, he began to linger, asking about her day, about her home country, his gaze intense and focused as if she were the only person in the bustling city. Y/N found herself drawn to the man behind the public persona. There was a flicker of something else in his eyes, a loneliness that resonated with her own.
"He's bad news, Y/N," Kojiro had warned her over a plate of pasta at Sia La Luce, his muscular arms crossed over his chest.
Kaoru, sipping his wine with delicate precision, had been more direct. "Men like Shindo are not what they seem. They construct facades to protect a rotten core."
She knew they meant well. Her friendship with Kojiro and Kaoru was one of the unexpected joys of her life in Japan. They were loud and argumentative, but fiercely protective. She knew they dabbled in some kind of secret, late-night hobby—something involving skateboards and whispered names like "Joe" and "Cherry Blossom"—but she never pressed. She had her own secrets, like the burgeoning crush on the one man her friends seemed to loathe. Ignoring their advice, she agreed to have dinner with Ainosuke.
Their relationship blossomed in the quiet spaces between his demanding political schedule and her busy café hours. He was a perfect gentleman, attentive and disarmingly charming. He showed her a side of Japan she hadn't seen—serene gardens hidden from the city's glare, exclusive art galleries, and the quiet opulence of his family manor. It was in the vast, sterile silence of that manor that he finally decided to dismantle the facade Kaoru had warned her about.
One evening, with a fire crackling in the hearth, he turned to her, his expression more vulnerable than she had ever seen. "There is something you must know about me, Y/N," he began, his voice barely above a whisper. "Something... other."
He told her about "S," the abandoned mine, the crucible of raw, unfiltered passion where rules and societal expectations evaporated under the moonlight. He spoke of the adrenaline, the danger, and the freedom. And then, he told her about his “alternate Ego,” Adam.
His ruby eyes seemed to glow with an almost feverish light as he described his alter ego. The flamboyant costumes, the dramatic entrances, the mask. He described skating not as a sport or Fun like Laga and Reki described it, but as a "ritual of love,” a possessive dance on the edge of destruction. He confessed his history with Kojiro and Kaoru, the friendship he had fractured with his own hands, his obsession with victory twisting their shared joy into something ugly.
"My family... they taught me that love is conditional," he explained, his hands clenched into fists in his lap. "You are loved when you win. You are discarded when you lose. At 'S', Adam never loses. Therefore, Adam is always loved." He looked at her. “I did hurt people because of my skills and unique approaches to winning. I even hurt Kaoru because of it,” he finished
Y/N listened, her heart aching not with fear, but with a profound sadness for the boy who had been taught such a cruel and twisted lesson. She saw past the monstrous, matador-like figure of Adam and saw Ainosuke, a man starved of genuine affection, desperately seeking it in the only way he knew how. She reached out and took his hand, her touch gentle.
"That isn't love, Ainosuke," she said softly. "That's fear. I'm not afraid of you."
His breath hitched, and for the first time, he looked truly unguarded. In that moment, Y/N didn't see a powerful politician or a ruthless skating King. She saw a man who was finally willing to be seen, flaws and all, even if it was only shown to her. And she knew, with startling clarity, that she loved him.
Their bond deepened, built on this new foundation of brutal honesty. Ainosuke began to change in subtle ways. The desperate gleam in his eyes softened, replaced by a quiet contentment when he was with her. He found that her simple, unconditional affection was more fulfilling than the roaring adoration of the "S" crowd. He was still a politician, still burdened by his family's legacy, but he had found a sanctuary in her that was truer than any escape "S" could offer… but they both knew “Adam” would always want that thrill, and she would support that as well.
Besides she watched him go into that mode of Skateboarding or Adam (thanks to Tadashi showing her some old clips from S after some begging), his long board was impressive and that fact that this man danced with ease on it and performed various tricks, how fast he went with such control and her wincing at his “love hug” and "Full swing kiss" which looked like he can take your head clean off but she understood there was no rules in that place if what half the players did in that place. But it was amazing to watch regardless, and she may have liked how that outfit and wild hair look on him, but she will not share that with him yet. Her blush was clear as day while Tadashi gave her a small smile.
One sunny afternoon in the manor gardens, he brought out a simple, unadorned skateboard. "I... I thought I might teach you," he said, a smile gracing his lips. "The real way. Not for victory, just for fun."
Y/N, clumsy and hesitant, allowed him to guide her. His hands were steady on her waist as he showed her how to balance, his instructions patient and kind. They laughed as she stumbled, and in that shared, simple joy, he found the feeling he thought he’d lost forever—the pure, unadulterated fun of skating that a boy named Langa had tried to remind him of. As he held her, sunlight dappling through the leaves, he knew he couldn't imagine a future without her. He proposed right there, amidst the scent of roses and the scuffed wood of the skateboard.
The news was met with glacial disapproval from his aunts. The three women, matriarchs of the Shindo dynasty, summoned Y/N to the manor for an audience. They sat like statues carved from ice, their words precise and cutting.
"A foreigner," the eldest one said, her voice thin and sharp. "With no connections, no understanding of our world. She is entirely unsuitable."
"Ainosuke's future is in politics," another added, looking at Y/N as if she were an insect. "His wife must be a pillar of Japanese society, not a... distraction."
They laid out their objections with cold, logical cruelty. Y/N was a liability, a stain on the family's pristine image. Throughout the ordeal, Y/N held her head high, but her heart hammered against her ribs. It was then that Ainosuke entered the room. He walked past his aunts without a glance and stood beside Y/N, taking her hand.
"Y/N is not a distraction," he said, his voice ringing with newfound authority that startled even his aunts. "She is my future. Your approval is not a prerequisite for my happiness. We will be married, with or without your blessing."
It was the first time he had truly defied them, not for his own selfish desires at "S," but for someone else. For love. The aunts were left speechless, their power over him finally broken and she couldn’t be prouder of her soon-to-be husband.
They married in a small, private ceremony. Tadashi, Ainosuke's ever-loyal secretary and childhood friend, stood as his witness. To Y/N’s surprise, Kojiro and Kaoru were there, too. They stood at the back, their expressions a mixture of skepticism and reluctant support.
"If he hurts you," Kojiro muttered to her afterwards, his voice growling low, "he'll have to answer to both of us."
Kaoru simply nodded, a silent promise in his eyes. Y/N knew it was their way of giving their blessing. But there was a warning if the glare at Ainosuke, who simply gave them a smug smirk, was anything to go by. Although you did enjoy it when Ainosuke let his composure slip because it led to him tapping his feet when he was excited about something. Making y/n giggle.
A few weeks after their wedding, Ainosuke drove them deep into the mountains under the cloak of darkness. The air grew cooler, charged with a wild, electric energy. They arrived at the entrance to an abandoned mine, the roar of cheering and the grinding of wheels echoing from within.
"Welcome," Ainosuke said, his hand tightening around hers, "to S."
The scene was a chaotic masterpiece of light and shadow. Skaters flew down the winding path like phosphorescent phantoms, the crowd a roaring beast of faces painted with exhilaration and awe. It was dangerous, overwhelming, and utterly intoxicating. Y/N felt a thrill of fear and fascination.
A few skaters recognized Ainosuke, and a ripple of whispers followed them: "Adam is here." But he wasn't wearing his flamboyant costume or his mask. He was just Ainosuke, holding his wife's hand.
He led her to a vantage point overlooking the most treacherous part of the course. "This place... it was my only escape," he confessed, his voice nearly lost in the noise. "It was where I could be the person I wasn't allowed to be anywhere else. The person I thought I needed to be to feel loved." He turned to face her, his ruby eyes reflecting the flashing lights. "But I was wrong. My real escape, my real sanctuary... It's you, Y/N. Being with you is the only freedom I've ever needed," he stated, leaning down to give a gentle kiss on top of y/n's head."
He wasn't Adam tonight. He didn't skate. He simply stood with her, explaining the techniques, the rivalries, the history of the world he had created. He was sharing his past, not dragging her into it. As she watched the blur of skaters below, she squeezed his hand, understanding that she hadn't just married Ainosuke Shindo, the politician. She had married all of him—the broken boy, the flamboyant king, and the man who was finally learning that true love wasn't a victory to be won, but a quiet space to call home.
"I think I know how to do your love hug."
"Oh? And how do you know how to do that?" he suddenly felt your arms wrap around him, and he chuckled, "Hm, I guess this one is better."
