SCREAMS okay so happy birthday to @unicornsandbutane, who writes the fantastic tortured-artist-and-scheming-cardinal Baroque AU fic From Raw Materials which you should all absolutely read.

I did take a few liberties, most prominently in that Kylo Ren/Camilo Reni’s fevered thirst apology sketch of Hux/Uccello’s portrait sadly does not actually appear in this scene, but FUCK IT I DO WHAT I WANT and 100% always what I want is to crank the dramatic gay feelings as far as possible.

Also I knew trying to mimic a Caravaggio was a terrible idea going in, because my style and Caravaggio’s have literally nothing in common, but I tried really hard and I’m actually not totally displeased with the end result here??? I HAD TO IT WAS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE OPTION just read the fic okay

This is obviously very distressing as I have years of memories with all of you. I will likely be purging my blog of NSFW art (it hurts my heart to do so) in the coming weeks.

I guess tumblr has decided to fill the hole left by Club Penguin, huh? Or no wait, there’s no more hole filling to be done on this site.

This happened with strikethrough, it happened with the FFN purge. I hope we can all find a stable community to gather in. In the meantime, come find me on twitter and maybe teach an old lady like me how to actually use it. Because I’m turning 29 on Friday, and losing all the friends I’ve made here over the years would NOT be a good birthday present.

As you might know, I work for Great Ormond Street Hospital now. The good news is with their help, I'm currently applying for my work visa so I can stay in the UK for the next few years. The bad news is that the UK government is charging me exorbitant amounts of money to stay in this country. The...

I really didn’t want to have to do this so here goes.

I’m applying for my work visa. The UK government is charging me over a thousand pounds to stay here for the next few years. I just got a new job and house, so money is basically nonexistent.

Christmas is basically cancelled for me. I’m sorry if I won’t be able to get anyone gifts this year.

It would really help if you could donate, even if it’s a couple a pounds you can kick my way, honestly. Other ways to help:
