"Who's your papa?" Raph is too good for this world It seems that I have found a comfortable and quick drawing for myself… I'm slowly starting…
"Show me the world" pt. 3 @somerandomdudelmao senseeeei I'm dying how I want and need to see peepaw Raph not a robotttt, I'll be crying like crazyyyy ;;;O;;;; Thank you @silvermikey1 ;0;
pt.2
Pt. 6 | Pt. 8 Little addition
From this moment she's gonna wear her mask forever.
About red and Casey. "A child by the first 2 - 3 months of life begins to distinguish red" - his mother often wore red, so he has a warm association. When the debris fell on them, Casey didn't cry, because he still saw the red color… I guess that's what saved him. Baby Casey doesn't have the best memory(
Turtles are still around 20-24 years old, forgive them, they are not yet the most responsible... But they will soon for sure ;-;
And not best uncles yet... One day, one day... pt. 7 | pt. 9
6 pt. | 8 pt.
Some pictures in good quality + the ones that I liked to draw the most
Ep. 9 This place may be hell, but this is our home | pt.2
Previous episode Masterpost
I needed something to make my soul feel better....
pt. 4 | pt. 6
I struggled for a long time with the idea of making the same scars as CAS Leo (after all, this is logical, it would be strange if he did not have more scars, including his face, if he is a melee soldier and has no ninpo). But what's the point of drawing something that relaxes me if I can't relax at the thought that he doesn't have scars?
I thought that words in the second half aren't needed…
I also want to point out again, Donnie doesn't exactly "don't see". He sees, just wrong. He sees what he wants/thinks/remembers, not what is actually there. He hears, but does not hear in the direction in which they speak. He sees Leo, Raph, Mikey and Casey as he remembers before he died…
"Show me the world" pt. 4 (end) Pt. 3 @somerandomdudelmao I wanted to see Raph not a robot... I saw... and I was right, I cried like a baby ;~; @silvermikey1 *waves* *giggles*
[ Life of Violence Viability era ] THE END
pt. 15 Masterpost Welcome to the happy end (beautiful animatic)
Well… it's over. The whole story began with just one little whim: to show worthy Raph's death. Then, heavily inspired by the CAS, it grew into a line where they were able to save their planet. The whole story was done without a second thought, just to relax, so I hope it was an easy read. I’m 100% sure that I won’t continue this, so I’ll just put in the text what I wanted to do as an extra 1) I planned another timeskip, about 3-5 years. In the world without important personalities, the surviving mutants from other countries began to believe that they were the highest form of life… so yes, people, in addition to being an endangered species, are also a delicacy now! There should have been Casey's reveal in his mutant turtle form, going to a human auction and fightings in the Onepunchman style, where no one understands why these 4 old men and their... son?.. are so strong 2) Timeskip for another 5-8 years, now Mikey with Leo can safely send everyone to other parallel worlds. Yes, I planned a crossover with the destroyed world of CAS in order to leave the last memory of this world.
By the way, very long ago someone did guess how the story will be called after it's saved)
Part 5 Previous | next
I don't understand why you thought that Raph was under death flag...
Ones hands can tell the story of how they’ve lived… and how far they have come.
I’m a sucker for Good Dad Splinter ever since I watched TMNT ‘03. That rat was gifted sapience and his immediate instinct was kindness. I love that for him.
Rise Splinter lived a rollercoaster of a life, but as a Hollywood star he remembered the names of all his stunt guys and coworkers, and as a prisoner he cared for the rat that shared his cell. His sons are very close and physically affectionate, I think that says something about how he cares? That’s just how I like to headcanon him :)
It’s interesting to explore the idea that a seemingly monstrous transformation is what pushed him to be a kinder human
Leo skeletal anatomy! Click for better quality :)
The way most turtles actually fit into their shells is because their arms and legs are shaped to fit into the loose skin around the openings for their limbs, but on account of their human proportions, I just suspend my disbelief as to how mutant turtles could fit in their shells without the odd configuration to their organs that real turtles have. Real turtles have flat lungs that sit widely along their carapace, which is weird but cool. Turtles shed their scutes (the large flat scales on their shells and plastron) about once a year or if the scutes are damaged. The scutes have barely any skin between them and the bone, which is why turtle skeletons usually have the scutes on still, though they can pop off. The rest of the skin sheds regularly though, instead of in large patches.
For the brothers’, their respiration is much more human than turtle. Therefore, their lungs need to expand and contract with their diaphragm rather than just with their movement, so therefore they must have some flexibility to their chest. Some turtles, like box turtles, already have hinged plastrons, and softshell shells are mostly cartilage, so it’s not too far off to assume that there’s a bit of cartilage just to the upper plastral bones of the hard shelled brothers to give their humanoid lungs room to breathe.
Poor Leo. After the movie, one could assume he’s got a couple broken bones. It kind of made me morbidly curious as to how to describe injuries on a character whose skeletal structure is quite different from a human’s for my own writing!
Feel free to use as reference or disregard, these are just my own little speculations :)
[General][Raph][Donnie][Mikey][Splinter]
How old even are you? Part 2/2
Part 1/2
Oh, poor Mikey. According to the good future comic, there isn’t even a reason for you to age like milk. I’m so sorry for your hair loss
I know there’s a lot of angst about the future timeline, but what if they’re all a little goofy silly about it lol
Also I bet that it’d be way funnier if Casey started getting really cryptic about the future. Like imagine how many pranks he could pull. Guy was taught by these ridiculous turtles who in turn were raised by Splinter, half of their lessons are just practical jokes and dares lol
Free protein lol
Inspired by 1) my childhood dog, who would immediately start chewing faster if anyone noticed him eating non edible things and 2) my brother, who ate a beetle that one time for no other reason than to prove he could.
We also had a moth infestation once when I was a kid, and every time I went to check if the cereal was covered in moths or not, that same brother would tease me to eat it anyways for the extra protein >:p
My childhood dog was a big ol’ Rottweiler! Lovely dog, so gentle even when my ten year old self was trying to pry paper towels out from between his teeth lol
