Human things I like to do to comfort myself:
Eat warm foods such as soup or pasta
Listen to 963Hz
Clean my room- which gets unexplainably messy more often than I'd like to admit
Play my violin
Think about my favourite poems and read through them again
Take many naps
Mess around with fidget toys
Look at the sky through my small window (this is strangely comforting and does not bring about ill feelings)
Eat almond nut butter from the jar
Think about breakfast at 2am
Listen to heavy, grounded music with loud drums/conversely, listening to dreamy, reverb-y music
Change my ringtone whenever I feel down- not that I ever speak on the phone
Remember my humanly trauma and cry
