The Possessed - The Duel

Gagonov challenges Stavrogin to a duel because he picked is nose years ago.  Stavrogin meets him for the duel but confuses the moon with his opponent which enrages Gagonov an causes him to be unable to aim his gun.  At the end of the duel Stavrogin confesses that he just didn’t feel like killing anyone that day, maybe another day would be better.
