im actually too far gone when it comes to thoschei because i spend so much time thinking of the doctor and the master as being two sides of the same coin, with the doctor trying his hardest to perform 'goodness' and the master trying his hardest to perform evil while both of them naturally gravitate towards the opposite that i forgot that the master is actually like. evil.

when people talk about the master as being bad i go "nooo mischaracterisation!" as if his main hobby isnt genocide.

Disney is doing crazy things in the japanese mobile game sphere rn

you may be familiar with disney twisted wonderland, the gacha game in which various disney villains are used as direct inspiration for handsome anime boys. well that game was so successful that disney is trying to do it again but this time they're just animeboyifying whatever

here's mickey, goofy, donald, and chip & dale. yeah they turned mickey & friends into anime boys. they're an idol unit or something. they're technically not anime boy versions of the source characters, they have different names. mickey's guy is "Neo Michel". not michael, michel, like he's french. chip & dale are "Ruska Moncrief" and "Ranka Monk", they have different last names, they're not brothers anymore so that they can be yaoibait instead, anyways this post isn't actually about these guys I'm just setting the stage for the actual humanizations I wanted to show you

They also did monsters inc. And. Well it's obvious from the designs who mike and sully are. but you will also notice. the blonde one on the left. with glasses. monsters inc is kind of famously about just the two guys so they didn't really have a lot of other non-villain characters to take anime boys inspiration from, I guess, so, well,

Yeah it's her. they made an anime boy version of the mean receptionist slug. her name is roz btw, as all of boygachagame twitter has become extremely aware of in the past 3 days as we speculated prior to the release of the full image who tf the third guy was. the anime boy's name is "noah slugger". at this point no parody of the types of things gacha games will make gijinkas of will ever be able to live up to what disney is officially spending their own real money on designing

Falling a little bit in love with the idea of John Watson unconsciously picking up some of Sherlock Holmes' tricks because they've lived and worked together for so long.

When the doorbell buzzes, John can immediately tell whether it's Lestrade or a client because Sherlock monologued about the differences one time when he was bored and the D.I. came in with a case.

After enough announcements from Sherlock that Mrs. Hudson is coming up the stairs, John starts to be able to identify her walking pattern.

Sherlock always pauses just outside and just inside the entrance of 221 Baker Street, quickly scanning for any signs of trouble or Mycroft's tell-tale movement of the knocker. John adapts this into his own habits after a while without realizing.

At murder scenes, after his medical appraisal of the body, John starts looking around for clues that Sherlock might find useful or at the very least interesting enough to keep him on the case. At first John has to force himself to try this (mentally chanting "what would Sherlock look for", I'm sure), but after a while of assisting the detective he slips into it without realizing.

I think the key thing is that, after a time, this and similar become a second nature to John. He doesn't notice that he knows or does these things. And, generally, neither does Sherlock, though he might be surprised from time to time about something that John picks up that he wasn't expected to.
