Sir Patrick Stewart voiced the character of Uriel Septim in Oblivion.

Oblivion is a game famous for how poorly handled its voice acting was (Actors forced to say their lines Alphabetically and with no context given to them, for starters), but not only Sir Patrick Steward was given the possibility to give his lines in the correct order, he had also been debriefed beforehand about what was going on, as he was forced to learn the entirety of the Elder Scrolls Lore before he was even allowed to look at the character.

Sir Patrick Stewart knows all the lore, secret and otherwise, since Anu and Padomay all the way to the end of the 3rd era.

He knows what happened to the Dwemer.
