No sleep

I don’t remember the last time I fell asleep at a decent time. Lately my pattern is that I pull an all-nighter and then finally sleep when I’m so exhausted I have no choice but to do so. I just can’t sleep.

#but when i do sleep i sleep in 17 hours or so #even then i still feel tired #i dont have a problem getting tired i think heck i'm tired all the time #but falling asleep now that's a whole other issue #i'm on my phone to distract myself from thoughts #my phone keeps me awake but then the second i put it down there's another distraction #i talked to my physiologist about it and they gave me techniques #the state of inbetween wake and sleep still stresses me #i had sleep paralysis 7 times in one night once #I think i need to start Ritalin and melantonin again #the side effects really bother me and make me worse in some ways #but i'd rather be functioning but anxiety filled and with thoughts of being posessed than being unhealthy in a way that affects my future #lmao nobody cares i should delete this blog really #not saying it to be dramatic i'm just honestly sick of feeling like i'm talking to myself all the time #i'm so lonely
