I saw this on twitter this morning and it reminded of just how many great ideas and concepts were floating around in the early stages of the Loki series. This is very in character for Loki. He probably would not have thought twice about something like slavery especially on a place like Midgard before the events of Thor 1 but let's put ourselves in his shoes for a moment.

This is a Loki that’s just been ripped out of his timeline, stripped of his clothes, put into different collar, and tossed into the unknown.

He has also just been info dumped his entire life story by some guy, Mobius, who really believes in him for some reason. Of course the first thing he's going to do is kill the slave owner.
