Reading the scriptures because the Word of God encourages me when I'm down, corrects me when I'm wrong, teaches me when I'm clueless and points me in the best direction when I'm lost. The hope that I have in Jesus Christ is the greatest mood changer when I'm really in the dumps, but a good hearted laugh, supportive friends, the company of "sinners" and an opportunity to serve another are also things that help.
