You know what's the scariest thing to consider about Penny and her utilization throughout CartoonMania's history?
Matthew may've done even worse with her and Victor.
In case you didn't know, Matthew actually had an NSFW account on Twitter back when he was still active on there under the name @nsfwmator320.
And although he claimed that he had no association with the account, pretty much everyone saw through the bullshit.
However, in contrast to his main Twitter, Matthew's NSFW account wasn't really archived and the only piece of it that was a piece of art depicting Anne Mermaid completely naked.
So he very well he could've done even more repugnant art of Penny and Victor than he already did.
Like I was saying in my initial post, imagine a story where Penny realizes how depressing her existence is.
-She has no real personality outside of loving Victor.
-Her love for Victor is so extreme and obsessive, to the point where everyone considers her a literal predator.
-She has no hobbies or interests.
-No real friends. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone just kinda hated her for being a total smartass, and once again, being creepily obsessed with Victor.
-And is the main target for her creator's perverted desires and unholy love for children.
Like I said, she would be questioning why Matthew even created her in the first place if he was never gonna give her a real character.
And unfortunately, the answer she'll eventually find out would probably want to make her jump off a building.

So... This might just be the half of the iceberg. If that's the whole thing we saw in internet, what one shudders to imagine what inhuman thoughts lie behind that screen. Maybe even more drawings are still made up today, but I cannot prove since the guy (which I refuse to call him a person) is gladly inactive in this place.
Still can't believe how can a low poly ps2 character ported to 2D animation be a literal key to some guy's barely disguised fetish °_°
(Also, the last part of Penny having an existencial crisis sounds very crude, yet interesting to make a story about it.)
