im planning on getting some vitamins/supplements tmrw to help me f@st, any tips on what to get?
did my first f@st today and reached 10 hourss. its probs more like 21 hours bc of when i last ate but the app says 10 cause of when i started the timer. it was super easy i js drank LOADS of water. ik its not a lot but progress is progress imma try for longer next time! the hardest part was when i js got home frok school n there was so many snacks in my housd that i couldnt eat esp after not eating all day. but yeah first time 10 hours. what do we think? any tips?
