Project 4 - Project Management and Documents

It has been a different type of project to the other GA projects. I've noticed other peoples style of managing a project and documents.

Some of things I have seen which I think has been great in our group were:

1. We had a work in progress folder which which then had other selected folders in them.

2. When it came to our deliverables we were able to copy these work in progress documents to the deliverables easily.

In the future I want to look at using this approach rather than having a rigid filing structure in projects.

Yesterday we tested our second prototype with internal users of laZook. This was our method to test the script and to test the prototype at the same time with the amount of time we had.

From this we sent out to an external user. Watch this space..

Iterating of laZook information. Some card sorting and colour coding. Our hypothesis is now split into task enabled view and data driven view. This will be out A and B testing for prototype 2.

Week 2 We have already started to iterate to prototype 2. We decided that the data needed an improved information hierarchy. Looking for inspiration I looked at the information is beautiful website. Watch this space for more iterations.
