We just finished reading Othelo, an interesting novel filled with hate, love, distrust, honor, and lies. Its your typical love story, but the main difference is that mostly everyone dies at the end, at least the wicked villain got what he deserved. I still feel so sad about the story. Othelo was completely manipulated, he lost his trust to the woman he loved thanks to lies and dishonesty, he didnt want to do it, he still loved her to the end, but apparently, he preferred to maintain his honor. What makes me rage the most is that he was so blind with hate that he didn't even take the time to talk to her and investigate the truth, whatever he heard form other characters was manipulated by Iago. It's preoccupying how far one man could go just to get what he wanted, even something that means not even that much, and also for revenge, he damaged to many people along the path that he took, including his wife, he didn't feel remorse at all, he turned into a monster and a demon just like Othelo said. Hopefully the world is not filled with people that cold hearted, that sort of things could only exist in fantasy worlds, but I know people in this world wouldn't be so naive, and I have faith that there are no people in this world capable of such cruel things, and if there are, make them pay. At least at the end love finds a way. But those are just my thought any way.
