Tbh depends on what side you do it.

If it's his left side then he just notes it in his head so he can get pay back later. If its his right side you're done for.

Immediately snatches you as soon as you try to run away, "Oho what do we have here? a thief?", gets right in your face with this cocky ass smirk that kinda makes you want to slap him and also makeout. Also his grip is intense, you will not be able to wiggle out. After he lost his arm he had to be able to make up that strength so yk.

Benn

Side eye. He looks at you so disapprovingly that you just apologise immediately instead of trying to run away...however this was a trap and he uses the opportunity to SNATCH you off the ground and into his arms. Laughs if you scream tbh. He always has to have the last laugh and he plays dirty, and somehow you manage to fall for these tricks almost every time so he enjoys this immensely. He doesn't even care how "unfair" it is, afterall you're so easy to tease so why would he not indulge-

Buggy

Screams in outrage.

"HOW CAN YOU DO THAT AND JUST RUN AWAY" chases after you😞 really aggressively😞.

Tbh it's kinda cute like in hindsight because it makes him really flustered but like in the moment its like WHAT THE FUCK. yk yk. You better hope he doesn't catch you because he will not be merciful in his pay back, though he would never hurt you. Hes just not used to pda and he definitely has cuteness aggression so he just wants to bite you when you're so sweet to him.

Crocodile

You don't get away.

The second you lean in his arm is curling around your waist to hold you still while he puts all his focus into kissing you back, it's literally like one hand cradling your jaw while he licks into your mouth. He doesn't care if anybody else is there, in fact he enjoys it because he gets to show off that you are his partner. After that he'll keep you with him for as long as possible, doesn't care if you have stuff to do and he absolutely will manhandle you if you try to leave😭.

Mihawk

Lets you run away, like he'll follow you but he just walks and it's somehow way scarier than being caught straight away😟. The look he gives you as you start to step back just makes your stomach flip and your knees go weak. He turns it into some horrifying game which is basically just him stalking you like a predator (👁️👁️). Somehow manages to lead you into a dead end even though you're the one in front ???? "Oh dear, it seems you made a wrong turn hm?". Absolutely will stop if you start getting uncomfortable, he just enjoys teasing you.

Jinbei

Really playful and sweet :(. Laughs so loud because he's surprised and just watches you run off. He will absolutely do the same thing back and it's just so unexpected that it usually makes you forget about whatever you were supposed to be doing. Tries to catch you sometimes depending on his mood, like he'll straight up snatch you from the ground so he can hold you in his arms, HES SO CUTE :(. Also I think he blushes very easily even though he's quite cool-headed.

Rayleigh

Another playful one, tries to catch you in like a non scary way and is absolutely willing to make a fool of himself to make you laugh. Though it he thinks you're doing it in order to tease him then he will give the same energy back. Like he won't give you time to run away, he just steps into your little personal bubble and his hands settle on your waist like steel, "Leaving so soon honey?" RAHHH SHUT UP!!!! He's so fine and he knows it and it makes him despicable.

Smoker & Kid with a s/o experiencing anxiety attacks

a/n: my love, my darling, my angel @werewolfsupersoldier asked me for some comfort with our man Smoker after a scary experience today. since the past days haven't been easy for quite a few people dear to me, i also sprinkled in some Kid because why not get comforted by two grumpy beefy men instead of just one? it's not much but maybe it'll help a little ♡

Smoker

Smoker is a fearless and stoic man, but there are times even he gets worried sick

When he hears what happened over the phone, your shaky voice and your silent sobs at the other end of the line, he drops everything and rushes home to you

You can hear him hastily kicking off his shoes at the door and doing his best not to slam it close because he knows loud noises only startle you more

Smoker always knows where to find you but will still call out your name in the hallway already until his eyes finally find you, his gaze full of sorrow

He’ll sit on the edge of the bed and pull you in his lap, letting you cling onto his jacket as you bury your head against his chest, crawling into the arms you felt the safest in 

Smoker will hold you so tight until he can feel your body slowly relaxing, never pressuring you to talk, just letting you know that he’s here and he won’t go away

It pains him seeing the love of his life that way, knowing there are demons even he can’t fight

He will rub your back in big, slow circles, his chin resting on top of your head while you breathe in his familiar scent, letting it calm you down 

When he speaks to you, his voice is low and a little hoarse, trying his best to hide his worries about you and making sure you feel safe and seen

If you want to talk about what’s occupying your brain, he’ll gladly listen until you run out of words and if you don’t, that’s fine with him too, he understands that some feelings can’t just be grasped with words

Smoker will run you a bath and order food for you both, not leaving your side for the rest of the night

He’ll suggest some activities to take your mind off things, maybe a nightly walk around the block, playing some board games or him reading you a book until you doze off in his arms

He knows his kisses won’t do magic and that anxiety is not just something that will disappear, but he will leave no room for doubt that he is always there for you and that he will protect you from all bad things out there the best he could. You hold his devoted heart in your bare hands, its steady rhythm reminding you how to breathe again.

Kid

Kid leans over you in the dim light of your shared bedroom and much to his shock, you are

When you roll over to your side, your back facing him as you mumble something about ‘just a bad dream’ he will try to suppress his first instinct of yelling at you to tell him what’s really wrong

Kid is not a very comforting person who is good with feelings (especially the fragile ones), but he’s trying. He’s aware that he lacks communication skills as much as patience but he’s known you for long enough to notice you’re in a bad place

He will silently shove his arm underneath you and scoop you up, making you roll over onto his chest where he will hold you so tight with no room to wriggle yourself out of his grip

Trying to channel what Killer taught him he’ll ask if you want to talk about it and if there’s anyone he should beat up for you, clenching his fist when he hears your muffled sniffles against his bare chest

Kid hates seeing you like this but even more he hates the feeling of helplessness that overwhelms him, not being able to make that anxiety of yours go away

At least he knows that sulking in those heavy thoughts in bed won’t make them go away, quite the opposite, so he will take you with him to his workshop, sitting you down in his lap and showing you all the things he’s been working on recently

Talking about those things helps distracting you a bit, he even lets you touch some of his work, tightening up a screw or soldering some things under his watch, his face so close to yours that your cheeks are touching and your hearts beat in unison

He even compliments you for your tiny hands because you’re able to do the more finer works for him, like engraving your names in the matching bracelets that he’s been working on for you (though he will roast your handwriting)

Kid’s heart will feel a little lighter when he sees you smiling again, knowing he could at least temporary lift that heavy veil of anxiety from you

His lips will find yours, smudging his lipstick all over your face, a silent promise of how he’s always going to be there for you. When he pulls back a mischievous smile will flicker over his face, his hand on your hips gripping you tighter in excitement. He got an idea on how to keep your anxiety away for a bit longer…

it was the first and longest time mihawk had been away from you in quite a while. and he didn’t like, not one bit. in fact, he hated it. so, mihawk dropped everything he was doing to return to you. on his way home he couldn’t help but rehearse asking you those for words, “will you marry me?”

for benn, the moment comes when a stranger in a bar hits on him. he doesn’t even let the stranger finish their sentence before he’s shutting them down with a stern, “not interested.” to benn’s dismay the stranger doesn’t relent, instead pushing further, “what? are you married or something? i don’t see a ring.” benn pauses for a second before replying over his shoulder as he walks back to your side, “im about to be.”

law decides he’s going to propose to you in the midst of his revenge plan on doflamingo. tensions were high and honestly, your relationship was one of the last things on his mind and that was made clear when his temper shortened, and he found himself snapping at you more than he should. law was sure the relationship was at its breaking point, but you never left his side - not once. instead, you looked him in the eyes and spoke with your whole heart, “im not leaving you. you can shout at me, get angry, whatever. but i will always be by your side.”

Yeah he’s saying this now, but he really was worried for your health more than he ever was for his own.

I'm not sure I like this one so much but I've been a little busier this week so I hope it's enjoyable anyways.

Established relationship, suggestive in some parts(Law, Kid) so mdni.

Might have some very minor spoilers if you aren't past the timeskip, in Robin's part and it's a brief mention of someone the strawhats team up with. There's also a slight reference to some details about Killer but no specifics.

Luffy

Your entire face! Especially while you're smiling, he just cant help the giddiness that bubbles up inside him when he sees you smiling or laughing...so he has to let it out by giving you lots of little kisses on your face ://). His arms stretch out to wrap around you, bundling you two together while he grins and starts his onslaught, once he's got you there's no escape.

Also when he kisses you on the mouth he always cups your entire face with his hands and pulls you into him, pressing his lips to yours in-between soft giggles.

Zoro

Forehead/temple. It's easy, it's quick, he just swoops in with a little mwah and then he's gone before you can even register it. Especially loves to do it before a fight because he thinks it's good luck. It really can throw him off if he hasnt kissed you at least once that day so usually he tries to get one in every morning when you wake up. Absolutely melts if you kiss him on the forehead back.

Once he gets used to you kissing him then he's constantly asking, but instead of asking normally he just stares at you for a long while before leaning towards you and tapping his forehead very pointedly.

Sanji

Cheek. (Not that kind of cheek...although-)

Anyways he thinks it's a very sweet place to kiss, and he likes it because it can be both chaste and teasing. For example if it's just a quick soft kiss then it'll be closer to the apple of your cheeks, but if he wants to tease you he'll kiss directly next to corner of your mouth or right by your jaw.

Sometimes purposefully teases you in front of others because he knows it looks innocent from an outside perspective so you can't tell him off for flustering you. Though it's easy to turn the tables, just wear a little bit of shiny lipgloss and he won't be able to concentrate at all, this is when you give him a nice chaste cheek kiss of your own and go on your way. He stands still for so long his cigarette ends up burning out.

Usopp

Your hands. It's subtle but intimate enough that he feels comfortable doing it in public. Usually you link pinkies while walking around or sitting together so whenever he has to let go, for whatever reason, he'll swing your joined hands up to kiss your knuckles. The way he does it is so different from how he reacts to affection normally that it makes your knees go wobbly, it's probably about the only thing he does with full casual confidence.

Eventually he notices the effect this has on you and it actually really helps him develop confidence in other areas too. And if you do it back he gives you this lovely warm smile and he's just so so pretty.

Nami

Shoulders. I'm not sure why but i can just imagine her dropping a delicate kiss to your shoulder as she walks past on deck, or her rolling over in the morning and just giving you lots of light little kisses on your decolletage. Especially loves it if she's taller than you, even if only by a few inches. She also loves standing with her arms tossed over your shoulders, torsos as close as possible while she leans on you.

She really loves to kiss you here in public too, she feels like it's not too exposing but definitely can't be mistaken as platonic, she'll have you sat on her lap in a bar or something and after every sip of her drink she just leaves a gentle but sticky kiss.

Robin

Your lips. She's a woman that knows what she wants alright, and she is highkey obsessed with your lips. She thinks they look so soft and inviting and she's constantly fighting off the impulse to kiss you whenever you converse. It was a pretty serious problem for her before you got together. She just thinks they're so pretty and your beautiful voice and smile come from there too.

She also always kisses you at inappropriate times. After the alliance with Law began, she once kissed you while he was explaining a plan and the glare he levelled you both with was unreal.

Law

...stomach. He's obsessed with the shape of your body in general but there's just something about your stomach that makes him want to bite you(lovingly). If you wear a crop top and/or low rise jeans he practically explodes, he just can't help it. Fully spends hours sucking love bites into the skin there. Loves making you stand in front of him while hes sat, hands tight on your hips, leaving a trailer of wet kisses as he gets lower. He only makes you stand because he likes to see your knees tremble.

Now he's very reserved but he will kiss you in public if he can 1. do it stealthily and 2. inconvenience you in someway like making you too flustered to talk.

Kid

BASTARD! Neck. He has no shame and his kisses are always very intense so he will absolutely give you a hickie while you're talking to someone. You've learned to ignore him but you've also learned that makes him worse. The correct route is to give him a hickey in return, his neck is very sensitive so he folds so quickly. Though he will take revenge later so keep that in mind.

Absolutely hates it when he wants to kiss you but can't, like if you're out of his reach or asleep. Will sulk until he gets the chance to kiss you again and then he's all over you, doesn't let you leave his arms until all your exposed skin is covered in his signature lipstick.

Killer

Now there's minor logistics problems here so I'm going to talk about it in two ways.

At the beginning of your relationship, he absolutely adores it when you kiss his mask. Thinks the sentiment is so cute and the first time it happened he blushed so hard that you could practically see steam coming out of the gaps in his mask.

If you've been together for a really long time and he's comfortable enough to take his mask off then he loves just kissing you anywhere he can reach. He's just obsessed with being able to actually touch you when you're alone. Though the incidents in wano would set him back quite a lot in terms of insecurity, he still finds comfort in hiding away with you in his room, exchanging soft words and softer kisses.

Drunk One Piece Men Not Recongnizing S/O (Various One Piece Men x Reader)

Characters included: Usopp, Buggy, Eustass Kid Content: Fluff, crack, the boys just getting so drunk that they are like "who are you??? sorry i have a s/o", maybe a bit of angst. Mention of alcohol as the boys are drunk, curse words. GN reader! (tell me if there's any gendered terms I'll fix it.) A/N: Got this idea from seeing a tweet showing a screenshot of the one time someone's partner who didn't recongnize them due to how drunk they were. Also trying to find the time to write while being in college sucks. Also tumblr fustrated me so some things may be a bit iffy as it kept not wanting to process the post so i couldnt make some edits but I did my best to work around it and get it to a point where it would be at least decent. I hope you all enjoy!! I might make a part 2 to this at some point, we'll see. H/C = Hair color ofc.

Usopp

He didn't mean to get that drunk, drunk enough to where he wouldn't recongnize his own girlfriend. It had just happened. How did it happen? Well how it happened is that he got into an drinking competition with Zoro first. Did he want to get into this competition? No. Why did he agree? He doesn't know. What were the result? Well of course he got his ass beat, but not without getting superrrrrrr drunk first. Like there is no beating Zoro at a game of drinking. You went to collect your boyfriend, figuring it was time for both of you to retire for a night. You didn't want your boyfriend to get into any trouble in his drunken state. You grabbed his hand with a quick "Let's go to sleep Usopp." Only for it to be yanked away with a drunken glare and a "Who are you?" as this man looked as serious as a drunken man would look. You had furrowed your eyebrows as you said "I'm your partner??" You were just standing there, super confused and usure of what to do. He doesn't recongnize you?? How do you get so drunk that you don't recongnize your partner that you've been with for a long time. Would you ever figure out the answer? You didn't know. Maybe, maybe not you'll see eventually. Suddenly Usopp screeched out an, "No, you aren't my precious Y/N?? ARE YOU A STOWAWAY???" He had a finger pointing right at you, as if he's accusing you which he is. He just stared at you, face flushed red and unsure of what to do. Should he keep this a secret?? There's a stowaway on the ship, what if they're a danger? Oh no, he doesn't want to fight. Maybe he should just run away, let one of the other crewmembers find them and handle them. You just stood there before saying a "I am Y/N though????? I am also not a stowaway, I live on this ship! Wait... Am I reallyy??? Who am I even???" Cue you now having an external crisis because of your boyfriend. Maybe you are a bit drunk as well, or it's because of the fact you and Usopp tend to share the same brain cell 99.9% of the time but now you are just standing there thinking. It is really true that you both share a braincell, even when one of you is sober and the other is drunk there is no seperating ya'll now, you're basically soulmates. Now cue the both of you breaking down crying, Usopp screaming "WHERE IS MY PRECIOUS Y/N! WHO IS THIS PERSON???" You screaming "WHO AM I??? AM I THINK I AM WHO I REALLY AM?" You both sobbed, questioning reality and what is really happening around you both, not noticing the whole crew who is there watching you both and laughing at the chaos that is happening as you and Usopp drop to the floor. Eventually you both just passed out into the world of dreams and the crew just left you on the floor of the kitchen. Usopp was the first to wake up in the very early hours of the morning. He was confused as fuck as to why you both were on the floor in the kitchen. He also had a killer hangover so that didn't help anything. After some time he managed crawl over to you and shake you awake, you had woken up with a confused hum asking a, "Do you finally recongnize me?" Looking at you with a confused look on his face he said a simple "Huh? Of course I recongnize you!!!" He scratched his head before realizing the room they were currently in on the ship before asking an "Why are we in the kitchen?" You only chuckled before answering his question, "Well you got so drunk that you didn't recongnize me. I guess we just both passed out here." He blinked before he responded with an answer you expected from him, which was "Oh. I do not even remember that happening." You just smiled at your sweet yet confused boy "Yeah, you also made me question who I am as well as if I was actually a stowaway or not." You actually both began to laugh together about what happened last night. You both laughed at eachother and at yourselves. You both loved that about eachother, allowing yourselves to laugh about eachother being drunk or in their own extential crisis. The fact that the situation is a mix of both is even funnier, which is why you both cannot stop talking and laughing about it.

But unfortunately, the fun didn't last for long as soon enough some of the crew appeared due to it being breakfast time. While at breakfast they began to tease you both for what happen. It happened all throughout the day, the crew never let it go until a week later. So let us just say that you swore to yourself to never let Usopp get that drunk again, you won't be able to handle the consequences again. Or well, at least not in front of everyone. You would both do it in private areas, but if anyone saw you again you could swear you'd explode on the spot.

Buggy

It all started from a party that the Buggy himself and his crew had hosted on the ship. Everyone got a bit drunk, or super super drunk. Including you of course. Your boyfriend wasn't an exeption, you didn't see it all happen as you decided to go back into your shared room in order to sleep. For some odd reason, drinking just makes you tired. Unfortunately, you can't seem to fall asleep, even though you are really exhausted. It seems as if some unearthly figure heard your pleading cries to fall asleep and caused your wasted boyfriend walked into the room, slumped over and murmuring words under his breath. You released a sigh of relief, maybe with him beside you you can fall asleep. You hope so at least, but it turns out everything wasn't in your favor. "Finally you're back, please join me in bed so we can both sleep." You mumbled out, grogginess in your voice. He seemed silent for a moment before speaking up with an "Sorry but I have a partner." He is just standing there and looking at you with judgemental eyes, kinda making you a bit nervous yet confused. "But I am your partner Buggy." You had replied to him, more awake and confused as ever as to why your boyfriend doesn't recongnize you at all. Normally he would, even while drunk. Did he get hit by some devil fruit power you didn't know about? Or what about some magic spell? Is he high?? Did the crew get their hands on some wierd things and so it is making him not recongnize his own partner? He just shook his head, saying a "No you aren't Y/N, they have (H/N) not hair that keeps changing colors constantly to different colors... How do you have your hair do that? You should tell me your secret stranger... maybe then I'll forgive you for being in my room and in my bed." He then walked over and opened the closet you had in the room. You watched him, knitting your eyebrows as you were unsure of what he is thinking or doing. "If you say so." You sighed, eyes widening as he got into the closet. "Why are you in the closet?!" You almost shouted out, definately noting this down into your head to tell the crew during the day. He responded with an, "Well I obviously can't sleep in the bed since you aren't my girlfriend so I am picking the next best option, the couch. Goodnight." It was as if the answer was simple and easy to know as he had litterally sat himself into the closet and passed out after he had closed the closet door. He never realized that that isn't the closet. You simply just shook your head and accepted the fact that you would never fell asleep that night. He woke up with a very sore back, an extreme hangover, his legs also hurt due to the position he was in. He litterally screeched out a "WHY AM I IN THE CLOSET???" when he had realized where he was at. Once he had stepped out you simply looked at him, blinking before saying "You just got into it and slept there." He soon yelled out an" WHY DIDN'T YOU STOP ME????" He crossed his arms over his chest, staring you down. "Well you wouldn't come to bed." You said before clearing your voice and continued though imitating his voice with a "You aren't my partner, my partner has (H/C) not hair that changes color to that of the rainbow." "I would never do that, and why didn't you make me sleep on the couch?" He questioned, now tappin his foot. "Well apparently to you the closet was the couch." You replied to him. "That's impossible! I would never do such a thing!" He semi-yelled as he made an X with his arms, shaking his head. "Yes you did, don't deny it." You hummed, stretching your arms out towards him, before adding a "Now come here and join me, I haven't been able to sleep so maybe we can both sleep cuddling this time and I can finally get some shut eye." He had huffed out a "I still don't believe you." Though he still went and got into bed beside you, pulling you onto his chest. "Just go to sleep." You chuckled, shaking your head with a smile saying "Alright, you should get more sleep so you can heal your migrane and sore bones. "Sounds good." He said, you both falling asleep, cuddled up together.

"Goodnight." You said, smiling, enjoying the cuddles. "It's morning." He huffed out. "I don't care, goodnight." You retorted back at him. "Fine, goodnight." He huffed out, as you both finally fell into the world of dreams and sleep.

Eustass Kid

The crew had docked onto the next island you all would be stopping at for at least a day or two, in order to stock up on supplies and repair anything needed repairs on the ship. It was night time and the crew had decided to go out to a local bar and drink. You had stayed behind due to having of caught a bit of a cold. You knew that Kid wanted to stay behind to at least make sure you dont die. You had to reassure him that you just needed some rest and he could go and have fun with the crew. You knew he could be rough, and seem a bit rude with his insistance, but you also knew that he isn't perfect when it comes to showing his emotions. It was his own way of showing he cares of course, he doesn't mean anything in a bad way and you admire him for doing his best to show his worry. You shifted in the bed, seeming to wake up from a small nap you were having. You then heard the door open and a drunk Kid stumble into the room in the process. You smiled saying a simple "Welcome back honey." Kid's head turned to look at you before his eyebrows furrowed as if judging you. "Is something wrong Kid?" You had questioned your boyfriend before sitting up. He simply growled before hissing out a "Who the fuck are you." You raised an eyebrow saying "I'm your parner Kid. I'm (Y/N) are you so drunk you don't recongnize me?" He stared at you for a few moments before saying "Stop lying and get out of my room. Why are you even on my ship? Get off of my fucking ship!" His voice rising as he picked you up and put you outside of the room. You didn't even know what to do, you were too stunned to do anything. You just accepted the fact you'll probably have to stay in the hallway tonight. Hopefully he comes to his senses when he wakes up in the morning, knowing him he's already asleep. You too fell asleep in the cold hallway. Soon enough morning came and Kid woke up, grumbling as he wondered why you weren't in bed. He just figured that you had gotten a head start for the day as you often did. He groaned and got ready before heading out of his room. Though he felt his foot bump against something as he went to walk out. "What the fuck." He mumbled under his breath, looking down to find you sleeping on the ground looking even sicker than before. Kid huffed picking you up and bringing you into the room, setting you onto the bed which had woken you up in the process. You mumbled a "Kid...?" Barely being able to talk. "Why the fuck were you sleeping in the hallway? Now you're even more sick than before you fucking idiot!" "You kicked me out..." You rasped out, eyes gazing hazely at his blurred out face. "I would never fucking kick you out of our own room." He said, narrowing his eyes trying to remember what had happened last night. You simply said a "You got so drunk that you didn't recongnize me... So you kicked me out in your drunken state." His eyes slightly widened as he remembered what had happened the night before. He muttered an "Oh shit." Under his breath. Guilt filled his eyes as he realized the fact he's the reason as to why you got even more sick. "I'm so fucking sorry babe." He grumbled before pulling the covers over the bed. "I'll fucking make it up to you." He did. You would go on and reassure him that it's fine, but he didn't accept that it was fine. He made sure you got better, and would even give you all kinds of gifts to show you how sorry he was. He also promised you to never get into that drunken state ever again. He kept that promise.

You had grown used to the now familiar tugs at your wrist, courtesy of Kid. A while back, he presented you with a hand crafted bracelet that seemed to have no apparent purpose. However, it did not take long for you to realize its function.

“Here,” he said, dropping the bracelet into your hands.

You examined the metallic bracelet, taking note of the intricate designs and its beauty in the craftsmanship. You looked up at him confused and asked, “What’s this for?”

“Just put it on,” he grumbled. “You’ll figure it out.” You followed his instructions and slipped the bracelet onto your wrist. The next moment you found yourself being pulled by your wrist into his arms. As you crashed into him, you looked up at him slightly flustered at the sudden close contact. He simply smirked at you and responded with, “You get it now?”

The bracelet has become a silent communicator of Kids desires. Whether he wanted to hold you close, steal a kiss, or simply share a moment together, the subtle magnetic pull was your cue. The bracelet even served as a form of protection. You sighed, not buying his act. "You're not a good liar, especially when your face looks like that and you sound like you're about to kill anyone that speaks to you," you retort, walking over to him. You placed your hands on his stump, and he pulled away just as quickly.

"What the hell are you doing?" he questioned, cautiously.

"Let me help you," you insisted, placing your hands on his stump once more. This time, he did not pull away. You carefully unwrapped the bandages and a small sigh of relief escaped him as the compression was released. "Where does it hurt?" you asked, your fingers lightly tracing over the flesh. 

He hissed and gritted his teeth, responding with, "Everywhere. Feels like it's still there."

"Phantom limb pain?" you asked.

He hummed in acknowledgment, and you nodded, understanding the source of his discomfort.

As you traced your fingers over his stump, searching for the spots that caused him pain, you could feel the tension slowly fading. Kid still eyed you cautiously, but there was a hint of gratitude in his gaze. 

Finding a particularly tender area, you applied gentle pressure, pulling a low groan from his throat. "Easy there," he grumbled, but you could sense the bit of relaxation behind the harsh tone. You continued, your fingers working to massage the area with a slow and gentle touch.

The room fell quiet, with the silence broken by the occasional grunts and the sound of your hands massaging the shape of where his arm used to be. Kid's shoulders, which were initially tense, began to ease. The scowl on his face softened, replaced by a face of complete and utter relaxation.

"Better?" you asked, your fingers slowing their movements.

He let out a sigh. "Yeah, feels nice…" he admitted.

You pulled back, giving him a kiss on his cheek before returning to what you were doing before. Since that moment, you found yourself helping him out with these uncomfortable states quite often. You are the only one he seems to trust to do such things. You know Kid loves you when he lets you help him in a vulnerable state. - - - All days concluded in the same way: you wrapped in Kid's large arms, his kisses covering every part of your body—a show of pure affection. In a world that thrives on chaos and where tomorrow is uncertain, cuddling with him like this became a comforting constant in your lives. 

“Why do you always have to be so damn cuddly?” he grumbled playfully, his lips curving into a smirk as he planted another kiss on your cheek. His actions, contradicting his words, revealed a vulnerability that only surfaces in these moments

You adjusted in his arms, meeting his gaze with a teasing glint in your eyes. “Maybe I just can’t resist your charm,” you countered. He scoffed, maintaining his tough exterior, yet his tightened grip around you silently conveys that he loves the affection just as much as you do. Kid’s fingers traced absent-minded shapes and patterns on your skin, a gentle touch that only you got to feel.

These nights naturally progressed into whispered conversations between the two of you. You find yourselves opening up about thoughts and fears, sharing vulnerabilities that he only entrusted to you. As you both drifted into sleep, his hold remained tight on you, keeping you close and secure throughout the night. You know Kid loves you when you become an anchor in his life.

Notes: I'm in a terrible mental state rn, kinda relapsing. OP hyperfixation fixes stuff so I decided to write some HC how they would act when noticing their SO is struggling with an ED.

Trafalgar Law

he had a bad feeling about your eating habits a while ago

noticing you rush to the bathroom after every meal and "showering" excessively

but didn't mention cuz he knows to leave people alone (he's the same tbh)

it hit him during the monthly physical examination

he listens to your heartbeat and notice it being really low

"y/n, would you step on the scale?" he asks in a cold but also concerned tone

as he notices you getting anxious when standing in front of that thing, he sighs and puts a hand reassuring on your shoulder

"it's ok. I'm here. Just step on it, please." his voice still concerned but warm and soft

he looks at the low numbers in shock and takes you carefully from the scale before you can see the numbers

"y/n-ya. What's wrong?" he'll take your cold hands and sits right in front of you

if you break out in tears, he'll just sit there and hug you tightly, til you calm down by yourself

if you stay cold and stubborn, he'll get annoyed but also takes care of you

either way, you talk a lot and will make a rehab plan, he'll watch over you as much as he can

he won't miss a moment to show you how much he loves and cares for you

"you're the most beautiful soul I know, y/n-ya."

"I know it hurts, but I cannot lose someone I love dearly, again."

"We get through this, ok?"

all in all, he's a doctor and acts like one, but he'll support you whenever needed

Eustass Kid

he notice during working out together

the last times you'd been skipping meals and even alcohol, working out without him even in the middle of the night

first he thought you'd simply want to get stronger than him and teases you daily

but on that day you've overdone yourself, your body can't take it anymore and you get dizzy and weak all of a sudden, letting the weights fall down with a thud

"y/n?! Fucking seriously?" he first yells at you (rule: never let weights fall down)

you sink on your knees, mumbling sth like you'd be fine

"Fine my ass!" he swears and lifts you up to carry you to his room

"what the hell are you thinking?!" he's clearly pissed

he'll put on his too big warm clothes and coat, still staring at you angrily

forces you to drink water and hot tea, he still stares at you

"so what the fuck is wrong with you, y/n?" angry, annoyed tone

when you start to cry, he's overwhelmed and feels bad not being able to help, so he just sits there and pets your head

when you glance back and pout/get angry you'll get into a fight and storms out throwing the door

just to come back and hug you tightly after finally understanding

his soft side comes out when you tell him you feel weak and ugly and fat

he laughs: "stupid girl/boy! you're the strongest pirate I know! and the sexiest! besides me"

if you don't or don't smile enough (which will be most likely the case), he'll just tower over you and wrap you up in his arms, roaming with his hands over your body and repeat how amazing you are

he'll get overprotective, remind you to eat enough through the day (sometimes forces you to)

He makes you different playlists to lift up your mood

also he'll seek help from Killer from time to time (but won't tell you)

Sanji

He’ll notice when you stop joining to cook in the kitchen

Notices your rapid weight loss really quickly

Sits down next to you, lights up a ciggy and asks worried what’s wrong

Poor boy thinks it’s his fault

Eventually he’ll tear up and just hug you, telling you how much he loves you

“You can tell me everything, ma chère!”

You instantly felt understood and tell him

He’ll look at you in shock, not understanding how such a beautiful person can think of themselves like that

“But you are the most beautiful woman/man, I know, y/n-swan”

He cups your face and gazes into your eyes before kissing you softly

“We get through this, together. I promise.”

And he’ll make it true. He’s the most supportive boyfriend

Forehead kisses, reassuring soft hugs and touches, always keeping an eye on you

Spa Days, telling you every second how much he loves and adores you, would never force you but beg you to try his food at least

Makes the most delicious looking meals

Reads all about EDs so he won’t accidentally hurt you even more

Will hold you in his arms when you’re freezing or crying

Hides the scale

All in all the perfect man

Bartolomeo

He’ll notice when following you to the bathroom after dinner

Already had a bad gut feeling about your bruised up and red hands

He holds them all the time so he knows their appearance by heart

“Y/n-chan? Are you ok? I’m here for you! Are you sick?”

Music plays from inside and the tab runs

When you came out after minutes, eyes swollen and red, hands wet and even redder than before you’ll earn a concerned look

“Don’t tell me you’re fine, y/n-chan.”

Weirdly sniffs and notices the smell of vomit

Eyes in shock and starts crying

“No no no no my dearest y/n-chan!! Please don’t tell me it’s true!”

Wraps his arms around you in a tight embrace, crying his eyes out

Overdramatic as fuck

Eventually taking your weak body to a quiet room, cleans your face and gives you something to drink

Will listen to each of your words really carefully to understand

Always pleasing you, always bring you water and tea, will not force but desperately beg to you eat something

Will accompany you to the bathroom any time, watching that you don’t hurt yourself anymore

Around you 24/7, will provoke and beat up everyone just trying to say something bad about you

Literally overprotective l, like a guard dog

Will try to lift your mood by telling stupid jokes and stories, tattle about Law and other “not cool non strawhats”, showing off his collection

Proud as hell every time he’ll make you laugh and forget that illness for a second

Corazon/ Rosinante Donquixote

He’ll notice when picking you up as usual

“Y/n, you’re so tiny?!”

Shocked at first and lifts you even higher

Can’t believe you’re that light, you’ve always been to him, but now it’s different

Immediately throws you over his shoulder, covering you with his warm feather coat

“We’re going to a doctor, no back talk.”

His tone is stern but also warm and caring

Carries you to different doctors and hospitals, always holding your hand or thigh to show you he’s there

Will yell at anyone who says that can’t treat you

Throws literal tantrums at some doctors for being “incapable”

Will end up trying to fix and heal you himself

Showers you in love and care, eg bringing you water, tea, let’s you borrow his lighter to fidget with (even lend you his cigarettes if you smoke)

Will always smile at you and be more clumsy on purpose to make you laugh again

Will cook for you, whatever you want, burns it a few times by accident

Let’s you wear his clothes, when you feel bad about your body

Or wraps you up in them to get you warm

Will be extremely careful when touching, hugging or lifting you up

Afraid he’ll break you

Will inform himself about EDs to make the best of it

Never leaves your side, towering above or behind you, so no one can hurt you

Even lends you hit hat from time to time if he can’t be around for a moment, so you won’t feel alone

Gets sentimental when you sleep and he drinks, petting your head, sits right next to you talking about how beautiful and amazing you are

Only one bed trope/ Being forced to share a bed for the first time (Trafalgar D Water Law, Eustass Kid, Charlotte Katakuri)

Trafalgar D Water Law

- "Why are you looking at me like that?"

The most unaffected looking of all. Only seeming unfazed. He's slightly bothered by the inconvenience. To be clear, not because of you, but more because he's used to sleeping alone at night. There were times in which you napped next to him as he studied and he thinks it should probably be the same thing.

- Law doesn't want to make a big deal out of it but it's something new to him as well. You'll understand this because he's somehow a bit hesitant in his actions and words. He'll pay close attention to your reactions and try to act in tune with you like he's testing the waters without wanting you to notice a change in his attitude.

- He wishes for silence as you lay down to go to sleep but realizes that it feels so damn odd. So please try to say something. You two will conversate for a while, staring at the ceiling, some space between your bodies. Law starts to relax bit by bit and you can hear it in his voice that's becoming more softer.

- He falls asleep the last because of his many thoughts and plans for the next day. However, when he glances over you and notices how peaceful you look, his thoughts go silent. He also feels relieved to have you next to him resting safely for some reason he doesn't want to admit.

- Because you fall asleep before him, Law allows himself to whisper a barely audible goodnight to you.

- As motionless as he is when sleeping, in the morning you'll probably wake up with his head on your shoulder and an arm over your torso. You won't get a reaction from him when he wakes up like that, but be convinced that deep down he starts thinking about how he really had a good sleep next to you.

Eustass Kid

- "Sucks for you to sleep on the floor tonight."

Kid will blurt out casually, at the sight of the single bed in the room. He bets that you think he's joking when in reality he's serious. But it turns out that you're serious too, not laughing or whatever.

- Once he sees you being serious, not having it, and frowning at him, his expression drops as he realizes that you'll probably have to share the bed. Oh shit. Kid freezes for a good minute then he snaps out of it and tries to act cool and unfazed but you can notice a blush on his face. Don't you dare point it out.

- As you both go to bed, he looks so grumpy and annoyed although, he makes sure you have enough space to be comfy and throws the only blanket totally over your body.

- He falls asleep the first. But if not, when Kid thinks you're asleep, he takes a look at your figure next to him and sighs at his impulses. He gives in and scoops closer and wraps his arm around you, doing all of this as gently as he can so it won't wake you up. If you decide to remain silent, that's perfect. If not, he'll quickly argue that you looked cold and shout to stop smirking like an idiot at him.

- This man snores, sorry about that. But give him a gentle push or a tug and the snoring somehow stops. Also, he forgets to wish you goodnight, he just falls asleep so abruptly. You two might talk before sleep and suddenly when you ask him something, he won't respond anymore, not because he doesn't want to but because he already fell asleep.

- In the morning, you'll have to wake him up because he also sleeps very deeply. It's going to be a challenge since he's all over you.

Charlotte Katakuri

- "You will take the bed."

It's the only thing he says at first, calmly, not even considering his comfort for a second or the possibility of you wanting to share a bed with him.

- You'll have to convince him to sleep together in the bed for his good as well and that will take a while. Good luck. However, when he gives in and realizes that he will sleep next to you, something in him warms up.

- Even after that talk, he is still tempted to ask if you're alright with sharing a bed but he stays silent. Mainly because he wants to keep his composure and secondly because he starts to warm up to the idea.

- No blanket? No problem. If you look cold, he'll put his scarf over you and maybe his vest. His body temperature is naturally high. He won't embrace you because he wants to be respectful. (this brings me to the next hc)

- He tries so much to take as little space as he can on the bed but his large frame makes it so very uncomfortable. Doesn't say a word about it, not complaining. It makes you feel a little bad. However, in the morning, you somehow wake up on top of his body, and his arms wrapped around you keeping you there like you're the most precious thing in the world. And you are to him, he just didn't get to tell you that yet.

- He is the type to jolt a bit because of falling asleep too abruptly.

Law

Law needs someone who can challenge him, and push him out of his comfort zone.

Someone who isn’t scared to argue with him when they think he is in the wrong.

Law also needs someone independent, he can’t handle high-maintenance or clingy people. He needs to know you can make your own mind up and have your own views regardless of what he thinks.

You need to be okay with his family, the heart pirates are alot to handle but he won’t compromise on this. 

Animal lover.

Someone who is okay with limited PDA and knows he has his own way of showing love and affection.

Someone with a wikied sense of humor like his.

Kind, he may not seem it but he needs someone who is soft and kind and tries to bring out his caring side more.

Smart, likes to read, someone who can match him in conversation.

Nerd. If you are also a big nerd into comics he will find common ground with you and feel he can be his true nerdy self around you.

Honest. Law doesn’t like people who lie or try and manipulate him.

If you're loyal to him he’ll be loyal to you.

Alright, so he likes people to be dependent but he also deep down likes being his partners ‘scary dog privilege’ 

Must hate bread. Or eat the bread from his meals for him.

Understanding. Law has some damage and needs someone who gets that.

Zoro

Zoro doesn’t have a very big checklist of the ‘type of person’ he goes for.

Just don't be loud or bossy and he’ll vibe pretty well with you.

If you are a huge sword nerd he will be all over that and if you also like to work out he will be delighted to have a workout buddy. 

Napping is a must. Either snuggle up with him in the sun and take a nap at his side or simply just be okay with him napping as much as he does. He needs someone laid back, and can’t handle a loud or intense personality to date. 

He is happy to spend all his time with his partner he just needs someone who is also happy to enjoy a comfortable silence with him.

You don’t need to be into drinking, again, as long as you don’t tell him what he can and can’t do he’s happy. He would like to have a casual drink with you sometimes though, when he’s a little tipsy he is happy to go on long rants and talk about his thoughts and feelings.

Be his partner and his drinking buddy.

Be his emotional support compass. Be able to stir him in the right direction, and I do mean physically and not emotionally there.

Grab him his arm and just pull him.

You need to be firm with him. Loyal and honest and also have a good sense of humor. He likes to have a chuckle and he does have a silly side.

Kid

You need to keep up with this boy. He can’t handle someone who is easily upset or sensitive. He needs someone to match that same wild spark that runs through him.

Have a passion for adventure and don’t be scared to get your hands dirty.

He wants someone who doesn’t shy away from his loud and boisterous nature. Embrace him for him.

Also needs to be liked by Killer. If you don’t pass Killer’s vibe check there is a huge chance you won't pass Kid’s.

He enjoys picking fights and starting arguments, he lives for some passion and some shouting with the person he’s courting so scream, shout, and give him just as good as he does. Challenge him, don’t be scared of offending him.

Be okay with how rough he is, Kid needs someone who understands that and doesn’t try and change who he is, and doesn’t want to sand down his edges.

Be there for him regardless of his flaws and he will open up to you and you can make each other a better person with time and understanding.

Love the thrill of the fight. Nothing makes his heart sing like fighting a hard battle side by side with the person he loves.
