Elias Walker When Elias couldn’t sleep, he’d walk the perimeter of camp or base, slow and steady, like a silent guardian. He wasn’t one to lie restless in bed; instead, he burned off the tension by keeping busy—checking gear, re-reading reports, or simply pacing until his thoughts wore themselves down. Sometimes he’d stop by his men’s quarters, making sure everything was in order. Restless nights only deepened his sense of responsibility.

Gabriel Rorke For Rorke, sleepless nights were fuel. He didn’t pace or distract himself—he planned. In the dark, he sat over maps and intelligence reports, eyes sharp, mind grinding over every detail. His insomnia was fed by obsession, by the need to dismantle the Ghosts piece by piece. Sleep was weakness in his mind, and on those nights, his silence carried a dangerous edge, like a storm building beneath the surface.

Thomas Merrick Merrick handled sleepless nights with discipline. If he couldn’t sleep, he worked. He’d file reports, run drills in the gym, or drown himself in tasks until exhaustion forced him down. Sometimes he’d sit quietly with a book or the low hum of a radio, anything steady to ground his thoughts. He wasn’t the type to complain—insomnia was just another battle to push through.

Alex "Ajax" Johnson Ajax got restless when sleep didn’t come. He’d throw on a hoodie and sneak off to the mess for a snack, often bringing back food for anyone else awake. Sometimes he’d mess around in the gym, running until his body was too tired to argue. He handled it with humor, making jokes about insomnia being “the Ghosts’ real enemy,” but there was a flicker of frustration underneath—the kind that only passed once fatigue finally dragged him down.

Keegan Russ Keegan’s insomnia was quiet and brooding. He’d lie in the dark for hours, mask on, eyes open, listening to the silence. If it got bad, he’d slip out into the night air, leaning against walls or rooftops to smoke while the base slept around him. He never said it out loud, but the stillness made him uneasy, left too much room for ghosts of memory to creep in. Sleep was fickle, so he learned to live with the exhaustion like it was just another shadow following him.

David "Hesh" Walker When Hesh couldn’t sleep, everyone knew. He’d toss, turn, sigh loudly, and eventually get up to pace or distract himself with small tasks. Sometimes he’d try to joke about it, but the truth was, sleepless nights made him restless and irritable. If Logan was nearby, he’d end up whispering half the night away, talking just to pass the time. Other nights, he’d slip into the common room to burn off the energy with push-ups until he wore himself out.

Logan Walker Logan was different—his insomnia was silent. He didn’t toss or groan; he just lay there, eyes fixed on the ceiling, mind grinding. When it got bad, he’d sit by the window or step outside, letting the cold air ground him. He wasn’t one for waking others or drawing attention to it. His sleepless nights were private battles, endured quietly until fatigue finally won.

Kick Kick leaned into insomnia with humor. If he couldn’t sleep, he’d wander around base looking for trouble to get into—card games, late-night snacks, teasing whoever else was awake. He hated the silence of lying still, so he filled it with noise, movement, and distraction. Sometimes he’d even show up at someone’s bunk with a smirk and a “you up?” just to keep himself entertained. His sleeplessness was chaotic, but it hid the fact that stillness made his thoughts too heavy.

This is just a in-dept character review of Kick (genetic background, like what ethnicity he prob is - at least to me), I switched sides halfway through the post (you'll see why if you read)

Idk if anyone has ever posted sum like this but here I am giving it a shot

I had been thinking to post this for MONTHS now (I'm not lying)

About Kick (like I stated above at the very start...)

Basically just my idea of him, perspective, or a head-canon I guess...not sure what label can be applied here

I've always felt like that Kick belongs to some sorta Latino/Spanish origin? Idk man, it's just sum' about the way I perceive him. Something about him screams that he isn't some white ahh American guy like most of the Ghost team (besides Ajax lol)

Idk if it's cause I saw his full facial model. He's kinda like a pretty dark tan? I'm only saying this from memory rn, so don't take whatever else I'm abouta say too much into account cause I will look back at his facial model and my mind may change.

Anyways, then we got his eyes, I think his eyes are like some sorta dark amber or something. Not completely dookie brown (joke, I have brown eyes like many lmao), but kinda like a golden-ish color, that's what I think at least.

So maybe his ancestry is Spanish? Latino? Some sorta Portuguese? Idk man, he just seems like he's from that typa group. Who knows, maybe he even knows Spanish (he prob does considering that Keegan speaks it for obvious reasons - Federation takedown stuff)

Nah actually, the more I look at him more closely (I found the facial reveal on YouTube again and got a memory refresh, see, told ya I might change my mind huh?) he looks a lot more Indian to me compared to some Latino. It's just the pale ass eye color don't match the average Indian or usual South Asian (I'm saying this cause I'm a Pakistani/South Asian myself lmao 💀)

MAYBE he's half Indian? Like a parent or maybe a grandparent? Maybe one of his parents were white, or European, which gave him that pale eye color cause now I can clearly see he don't got amber eyes or any color whatsoever. It's just...Grey.

Obviously, with his American accent one can clearly tell he was born and raised in America (literally me fr).

So now I think he's some sorta South Asian or sum, it's just something about his skin color and the way his face just looks in general (like the nose, chin, and eye shape or whatever)

OR...MAYBE HE'S A MEXICAN-SOUTH ASIAN MIX 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯. You never know, the fandom make Kick as this random ass silly and explosive goober, so he may as well be a combo of two different yet similar cultures 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
