Whole campaign is just Rorke pining for parenthood. He wants Keegan back, and he's willing to adopt two unfortunate orphans he just found. He also just *made* them orphans, but that's semantics. Elias had his turn anyways, the greedy fuck.

I like thinking of Fed! Logan as a Captain. Like he has his own unit and shit. Diego more or less made him do that shit bc responsibility = commitment so Logan gets more stuck. Like a tar pit.

Logan isn't even bad at his job either. Like he's genuinely good at that shit. He's not happy about it, because of course his commanding officer is Rorke, but by God he's going to be efficient about it.

Into the idea that Logan would behave very animalistic post-pit. Like he bites and snarls and goes “RAGHHH!!” With his whole chest. He is mad ouppy. Rorke would be so supportive too. He’d offer to buy Logan a muzzle if it helps keep him in character. (Logan genuinely considers it.) He’s having so much fun with his rabid attack dog.

Big fan of Rorke being too comfortable being hands-on with Logan btw. Like casual shoulder pats. Grabbing his arm. Cuffing the back of his neck. Standing shoulder to shoulder. Ruffling his hair. I also think he’d be big mad if someone else did that to Logan because Rorke knows “He doesn’t like that shit!!” While also fully believing it can’t apply to him. Logan meanwhile is frothing at the mouth in pure rage knowing he can’t do shit.

Elias was probably hoping for years that Rorke didn’t die in Caracas. Maybe in his wildest hopes and dreams he’d imagine that Gabe was too busy tending to a flock of chickens to think of him. It’s not very realistic to imagine him leaving the military… he was too acclimated. But it was nice to think about.
