every time i read someone's 'analysis' and they say "armand's trauma from marius—" what trauma? please, tell me where armand says or even implies that anything marius did in venice traumatized him? you can't, because it didn't. armand has no trauma from how marius treated him, that is you projecting your own feelings onto armand. quite frankly nobody in tvc gives a shit about anything that happened between marius and armand. the things armand has issues with marius with are not from anything happening in venice, but from what happened after.

stop projecting what you think armand should feel onto him, you are dismissing his character when you completely remold him into something he's not.

I can't with the people who watch iwtv and HATE Anne Rice. You're in her sandbox. Get out if you hate her so much you hypocrite.

And I only see this happening with female writers and artists. With men it's always for a man of his time he was actually not that bad or we can still recognize the artistic merit of his work and his talent despite his views or it's only allegations from mutiple women blah blah. But for women it's like she's a bigot and should kill herself for not having enough diversity.
