Neji throws his version of a fit when he hears the words "crushes" and "blushing" thrown around, but it might be because of a misunderstanding. After all, thinking his teammate has the hots for his mortal rival- Sasuke Uchiha- is certainly grounds for anyone to throw a fit. It for sure has nothing to do with Tenten herself, or feeling jealous!
