➺ teen dad!toru making snow angels with his kids!!

"you're beautiful" the words leave his lips floating like sea foam in the mornings cold air.

you look over, bundled up in various layers of clothing to keep warm as you lay in the fresh blanket snow together — arms and legs strewn out on the ground making snow angels in the soft unblemished surface.

"you're not even looking at me. your eyes are closed satoru" sitting up to get a good look at him over the little pile of frozen fluff between you both.

the tip of his nose has gotten pink with the cold, his hair is tucked into the crochet hat tsumiki had made him for his birthday, the few soft tuffs escaping seemingly invisible against the snow. shes a sharp girl, having picked up the skill only recently and yet shes learning it so quick.

"my eyes don't need to be open for me to say something so obvious" satoru turns on his side, leaving his head on his mitten covered hand (the pair matching his hat of course) flashing you a toothy smile, a little glint sound effect playing in your head when you see it.

"imagine there's a rose in my teeth" he wiggles is brows at you.

"pfft, sure toru. your snow angel looks like a large star fish.''

looking down at the outline in the snow and back up at you, entirely offended by the deadpanned 'you see?' expression on your lovely face. despite the sharp chilled air and the cool evident winter all around you, his cheeks heat up all the way to the tips of his ears.

"i-it doesn't!"

a little voice responds before you get the chance to, "a star fish is being very generous" megumi and tsumiki come out together, their little faces still puffy with sleep. the younger boy adjusts his hat before stepping into the knee deep snow, mittened hands struggling to wrap his scarf comfortably.

satoru sits up suddenly, utterly heartbroken, he turns to tsumiki like a final saving grace, wordlessly asking her opinion with a playful pleading glint in his eyes while waving megumi over, reaching to secure the scarf the way hes come to learn the boy likes satoru quietly asks, "too tight?" when he nods his head no, satoru pats his hat covered head with a gentle, proud smile before turning to tsumiki as megumi trudges over to you.

shes far too kind. too sweet for this world. sheepishly tsumiki shakes her head. she takes her place next to satoru, laying back in the snow with her limbs out. "its shaped like you"

children always seem to have the most biting responses.

flopping back down with a lighthearted huff and a little disgruntled pout on his lips — shining in the light despite the harsh cool air. "you're all so mean to me"

clouds float in the sky above. satoru watches them in silence for a few moments, listening to your conversation with megumi and tsumikis effort to make the best snow angel she could. hes about start chirping about his woes when you lean over him, blocking his view of the blue sky. replacing it with his whole world, your pretty face smiling down at him; not a fiber in satorus body is going to protest that.

"you're such a baby,"

you lean down to light kiss his forehead, then his nose, then a quick peck to his lips, retreating just as quick as you came. his attitude disappears, the warmth blooming under his cheeks overtaking the flush by the frosty air.

long limbs drag along the snow covered ground again, giddy at the thought that crosses his mind — making snow angels with my angels. a stifled laugh in his throat at your next words,

"and it is shaped like you."

nobara groans. “this is painful to watch.”

because the moment you sit next to him, Yuji’s entire attention shifts.

he leans toward you without noticing. laughs at things that aren’t even that funny. and whenever you say his name? his head snaps up immediately like you just called a very excited dog.

“yeah??”

“yuji, i literally just asked if you wanted snacks.”

“oh. yeah. yes. snacks are great.”

he turns pink the second he realizes how eager he sounded.

but the worst part is how soft he gets around you.

normally yuji is loud, energetic, bouncing off the walls — but when you’re tired or quiet, he automatically matches you. his voice lowers, movements slower, like he’s afraid of disturbing you.

one evening after training, you’re sitting on the dorm steps rubbing your sore arms.

yuji notices immediately.

“hey,” he says softly, plopping down beside you.

before you can say anything, he gently takes your hands and starts rubbing small circles over your palms — something he saw athletes do once.

“that helps the soreness,” he mumbles, cheeks a little pink. “i think.”

you stare at him.

Hello my loves! 💕 Now I’ll also start writing a headcanon for you from Yuji Itadori, he’s been one of my absolute favorites forever (beside the villains, of course 😏). He’s my cute green forest, he deserves the best! First, I’ll kick things off with some pure fluff stuff for you, enjoy reading! And in the future some smut stuff now he is an adult and I feel more comfortable to write stuff about him🌸

Imagine dating Yuji the ultimate green flag wrapped in pink hair and endless warmth.

He loves to cuddle like it’s his favorite hobby. The second you’re home, he’s pulling you into his lap or wrapping those strong arms around you from behind, chin on your shoulder, mumbling “Missed you today…” even if you were only apart for a few hours. He’s always warm, like a living blanket, and he never lets go first. He is your personal heather.

Dates? He plans everything so you don’t have to stress a single thing. Picnic in the park with your favorite snacks, outdoor movie nights under the stars, arcade runs where he wins you plushies, or cozy dinner spots and he texts you the plan with a bunch of excited emojis: “Ready at 6? Wear something comfy, it’s gonna be fun!!”

Shopping trips turn into adventures. He carries all the bags without complaining, hypes up every outfit (“You look SO good in that, babe! Get it!!”), and sneaks in silly selfies when you’re trying stuff on. Which you get mad and he has to laugh about it.

when yuji was walking past your house he saw that warm light from inside your room, with your window slightly ajar and he’d take any opportunity to see you.

“i like your pyjamas,” he snickers as he get up from the floor. yuji feels bad for bulldozing his way into your private space, but getting to see you in your pink, fluffy, heart adorned pyjamas means that guilt doesn’t last long.

he’s always been so amazed by how warm your bedroom felt from the plush mattress, the vanilla scented candles you always have burning and the polaroids of you and your loved ones (he proudly appears many times) plastered all over your blush pink walls.

a / n: currently bouncing back from my own cold and decided to write this in the meantime! i'm working a little slowly on reqs (mostly PJO ones) but i'm hanging in there.

It all started with a single sneeze. You had just come home from work and found yourself sneezing in the middle of your living room.

Yuji's head instantly snapped over to you from where he was cooking in your kitchen.

"You feeling okay?"

cut to Saturday.

No one was okay.

The two of you woke up with stuffy red noses, scratchy throats, and awful fatigue. You'd had measly scrabbled eggs for breakfast, taken some medication, and had gone right back to sleep.

Yuji had only slept for an hour before he peeled himself out of bed and padded into the kitchen with a single sock and a blanket wrapped around his shoulders. He was determined to get you two feeling better. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and began gathering ingredients.

"Chicken, carrots, celery, onions, noodles, parsley—" Yuji muttered quietly to himself, his blanket now forgotten on the couch.

He peeled and chopped the carrots as well as the celery. With a couple of spices and the diced onions, he tossed them in a pan to saute until the carrots softened. Turning the heat off, he set them aside to prepare the chicken.

The chicken was ready a few minutes later. He took it apart with his hands and dropped everything into a big pot. Now came the time for his secret weapon. Coming over to the fridge, Yuji took out the leftover ginger broth you'd had with rice noodles earlier that week and poured what was left into the pot as well. He let that simmer for a bit as he clicked through his phone.

The smell flooded the kitchen as the steam began to flow from the pot. Yuji set his phone down and went to stand over the pot. He felt his nose clearing up in an instant and his senses heightening to their usual capabilities. He reached for the box of stringy noodles and dumped them right in.

You came dragging your feet shortly after, following the scent of Yuji's culinary genius like a cartoon character.

Yuji turned around at the sound of socks shuffling against your wooden floor. A small but sweet smile formed on his lips at the sight of you. Your eyes were squinted — as if you weren't sure if being awake was the right choice, stray hairs clinging to your clammy forehead, and a little frown on your lips.

"Hand over the goods." you huffed, making grabby hands at him.

"On it!" he spun to serve up two bowls, sliding them across the counter as you took a seat.

You took the bowl into your hands, making Yuji hover for a second since he worried it would burn you. You let a trail of steam flow into your lungs with a deep breath and it was heavenly.

"I haven't breathed like this since Thursday." you laughed, doing it over and over again.

Yuji's heart swelled with pride, but he continued to watch you expectantly. He couldn't miss your reaction when you finally tried it.

Finally, you picked up a spoonful with a little bit of everything and popped it in your mouth. If the smell itself was heavenly, words couldn't describe the explosion of flavors that hit your taste buds. The ginger broth had mixed with the flavor of the chicken to give it the perfect little pop it needed. The carrots were not too mushy and not too stiff and the noodles added the perfect variation of textures.

You could melt right then and there, but settled for a deep hum from the depths of your soul. "Yuji, this is amazing." you told him as you leaned in to plant a kiss on his cheekbone.

His cheeks flushed from the praise and he muttered a little "Thanks" as he finally started eating as well. You were right, the soup was like a little piece of heaven, but what made it taste so much better was how much you loved it and the feeling that came with having you right by his side. Even sick and a bit down, he wouldn't want to be with anyone else.

you stop outside his house and text him that you’re there the door opens almost immediately, like he’s been standing behind it waiting he steps out in a fitted black shirt and dark jeans, clean sneakers, hair actually styled for once instead of just falling wherever it wants. He looks put together

you blink.

“oh”

he suddenly looks nervous “is it too much?”

“You dressed up.”

“You said you were taking me out. I had to look good.”

your heart does a full flip you step closer and look him over slowly “you look really handsome”

He freezes. Completely.

“don’t say that like it’s nothing,” he mutters, cheeks turning as pink as his hair “i’m trying to stay cool”

“you’re not doing a very good job. you giggle

“hmm yeah, I noticed”

you lace your fingers with his and he squeezes your hand like he’s grounding himself

at the food festival the smell of grilled meat hits him and his composure disappears instantly “wait are we getting that? pleasee tell me we’re getting that”

You laugh. “we're getting whateevr you wat its YOUR day today”

His grin is immediate. you share skewers, he makes sure you get the first bite every time, watching your reaction like it matters more than his own. when a bit of sauce gets near your lip, he swiftly wipes it away and then cant himself from pinching your cheeks.

which ends with him getting a playful frown from you

after trying different meats, you drag him toward the sweets cotton candy, chocolate covered strawberries, fried donuts dusted in sugar. he pretends to complain about the sugar talking about how he has to lock in and stick to his cut but keeps leaning in to steal bites from yours when the powdered sugar ends up on his cheek, you wipe it off just to see him flustered and get a reaction out of him

"thanks baby,” he says loud enough for everyone around you to hear he loves showing you off , letting people know that he bagged an angel like you

“you’re welcome honey" you say continuing the trend of nicknames "you clean up nice by the way”

his ears go red again. “you’re really pretty today as well m'lady”

“thank you my prince charming ” you giggle

He looks at you like you just gave him a medal.

you pull him toward a game booth and point at a plush “win that for me and ill give you a kiss"

he cracks his knuckles and twists his head “say less babe”

he tries, misses.

by the third throw he’s locked in, tongue slightly between his teeth in concentration when he runs out of turns, he looks genuinely disappointed

“I wanted to get it for you” he pouts

he stops breathing for a second

"you’re insane,” he says softly, but he’s smiling like he might explode

later you take him to the park where you had your first date it’s quieter now, the sun dipping lower you sit on the same bench as before

he notices and his eyes light up almost immediately

he looks at you in that serious way he gets sometimes before cracking a slight smile,

“thank you for today” he says “i really mean it”

you turn towards him “i just really wanted to give you everything you deserve”

You lean in first.

He kisses you back carefully at first slowly deepening the kiss but he cant help but smile into the kiss and neither can you, when you part he rests his forehead against yours, smiling

you stay there until the sky darkens and the stars come out, fingers intertwined, shoulders pressed together he points out random stars even if he doesn’t know their names, making up ridiculous ones just to make you laugh

and when it gets a little colder he shifts closer without a word, wrapping an arm around you like it’s the most natural thing in the world.

he doesnt need to constantly reassure you of his love because you can always feel it, its always present especially in the small gestures he does.

“grrrrRRRRRUFF,” megumi yells while on all fours in the living room.

you blink from the kitchen. holding his bright green frog sippy cup.

“…gumi?”

he’s hunched over. tiny fists clenched in the carpet. eyes laser-focused on the empty hallway like he’s in the middle of a sword fight.

“RUFF!!” he shouts again. chubby cheeks puffed out in delight.

you walk over slowly. “baby, are you… okay? what are you barking at? are there spiders or ants there?”

he turns, ever so slowly, to look at you. his plump little face dead serious. focused. his little forehead wrinkled with intensity. and then he goes:

“they’re my dogs, mama.”

you crouch beside him, confused. “…what dogs? where are they?”

he points at the empty hallway. “those ones.”

you stare.

there’s nothing. nothing but dust and the laundry basket you’ve been ignoring.

“sweetheart,” you say gently, “there’s nothing there.”

megumi gasps. shocked. betrayed.

“MAMA! don’t say that! you’ll hurt my doggies’ feelings. and they are right there!” he huffs. “they’re big. white and black. and they’re mine.”

you blink.

okay.

okay.

okay.

he’s either sleep-deprived, pretending or... your son has imaginary dogs now.

you pat his hair. “if you say so, baby.”

“they barked at the neighbour when they were too loud,” he adds proudly.

you sip your coffee and contemplate whether toddlers can hallucinate from too much string cheese. then, the door opens. toji walks in with a plastic bag of eggs and a six-pack.

“yo,” he mutters while kicking his shoes off.

“your son is seeing things,” you say immediately.

“again?”

“he says there are dogs in the hallway.”

toji glances over.

blinks.

“…there are dogs in the hallway.”

you stare. “what.”

“the white shikigami ones,” he says casually, dropping the groceries. “they’re, you know, cursed spirits. ten shadows technique. old zenin thing.”

“TOJI!”

he shrugs. “my kid’s a prodigy. not my fault.”

you stare at him. then at megumi, who’s now giggling and reaching up like he’s petting invisible puppies.

“you can see them? why can’t i see them?” you demand.

“because you’re not a sorcerer, baby. consider it a blessing.”

you sit on the floor, utterly defeated. “great! my family is insane.”

megumi crawls into your lap. his squishy breadloaf of a body settles against yours. “they like you,” he mumbles, grinning.

“i can’t even see them,” you whisper.

“they like you anyway, mama.”

you kiss his forehead. your heart swelling. “okay. then, i suppose, they’re allowed to stay.”

toji drops a juice box in your lap. “welcome to jujutsu parenting, sweetheart.”

you sigh.

looks like you’ve adopted two invisible dogs.

nanami had to work overtime today.

unfortunately that also meant he had missed his wife’s nightly yap session in which you talked his ear off about everything but also nothing — mundanity that nanami insisted was a necessary part of his day.

so instead what welcomed him that day after a late shower was his adorable, sleepy love of his life, five blinks away from slumber as you patted the empty spot beside you, rushing the blond to lie down.

nanami heart swelled two times bigger, the exhaustment that had seeped deep within his bones slowly melted away as he embraced you, filling his entire body with warmth that he knew only you could provide.

“hi there,” he greeted softly, kissing the side of your temple. you hummed a response, the steady beat of his heart lulled you deeper into a dazed state, barely hanging on to your conciousness. “how was your day?” he whispered, couldn’t help but wanting to be in your presence a minute longer. the man had an entirely wrong idea if he thought the comforting low rumble of his voice helped you be awake at all.

“‘s good,” you mumbled through his shirt, the scent of his freshly laundered shirt made you sniff deeper, giddy in having him so close. then you felt his hand rubbed your side, his thumb rubbed a spot just under the curve of your chest.

unexpectedly, nanami started to sprinkle little kisses across your shoulder blade. you let out a low chuckle as his breath ghosted the side of your neck. “stay up a little more for me? missed your voice,” he breathed, resting his head there.

you tried to open your eyes once and stared at him, as he flashed the sweetest smile. “there’s my pretty wife.”

“your flirting won’t get me any less sleepy, silly man.”

“worth a try, don’t you think?” he relented easily, fully under the impression that he will never force you to sacrifice your rest for his selfish deed.

you did not even realize that your eyelids had closed themselves, nanami’s voice sounded like as though you were underwater. and the last thing you registered as he felt like audibly further was a kiss to your nose.

nanami narrowed his eyes affectionately, chuckling to himself as he held his entire world. “sleep tight, love. but you still owe me a talk about how your day went, okay?” he said, to no one particulary as you’re already off to the dreamland.

but it was a small matter, he’ll remind you again tomorrow. and the day after that too.
