“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. there’s nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it

LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment

if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, don’t hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake
know that it is never too late to change negative thoughts to positive ones. even if two hours ago you reacted to 3d and cried bitterly, cursing your life, now you can decide that this did not happen. i don’t think i want to leave links to posts about revision for the third time. i hope you have already read them. in very emotional moments, try to remind yourself that your thoughts create your 3d reality

excerpt from a reading i did. this is for those of you who find themselves constantly battling being “too aware” during shifting and why that re-grounds your awareness here every time…
“Physical shifting occurs when awareness is allowed to fully inhabit the experience without being pulled back into controlling or observing it. The adjustment is allowing your awareness to have experiences without immediately measuring, labeling, or validating them. You do not need to convince yourself that shifting is real. You do not need to eliminate skepticism that it’s possible for you. You need to stop placing your conscious mind in charge of whether the experience is allowed to complete. Your awareness already knows how to move. The only thing that has been interrupting the final stage is the reflex to observe yourself in the process instead of remaining inside the process.
My suggestion is to give your conscious mind a different job. It would likely be incredibly difficult for you to completely rewire how you’ve thought for years. So instead of putting you up to an impossible task, segue somewhere new. Let your mind attach to something neutral and continuous. For example, instead of thinking about shifting directly, let your attention rest on a sensory or internal experience and allow it to unfold without assigning meaning to it. This could be the sensation of your body relaxing, or the mental environment you are inhabiting. The key is that you are not watching for results. When you observe your body relaxing, don’t begin thinking, “once my body fully relaxes I will shift”. Eliminate your need to think about the outcomes of said acts and just live within them. Without interruption. As you observe these things, allow your mind to wander to whatever you want—just as long as it’s not back to an outcome.
Because you’re so used to seeing shifting as a pass-or-fail thing, you have to almost reprogram that habit when the impulse comes up. Right now, your conscious mind is waiting for a definitive moment of confirmation, something undeniable, something dramatic enough to satisfy its standards of proof. That expectation keeps it on standby, watching for the moment it can either approve or reject the experience. This creates tension. And tension creates resistance to the shift. Shifting only stabilizes under continuity. Which means, the physical transition happens when your awareness stops checking whether it has arrived and simply continues existing into the next awareness. Seamlessly, naturally, and without markers.
You must also stop pulling yourself back to confirm where you are. Every time you mentally “test” whether you are still here, you re-anchor your awareness. The conscious mind reinforces the current reality by verifying it. When you stop verifying, you stop reinforcing and you finally shift. To do this, you need to catch the exact moment you feel the urge to check, and choose not to act on it. That urge will feel like a mental reflex. It may sound like, “Did anything change?” or “When will the shift happen?” Most people follow this impulse automatically. You need to interrupt it.
When the urge appears, do not fight it and do not panic. Simply disengage. Let the question exist without answering it. Do not move your physical body to confirm anything. Do not open your eyes to see where you are. Do not mentally scan your surroundings to re-establish your current position. Instead, immediately redirect your attention back into the internal experience you were just having. Think of it like staying inside a dream while you are falling asleep. If you constantly “check” whether you are asleep, you wake yourself back up. But if you let the experience continue without questioning it, sleep takes over naturally. The same principle applies to shifting. Verification pulls you back. Continuity carries you forward.”

I Might Have Found the Real Reason We Struggle to Shift After Years of Research — and How to Finally Do It
(credits to Kvoyox on reddit for writing and researching and @alliecat2099 for bringing this to my attention)
First of all, I’m not going to talk about methods, programming your mind, and all of that stuff. What I want to explain is something that I’ve been asking myself since the day I discovered shifting—and probably you did too. What is the reason for why most of us cannot “willingly” shift even though we try so hard? And what is the key that can set us free? And I might have found the answer. Of course you don’t have to believe me; you can decide for yourself if you want to trust my research or not. But I personally believe that this is the answer that can set anyone free.
This is a long text, but I promise it'll be worth your time.
Chapter 1: The Hidden Enemy.
Many people believe that our subconscious is the enemy. And while we argue with it, trying to make sense of our “incapability” to shift, there is something else lurking in the shadows. It deprives us of our powers. It makes us wear a mask, seeing only the illusions of life while reality is much different than we perceive it. And that’s the problem: perception.
And on top of everything, this hidden enemy seems to have such immense power that it can actively block us from shifting. And everyone trying to argue that there is nothing that can stop us from shifting, then I have to ask you… why doesn’t everyone shift on command then?
Yes, we shift all the time. Literally billions of times per second, and I’m not exaggerating. But why doesn’t it work when we WANT to shift? Shifting is completely natural, and we already do it. But when we want to do it, it doesn’t work?
The answer is simple. The enemy I’m talking about is our ego. The ego naturally resists change. It wants control. It clings to identity and safety. It fears losing “this” reality. It wants to protect the self. And shifting threatens everything it thinks you are.
It cannot stop us from shifting, but it can block us from experiencing shifting. Because the ego’s job is to make sense of reality. It directly correlates with our perception, all our senses. But what we have to realize is that our perception is a lie. It’s all just an illusion; there is no cause in anything. Reality is fluid; it changes all the time, but our ego gives us the illusion of a strict, solid reality. It imprisons us in a world we don’t want to be in, but what we don’t understand is… that we ourselves, therefore, don’t want to shift. I’ll explain this later on.
Chapter 2: Reasons.
Let me give you some more examples of why I think that our ego is the sole reason why we don’t shift when we want to.
1. In the so-called “Void State,” we are just pure consciousness. This implies that we don’t have a vessel (body) and therefore no ego controlling our perception. Therefore, we can simply shift without any boundaries.
2. In a deep meditative state, the chances of shifting seem to increase a lot. This is because we are more disconnected from our perception (ego) of our current reality.
3. Based on people’s experiences, many people shifted when they were younger. Some of you might not even remember it happening, but it probably did. The reason for that is that children are controlled by their subconscious mind (theta state). As they grow older, the ego begins to develop and take control of the body, making it “harder” to willingly shift.
4. The law of assumption (programming yourself to be a shifter) works 100% because when you do it, your ego begins to accept the idea of you being in completely different realities. You begin to identify yourself as such a person. And when that is the case, the ego cannot stop you anymore because it “believes” in it.
5. It becomes easier to shift in lucid dreams and the astral realm because your ego is not as strong and present as it is when you are awake. Still, it exists there, and that’s why it is not guaranteed to shift through these (you still have ego goals). In the astral realm, however, you can achieve states of higher consciousness where you can free yourself from the ego, allowing you to effortlessly shift.
6. People who shift for the first time often see great results first, but then, as they try again and again, progress seems to come to a halt. Your ego identity begins to change from “Hey, maybe I can do that” to “It doesn’t work; I can’t do it.”
7. Some people manage to shift, return to this reality, and realize that they can’t do it anymore and struggle again. They returned to their ego-self, stopping them from shifting again.
8. Some people grow up in a spiritual, open environment. The ego, therefore, is more used to such ideas and experiences, allowing them to shift easier.
Chapter 3: Understanding Ego
I’m going to give you the reason now that explains why you don’t shift.
Because you are not conscious. You are ego. Let me explain.
Currently, your ENTIRE identity is your ego. You have a name, a personality, a job, thoughts, emotions, etc., etc., etc. You go through your day believing that you ARE your egoic mind. It became your identity, your everything. Every thought it thinks, every emotion it creates, you believe that it is all you. You are so connected to this illusion that you aren’t even conscious. In fact, for almost the entire day, you are unconscious. Because you think all the time. And that is the reason why you don’t shift. Because you are not conscious, you are not aware.
Isn’t it true that you think all day long? You’re always in your mind, thinking about the past and the future, thinking about random scenarios that don’t even make sense. Even when you’re trying to shift, you are still in your mind, mindlessly repeating affirmations, asking yourself over and over again if it is working or not. Every time you judge or label something, you are in your mind. In those situations, you ARE your mind, but this is not how it is supposed to be. You are supposed to be consciousness, not your egoic mind.
I tell you right now: if you manage to disconnect from your egoic mind, stop identifying with it, and identify with the true source (consciousness) again, you’ll be able to instantly shift wherever you want to go. This is not a theory but a fact.
When your ego doesn’t want to leave this reality because it doesn’t like change, this automatically translates then into YOU not wanting to shift. Because you are still identified with your egoic mind. It doesn’t matter how badly you want it deep down; your ego, and therefore yourself, is stopping you from achieving it. If you manage to become identified with consciousness again, it will work.
I want you to truly grasp how much you identify with your ego. Every thought you think, every emotion you allow to be created, every time you judge or label something, every single time you do something like this, you are in your egoic mind. The voice, and the images in your mind… You have to realize that all these things are not you; they are products of the egoic mind. But they seem as if you created them, which is not true. Even when you consciously create a thought, you are not the thinker! You are still the awareness behind it.
This is not how it is supposed to be. You have to understand that your mind is a TOOL. But right now, it is nothing like that. It enslaves you; you have no control over it. Excessive thinking is not normal! You are supposed to be able to think when you want to think. Normal is a silent mind, not a constantly chattering mind. You cannot stop thinking, you cannot control your mind, because it took control over you. It uses you. And then you begin to identify with it; slowly, as you grow older, it becomes your entire identity, and you begin to lose touch with who you really are: consciousness, the silent watcher. As long as you cannot control your mind and just stop thinking when you want to, then the mind is using you. You are not the thinker; you are the awareness behind it.
Chapter 4: The Now—How to Escape Your Egoic Mind.
The only way to escape your ego is to become present in the Now. Now implies no thoughts, no mind activity in general. In the Now, you are fully present of what is happening around you; you are not stuck in your mind; you are actually experiencing with your full awareness what is going on. In that moment, there are no limitations, no blockages, no fears, nothing. All there is, is peace. Nothing matters; all you do is be, that’s it. And when this happens, there is no ego, no gatekeeper stopping you from shifting. The ego cannot exist in a state of presence; it cannot sustain itself when you’re truly present. I see so many people talking about fears, blockages, etc. but all of them wouldn't matter if you weren't identified with your ego and be present.
The problem is that your identification with your egoic mind is so strong that it stops you entirely from shifting. But every single day, there are certain situations where the portal to your DR is wide open, and that is when you are fully immersed in the Now.
I want to give you some exercises that you can do from now on. I’ve learned them from Eckhart Tolle. The goal is to take energy away from your egoic mind and into your consciousness. This way, you'll begin to realize that you aren't your mind and you'll gain more and more power.
Make sure not to be in your mind all day long. For example, when you’re doing certain tasks like cleaning or brushing your teeth, etc., try to fully immerse yourself in the situation. Don’t think; be aware of what is happening and how it feels. Be the awareness being aware. Don’t think about the past or future; draw full attention to what you’re doing, even if it is something as simple as going downstairs and feeling the steps and the weight of your body. In addition, focus on inner body sensations to keep yourself in the present moment. Those sensations are subtle vibrations you can feel for example in your hands and feet (and your entire body).
When you have excessive thought streams, detach from them by watching from afar. Don’t identify with them, don’t judge them, and don’t suppress them. That's because when you do judge, you're just giving energy to your egoic mind. Be the silent watcher, simply observing those thoughts. You will realize that you are not those thoughts; they just come in. What you really are is the consciousness being aware of them. Don’t even identify yourself with the thoughts you consciously think. What you’re doing is using your mind as a tool, creating a thought. But you are not the mind, not the thoughts. You as consciousness decided to use your mind as a tool to create a thought. In addition, try not to think as much as you can. Once you become aware of your thoughts, they’ll eventually subside anyway. Become silent in your mind, and within that silence a portal to your desired reality will open. Because silence is the key. The noise the mind creates blocks you from shifting. When you manage to become completely silent, no judgement, no overthinking, and a clear intention to shift or go to the void, it'll happen.
3. When trying to shift, set an intention beforehand. You can lie down or sit; it doesn’t really matter. Become relaxed by taking a few deep breaths. Now, there are a few things you can do. First, if you are really good at visualization, make sure to fully immerse yourself in the picture you see and make it feel as real as possible. Make it happen right now. Don’t perceive it as a picture; BE in that picture in the Now. Secondly, you don’t need to visualize. You can also immerse yourself in the FEELING of being in your DR right now. Just the feeling, not using any of your 5 senses. It's like you're lying in your bed with earplugs and closed eyes, you just know you're there. Thirdly, you can go to the void state, which is by far the best way to shift. I want to do another post about how to enter the void state in the near future, which is, in my opinion, the best and easiest way to shift. And, in fact, entering it isn’t even that hard once you understand how to actually go there.
I highly, highly, highly recommend reading the book “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. You can find it for free on the internet in case you don’t want to pay. It’ll change the way you see the world and shifting entirely.
Now, there are two paths you can take; both of them will eventually lead you to your desired reality.
Take away enough energy from your egoic mind, disconnect from your ego, and become identified with consciousness. You can achieve this by doing the first two exercises above. In addition to those, I recommend accepting the Now as it is. It doesn’t matter what situation you’re in; it doesn’t matter how hard life feels. Life is always perfect and beautiful, but your ego stops you from experiencing that. Every time you get mad about your life situations, you’re automatically feeding your egoic mind energy it can use to get even stronger. Either accept the situation or do something about it now. When trying to shift, don’t overthink it. Clear your mind completely; don’t ask yourself if it works. All you’re doing is giving energy to your egoic mind. And then, it won’t work. I highly advise you to just set an intention and become silent. Don’t let your ego take control by thinking, wanting to be there, etc. Take control by being silent and simply observing. Let it happen, let the universe change your reality. Moreover, I recommend meditation, as it is a super useful tool to train your attention, making it easier to detach from your ego. Later on, it’ll help you a lot in reaching the void state.
2. Manifest changes within your egoic mind. Once the mind is on board with the idea that you can simply shift wherever you want to go, it won’t stop you anymore. I made another post about this if you want to check it out. In this reality, the ego controls your perception. It shows you whatever it believes in. If you truly believe deep down that you can shift, your ego will too. Then, even if you’re still identified with your egoic mind, it won’t stop you anymore because it also believes in it.
Again, this is just my perspective on this topic. You don’t have to believe me, but if you go deeper and really ask yourself, “Why do I not shift?” eventually you might just get to the same conclusion as me. It is very simple. You are consciousness but the problem is that you identify yourself with the egoic mind. If you want to shift, either convince your ego or dissolve it by taking energy away from it. Again, if you want a more in-depth explanation, I recommend reading Eckhart Tolles book. Thank you for reading this far, and I wish you the best.
By the way, it is the truth. By disconnecting from untrue, you remember yourself true and free, which means you are able to do whatever.
It also brings me back to my shifting experience: when I did let go of everything and stopped being that “me”, I shifted “awake”. I was a child with my adopted big brother and we were just talking and cuddling before sleep together in a Japanese house where everything was real and it was natural about its culture, which I know but not that much. I didn’t stay there long because later the mind snapped back and I came back.
So it is helpful to read, but what worked for me was stopping all that mind-nonsense and understanding who I truly am. And letting go of identifying with that person. It all happened naturally.
there’s so much misinformation and clashing advice in this community. just believe you’ll shift, because you will, and you already have. stop listening to people pushing limiting beliefs such as: “you can’t shift if you have a bad self concept!” or “you can’t shift if you haven’t done any work inwards” because it’s bs. just do what feels right for you. if you don’t feel like using 2000 methods, don’t do it. if you want to escape this world, do it. nothing is holding you back. there’s no higher being stopping you. we need to talk about the spirituality misinformation in this community.
i know it’s easier said than done, but once you start shrugging the little voice in your head that argues with you whenever you affirm (example: “i’m in my dr”) it’ll get so much easier. the secret is just to be nonchalant till your ego runs out of excuses and arguments.
The only real thing in all of existence is not matter, not you and I , not physics, not space , not earth , not anything perceivable or able to be experienced. The only thing that is with a hundred percent undeniable absolute truth is Awareness
you might be thinking what the hell is Awareness? It is exactly what it sounds like the presence of being aware. Everyone is constantly aware of what they are experiencing, it is so obvious that we overlook it, the fact we are aware has been truth since we became conscious on this planet
everything before you is observed by You ; thoughts,feelings,perceptions, sensations etc all things that shape the “world”, it is impossible for anything to exist outside of awareness, if you do not know of it then it doesn’t exist , the instant anything is brought into awareness, it is given a sort of “reality “, think of it like shining a torchlight on a dark area, take away the torch you cannot see what is there, bring back light you can see it , without the light the thing has no observable existence.
Even prior to you, the character and story of your life are all stories within Awareness so this can only mean what you essentially are, fundamentally and ONLY are is Absolute Awareness
this awareness is the only ‘thing’ in existence because it is the constant amidst the appearance or disappearance of experience, it is the only thing in existence because due to Awareness there is the appearance of experience, if I tell you to think of something that doesn’t exist for example a flying crocodile, before the thought of it did such a thing exist? No it was just blank but now I’ve brought it to your awareness/mind it now IS, it now exists
You could be wondering if it exists why doesn’t it feel real? Well guess what? That is just another observed idea that also now exists

one isn’t more true than the other, it is just ideas popping in and out of the observable field
let me get crazy here, the laws of physics are about as real and false as the flying crocodile, the effects of the laws are only observed ,take that away (that’s saying there is no awareness of the effects of the laws then they don’t exist, how could they if they are not within the Knowing
this is why nothing should be taken seriously, it’s all just a big story that Self is Aware of
Until you’re 3D catches up to you, use your 3D as a ‘reminder’ of why you’re glad you’ve decided to manifest whatever it is. I got this idea when we saw a kid driving their parents crazy in a store a week ago and my friend said ‘reminder of why I’m never having kids’. A lot of times, a simple change in perspective does so much. This way you’re not spiraling about your 3D. You’re just using your current circumstances as a reminder to be grateful for your new reality. You can kind of detach yourself from your current situation that way too.
So if you’re manifesting a new job and your current one is annoying you, just be like ‘ugh. This is why I’m glad I got my new job’.
If you've been in shifting spaces for any amount of time, you've definitely heard people preaching about "letting go" and "doing nothing" and "just allow it to happen".
And like, on paper it sounds stupidly easy, right? You just lie down and... exist? Groundbreaking stuff.
Except there's this tiny, annoying little voice in your head going something like "NO, WAIT, DO SOMETHING OR WE ARE WASTING OUR TIME, YOU ABSOLUTE WALNUT" and suddenly you're throwing affirmations around like you're at a motivational speaker convention aiming for first place, muttering your DR name like it's a password you want to make sure to not forget, doing literally anything to feel like you're being productive. Because god forbid we just do... nothing.
There's this saying in my language that basically means "from nothing comes nothing". Like if you're unemployed and do nothing about it, shocking revelation, you're still unemployed. Can't ride a bike? Do nothing? Congrats, still can't ride a bike. Revolutionary logic.
But when it comes to shifting, doing nothing is actually one of the best things you can do. Wild, somehow. And before you throw your shoe after me, I do not mean sitting there vibrating with anxiety while hoping really really hard.
I mean actually allowing something to happen instead of white knuckling your way through it like the control freak we both know you are.
Like, think of it this way:
Doing:
Trying to lift yourself off the ground by pulling on your own shirt. Spoiler: physics say no, you just look like an idiot.
Allowing:
Finally notice you've been standing in a pool this whole time, stopping all that dramatic flailing, and just... floating. Because the water's literally doing all the work. You're welcome, I guess.
Some Steps (because sometimes we need a manual for everything)
Decide what you want.
Most people want to shift, obviously, duh, but honestly try starting smaller maybe. Babysteps. Before you do anything, just tell yourself what you're aiming for. Something like "I want to feel connected to my DR self" or something like that.
That's it. You put the address in the GPS. Look at you go!
Let the autopilot take over
Your subconscious is basically a self-driving car at this point. Your job is to just sit there and observe what's happening. That's it. I know, super hard, huh?
When you start to feel stuff, resist the urge to immediately poke at it like it's some cursed science project. Don't try to make it stronger, don't try to decode what it means. Just notice it.
You feel floaty? Think "neat"
Your arms and legs go numb? Think "cool".
When you get the itch to do something (because ofc you will), just tell yourself "Thanks brain, but I'm actually fine just watching right now". Pat yourself on the head if that helps.
Shifting happens (at least in my experience and opinion, you might disagree and that's totally fine, I am not your life coach or shit), when your subconscious finishes the trip you told it to take, while you are just sitting back like a passenger who finally learned to shut up and trust the driver.
We tend to freak out about doing nothing because we think we are the ones powering the whole operation. We are not.
We're just the consciousness along for the ride, and honestly, that's okay. All we gotta do is set where we want to go and then get out of our own way.
So, do nothing. But on purpose. I believe in you or whatever you want to hear ^-^
I consciously shifted for the first time ever… and now I feel like a brand new being. Guys, this shit is actually so, so easy. I promise! Please, please, please start taking the advice very seriously. Glossing over it and thinking about it for 5 seconds does not serve you. If you want results, actually apply.
I want to be clear on the fact that I have never “consciously” shifted before. Meaning that I have never affirmed to be in my DR / did a method and actually shift there, until 10 minutes ago… I know, I know ! What an insanely ballistic statement. I never knew when this day would come, but holy hell is it not at all a coincidence that it came not even 3 days after I decided to affirm that I’m a master shifter and that I already shifted to my DR.
LAW OF ASSUMPTION IS YOUR BEST FRIEND! Literally all it takes is to tell yourself that you are whatever you wanna be. Fuck the struggles. Fuck the “building” a new identity. Just persist in the thought that you have already shifted and repeat when doubts show. I’ve been doing that for three days, and shifted to my DR in less than 5 minutes.
Ok, so now you’re thinking about the exact “how” of it all. Well first, I woke up this morning in my CR. Last night, I remember begging myself to remember that I choose my reality, and that my awareness would change. I didn’t obsess over it. I wanted it badly, yes, but I didn’t obsess. I woke up here and didn’t freak out. I simply kept up with my affirmations about being a master shifter. Then I got bored with my day and said “fuck it. Let’s shift.” I had no thoughts about failing or even truly shifting, I just said “hmm maybe.” I read Shay’s 3-step post and knew I wanted to wake up there.
Halfway through visualizing I suddenly get lost in the sauce and forget that I’m even visualizing. I’m thinking “I’m in the mirror right now, getting ready because I’m going to Diagon Alley today.” I surrendered to myself and my visualizations and just let it be… as Shay said, I didn’t get stuck on step 2. I welcomed step 3: the surrender and shift. And then all of a sudden I can feel my hair tickling my ear??? And I’m looking at myself in the mirror? I was realllyyyy pretty. Like insanely beautiful. I'm majestic here but in my DR i was like a siren. I freaked the fuck out and shifted back here. It hasn’t even been an hour yet but I still feel it… everything is weird now. I feel hyper aware of things. Like, that place is real. And even after I shifted back, I could still see myself feeling my hair because I was so confused on why I felt it. I was still connected. And I still am, even as I'm writing this. My DR-self is going on with his day as I expect it to go: getting my wand, casting my first spell, meeting a Weasley or two.
My best advice? Get into LOA. Don’t stress over results or shiftblr. Honestly take some time away to trust yourself and just build a healthy relationship with shifting. It doesn’t take long. Just take the time to skip your struggle arc and step into the identity of a master. When you're going into an "attempt", remember that all it is is noticing your other identity. Nothing else. No physical sensations needed. No relaxing needed. No AP or LD or OBE required. A couple affirmations to remind yourself of your goal and settle in the DR is all you need. It may be fun to do other methods, but babes there's no rules here... the whole "trial and error" thing is a struggle arc that you don't have to go through. Just decide that on command shifting is what works for you and boom! In your DR. TRUSTT ME!! Coming from someone that was overly lazy for 5 years and slacked so so so much... YOU CAN DO IT! Hi! As I promised, here’s my method post (the one that also made my friend shift to her DR on her very first try, proud mom mode on). Actually, I was planning to wait until I made it perfect, but it doesn’t seem like that’s gonna happen anytime soon.. (Also even though it did not satisfy me aesthetically, I am sharing it today because the important thing is the content) so if I ever notice something I forgot to add or decide to change later, I’ll just edit the post.
It’s gonna be a long one, so I’ll try to divide it into sections (red ones), you can skip directly to the part you’re interested in! (But please don’t forget to read the “symptoms” section first; it’s important so you don’t freak out.) Still, I’d love for you to hear the whole story before the actual method.
First things first, you need to know that you don’t need any method to shift. Setting an intention is truly enough. This one isn’t exactly a method either, it’s more like something that helps you set your intention more easily (whatever this means) or helps you catch that exact moment between being awake and falling asleep. (There’s no “right” moment, I just say that to describe it better.) It’s kinda like wbtb, but not completely.
About this method / backstory: So, where did this method come from, and why is it called “Nothing”? Well, I actually discovered it by accident. I just realized it worked for me. As someone who used to fall asleep all the time and had wrong information about shifting back then, I was almost ready to give up, until I noticed I was getting symptoms again for the first time in ages. I think that’s when it all started. At that time, I used to fall asleep listening to Alunir’s meditations, and I began experiencing the symptoms I’ll mention soon.
That was back in 2024. After a long break from shifting (you know, I’m that person who tries to shift on and off, then takes long breaks), when I got back into my shifting era, I managed to make this method more effective for myself, and realized it actually helps me experience everything.
Again, you don’t even need a method, finding what works best for you is what matters most. But maybe this could work for someone out there too (hopefully).
As for the name “Nothing”, it’s not because you literally do nothing, but because when I once asked myself, “What should I do to shift?”, the answer I got was simply “Nothing.” So I said, “Fine then, I’ll do nothing.” And that’s how the “Nothing” method was born.
My Journey / Successes: What I’m about to write now, everything from 2024, are things I had noted down back then. I’ll share them exactly as they were. So even if I had already shifted before (and honestly, some of these notes make it look like I did), my first intentional and proper shift (without grounding myself) was in 2025, after I opened my Tumblr account and started journaling here!
October 13, 2024: I dreamt about shifting and started getting symptoms (I’ll talk about these in the next section).
October 31, 2024: I got symptoms again, and the meditation sound in the background suddenly turned into a demonic voice (I’ll also explain why that’s not actually scary in the next part).
November 5, 2024: Experienced the same symptoms again.
November 22, 2024: I shifted inside a dream (it was definitely a dream, but I don’t remember it clearly).
December 8, 2024: I remember my ears ringing with pressure.
December 23, 2024: I had a dream where I thought, “Is this what shifting feels like?” Everything was so vivid and clear. (I even wrote in my notes that I could sense everything with all five senses. So if that’s true, and I remembered it in detail, it was probably a shift, though I can’t be 100% sure because it’s been such a long time.)
April 8, 2025: At night, I remember my mom opening my door and asking, “Did you fall asleep yet?” The next morning during breakfast, I asked her if she had really done that, and she said no, she only peeked in quietly but didn’t even cover me up because she didn’t want to wake me. But I know she asked me that. I saw and heard it clearly, and at that exact moment, I was already feeling the symptoms and even thought, “Mom don’t distract me, I’m trying to shift.” So.. it was probably my first real shift. Because it wasn’t a dream, and I only realized later that it might have been a shift.
From this point on, the rest of my experiences are from when I consciously started trying this method and I also shared them on Tumblr, so I’ll leave the links too.
October 7, 2025: my first astral experience and shift.
October 8, 2025: my first lucid dream experience.
October 25, 2025: my dream to shift to lucid dream experience.
October 26, 2025: my friend’s first shift.
I also experienced the void state a few times (not sure when though, I don’t know why I didn’t note it down, or maybe I did and just forgot where I put it).
PS: If I had known back then that I shouldn’t be scared of the symptoms and shouldn’t focus on them, I’d probably have shifted intentionally a million times by now, maybe even permashifted. That’s why I’m telling you now: don’t focus on symptoms, don’t freak out. You’re safe, and you always will be. There’s nothing to be scared of. I’m saying this because I once wished someone had told me these things.
Possible symptoms and my friend’s shared experiences: The reason I couldn’t shift back in 2024 was because I kept focusing on the symptoms (yes, I experienced all of them). So again: Do NOT focus on symptoms. Do NOT freak out. Easier said than done, I know, but remember, none of these things are actually happening to your physical body.
Possible symptoms include:
Ear ringing or pressure in your ears
Heart beating like crazy
Feeling pressure even in your gums or head
Feeling like your body (or a part of it) is floating, my arm did once, but it wasn’t physical
Hearing demonic voices or changes in the subliminal/melody you’re listening to
Feeling like you can’t breathe
Spiraling (this one’s kinda weird but it’s like.. leaving your body in a spiral motion, though technically, you’re not “leaving” it)
Melting
Not feeling your body at all
All of these are normal. You might not feel any of them, or you might feel totally different ones, and that’s okay too. But if you do feel them, please don’t panic and don’t focus on them. Just say things like: “I’m safe.”, “I’m able to shift / oobe / astral project.”
Personally, repeating “I’m safe” throughout the whole process helps me a lot. It’s what made me have my first oobe and shift. When I felt the symptoms, I didn’t panic, I just told myself “I’m safe, I can do this” and let it happen.
Before doing this method (Recommendations but not necessary to do it): This part has nothing to do with the method itself, but increasing your awareness for a few days or even a week before shifting (or as long as you want) might help. Throughout the day, you can say affirmations like: “I’m pure consciousness.” “I’m pure awareness.” “I’m more than this reality.” “I’m more than this body.” “I’m in control.” “I can shift anytime I want.”
You can also fall asleep while watching the “Dream Machine” visual (I’ll leave the link here, you don’t have to do anything, just play the video, close your eyes, and keep watching the lights behind your eyelids).
Becoming aware of what you’re doing throughout the day can also help raise your awareness. Notice that you’re brushing your teeth when you’re brushing your teeth. Notice that you’re breathing when you’re breathing. Notice that you’re blinking when you blink. Do things consciously, not automatically.
You can also repeat affirmations like: “With every conscious or unconscious blink, I’m shifting to my chosen reality.” “With every conscious or unconscious breath, I’m becoming a master shifter.” (Which is true, because you already are a master shifter!) Of course, you can change the affirmations to whatever makes you feel more comfortable. The most important thing is to do what feels right for you!
These exercises will help you realize that you are pure consciousness and that you are the one in control. But again, you don’t have to follow every single step. The point is to adapt this method to what feels comfortable and natural for you. Doing these steps or not doing them is completely up to you! They might help, or they might not, what truly matters is how they make you feel. You’re free to skip them if you don’t want to!
Method: Okay, about the method. Before you sleep (I recommend doing it before your night sleep, but it’s not necessary, whatever makes you feel comfortable is all that matters!), set your intention like: “I’m choosing to shift tonight, and I’m sure about it.” It doesn’t have to be perfect. Don’t overthink whether it’ll work or not, just say it and let it go!
And the position doesn’t matter at all! You can literally sleep standing on your head if you want to. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable. But if you want to avoid focusing too much on your body, you can try lying on your back. (Personally, I just pick whatever position feels most comfortable at the moment.)
Then, before sleeping, we’re gonna play our list! (Which list, Aria?)
First of all, I want you to prepare a playlist on Youtube (or anywhere you prefer). It doesn’t have to be super long actually, your shift will probably take around 3 hours max (honestly, not even that long, trust me), but something around 8–10 hours might be better.
So, what should this playlist include? Whatever you want! You can add songs, movies, or even random videos like “everything you need to know about dinosaurs.” This part is completely personal, the key is that it should keep you slightly aware.
But honestly, I prefer subliminals. You’re going to sleep with subliminals playing, and we’ll also add some silent videos in between. The silence should last just long enough to let you drift into sleep, but not long enough to make you fully fall asleep, it keeps you right in that sweet spot between sleep and wakefulness.
But before that, don’t fall asleep right away! You need to fall asleep without realizing it.
Now, there are two versions of this method: with headphones or without headphones.
You can start reading whichever version you want to try, they’re almost the same except for a few small details.
Without Headphones Version: What I want you to do here is open your playlist and let it play softly in the background. Yes, without headphones. (For this, I really recommend Alunir! You can play one of Alunir’s audios since they also include affirmations, but honestly, it doesn’t matter what you choose! Just make sure there’s a bit of silence in between the sounds, enough to let you fall asleep but not too long. If you’re using Alunir’s meditations, you don’t need to add extra silent parts.)
Once you’re lying down and the subliminals are playing in the background, relax your body completely. Don’t focus on the subliminal itself. The important thing here is not to fall asleep right away (you’ll do that later, but not yet). Just watch the darkness behind your eyelids, literally watch that darkness. And while you do that, you can think or affirm things like: “I’m shifting.” “I’m already in my desired reality.” “I’m pure consciousness.”
You can also say things like: “I’m freeing myself from ego, fear, and doubt.” “I accept and release them, and I allow myself to shift.”
Or anything else that feels comfortable for you. You can change the affirmations depending on your goal, whether it’s lucid dreaming, astral projection, the void, or shifting. But please make sure to say: “I’m pure consciousness.” and “I’m pure awareness.”
For shifting specifically: if possible, try to imagine where you’ll wake up, sense the room, the atmosphere, how it feels, what’s around you. Think about what you’ll do when you wake up, what’s your plan for tomorrow, etc.
If you’re not good at visualization, that’s totally fine. Just try to stay awake for a bit, because the goal here is for your body to fall asleep while your awareness stays awake. You can remind yourself: “I’m pure consciousness.”
When you feel your current bedsheet, ask your mind: “How do you even know this is real?”
Play little tricks on your brain, because your brain doesn’t actually know what’s real. If you say “I’m there right now,” it’ll believe you. Say “I’m more than this body.” If you hear sounds or voices from your current reality, say: “It’s from my desired reality.” Or “How do I even know it’s real?”
Trick your mind!
You can also count to 100 if you want, and if you start mixing up the numbers, that’s fine! Just keep counting from a random number. You’ll probably notice yourself mixing up words or numbers while saying affirmations. When that happens, don’t overthink it, don’t try to remember where you left off, just continue from any random number or word.
You can move a little too, like turning to your side, that’s totally okay. Just don’t make yourself fully awake again.
At some point, your body will naturally fall asleep no matter how much you resist it. But please, don’t say “ugh, I can’t sleep” and turn off the subliminals, just let things be. Even if you get frustrated or feel like you can’t fall asleep, keep the subliminals on. (As I said, it doesn’t even have to be a subliminal, around one hour of audio is usually enough for your body to drift off.)
Because even when you think you’re not asleep, you actually are, your body will fall asleep, and your consciousness will remain aware.
At one point, you’ll have that dozed-off moment. If the subliminals wake you up, every time that happens (and make sure you set this intention before sleeping), remind yourself:
“I’m shifting right now.” or “I choose to shift.”

With Headphones Version: What I want you to do here is put on your headphones and start your playlist. (Make sure your headphones are comfortable and won’t bother you while lying down!) I recommend using 40–60 minute subliminals for this, but again, it really doesn’t matter what you choose! Just make sure there’s a bit of silence in between, long enough to help you fall asleep.
Once you’re lying down and the subliminals are playing, completely relax your body. Do not focus on subliminals! The important thing here is not to fall asleep right away (you will later, but not yet).
Just watch the darkness behind your eyelids, literally watch that darkness. While doing that, you can think or affirm things like: “I’m shifting.” “I’m already in my desired reality.” “I’m pure consciousness.” Say things like: “I’m freeing myself from ego, fear, and doubt.” “I accept and release them, and I allow myself to shift.”
Or anything else that feels comfortable for you. You can change the affirmations depending on your goal, lucid dream, astral projection, void, etc. But please make sure to say: “I’m pure consciousness.” and “I’m pure awareness.”
For shifting: if possible, try to imagine where you’ll wake up, sense the room, how it feels, what’s around you, and what you’re going to do when you wake up. If you’re not great at visualization, that’s totally fine, just try to stay aware for a while. The goal is for your body to fall asleep while you remain conscious.
I want you to feel like you have an important exam tomorrow, and it’s already 3 a.m., and you only have a short time left to sleep, that exact kind of feeling. Like when you’re half asleep but still alert enough to hear your alarm. That light, sensitive sleep where you’re aware of everything, that’s exactly what I want.
You can remind yourself: “I’m pure consciousness.” When you feel your bedsheet, ask your brain: “How do you even know this is real?” Play little tricks on your mind, your brain doesn’t actually know what’s real. If you say “I’m there right now,” it’ll believe you. Say: “I’m more than this body.” If you hear voices or sounds from your current reality, say: “It’s from my desired reality.” or “How do you even know this is real?”
Trick your mind!
You can count to 100 if you want, and if you start mixing up the numbers, that’s totally fine. Just keep counting from any random number. Also, if you shift to a version of your drself who’s already awake and standing, it’s actually easier to tell that you’ve shifted, you’ll clearly notice the difference between a dream, lucid dream, astral projection, and a full shift. So don’t worry about that!
This method can also work even if you don’t do it exactly this way. If you’re super tired, just sleep without thinking anything. (Seriously, if you’re about to fall asleep in a second, do NOT think about anything, just sleep.)
It also works when you wake up during the night! For example, I usually go to bed around 8–9 pm, and when I naturally wake up around 3–4 am,and go back to sleep while thinking “I’m shifting” with my playlist still on, it works perfectly.
What should I do if I lucid dream: If it turns into a lucid dream, people usually say to make a portal, but for me, just thinking about my dr was enough. Just tell yourself you’re shifting, and you’ll be there. The melting or spiraling feeling is totally normal, do not panic! (Also, to get out of the lucid state, you can shift to a random place first and then move from there to your dr, that was easier for me.)
What should I do if I astral/oobe: If it turns into astral projection, don’t panic, especially if you feel ear ringing, pressure, or your heart beating fast. Those are all normal. Keep telling yourself you’re safe! Spiraling sensations are also normal. If your goal is to shift to your dr, just think about it, you’ll get there. And believe me, you’ll have plenty of time to think, so stay calm. DO NOT PANIC. You’re not actually feeling those symptoms in your physical body. And even if it is astral, if you say “I want to shift to my dr” you will.
What should I do if I get into the void: If you see light or lights, focus on one of them and follow it, it’ll keep growing, and you’ll find yourself in the void. From there on, do whatever you want! I’ve never shifted from the void, but probably just thinking about your dr will be enough. (And don’t forget to remind yourself that you’re safe and calm!)
I successfully shifted but my vision is blurry: If your vision is blurry (like you’re looking through frosted glass) when you shift or if you can’t feel all five senses, don’t freak out, stay calm and don’t think about going back. Focus on your breathing, touch something hot or cold, or gently pinch yourself (not hard enough to hurt) that’ll help you ground yourself there. (I still haven’t shifted to my dr, I did shift once, but I freaked out, didn’t ground myself, and ended up in a random reality before realizing I was in my dr. That’s why I don’t ground myself to random realities, but people say it helps, so if you shift, and you probably will, you can try it!)
If you ever feel panic like “it’s too real, how do I come back?”, don’t say you want to return. Just remind yourself: “I’m safe, I can return whenever I want.” Also, be open to random shifts if you want! Just to prove to yourself that it’s real (it’s honestly funny, you should give it a try).

Ps 2: I worked really hard on this post, so I really hope you’ll shift, otherwise, I’ll haunt you and make you shift. (I want everyone to experience shifting! And if it doesn’t work on your first try (which it probably will), please give this method a few more chances. Try again after some time, because methods don’t make you shift, they just help.
This one, though, isn’t really a method, it’s more like a tool that helps you catch that thin line between sleep and wakefulness more easily.
Try it in different states: when you’re super tired, fully awake, or somewhere in between, adjust it to what feels best for you!

I am not quite sure how to word this, since I don’t want this post to feel like empty advice. Bear with me for a minute (⌒▽⌒)♡
If I am being honest, if sheer force of will could shift everyone to their DRs, this community would have long dissolved and everyone would have found their way home to the reality they yearn for.
Most of us have been in the community for years. Your script is carved into your heart, you could recite it in your dreams on the fly.
You have repeated affirmations so much that they have become smooth like river stones, their meaning feeling hollow. You’ve collected more methods than a library has books.
And of course you know your desired reality. You could probably paint every shadow, beam of light, each detail with such clarity that it feels more vivid than this current reality.
And still, the door to your DR remains closed, as if someone is preventing you from getting there.
Maybe you catch fragments of your DR, a thread of light from underneath the door, a glimpse of what you want when you peer through the keyhole, but the door itself will not open, no matter with how much force you push.
The more you wrestle and fight with the lock, jamming the key in with increasing force, the more it feels like the key and lock become inseparable, melted together by the very effort of your struggle.
I think that one of the biggest obstacles for some shifters isn’t the lack of effort or trying in general, but rather too much force behind them trying.
Effort itself isn’t the enemy, but when effort turns into force and trying becomes choking what you try to hold, the way forward can become harder.
You try to visualize, but you try to force yourself to see everything in perfect, vivid detail, insisting that it has to engage every sense you have.
You feel a connection to your DR and immediately lunge after it, forcing your awareness forward.
You sense a doubt come up and immediately shove it down with both hands, giving it more power and trying too hard to fight it down.
Consciousness, in my opinion, in its truest nature resembles a block of uncarved stone. It simply is, it’s whole, it’s pure. Before it’s shaped by labels like “here” and “there”, “DR self” and “CR self”, it simply is. Your awareness, when untouched by these things, knows no borders and exists without burdens and without somewhere to belong. It has infinite possibilities and can be shaped into anything (hello void state).
Maybe shifting is less about building elaborate bridges between realities and more about returning to the point where our awareness holds onto nothing and is free to wander wherever it wants.
When people speak about effortless shifting, I don’t think they say to not use methods or effort, but they rather talk about the goal of the act of shifting feeling as natural as breathing, because you are so aligned with it.
Have a mindset like water, that’s easier than labeling it a "positive" or “negative” mindset. Don’t just go with the flow, be the flow in itself and the flow in most cases is neutral.
Similar to our awareness, water just purely exists. It flows where it wants to and if an obstacle appears, in case of shifting maybe a limiting belief hardened over the years or a bit of doubt and fear, it doesn’t just stop and cry about the bad fortune. It also doesn’t bang its head against the obstacle in rage, exhausting itself by trying to shatter it.
It simply looks for a way around. Not by force, but by understanding and recognizing that there is a softer way forward.
And with time, water can shape the obstacle into something different. Not through violence, but thought persistent and gentle effort.
There is a small, but probably important difference between forcing something into existence, and allowing something to come from within yourself naturally.
The more practical approach:
If you have doubts, don’t fight them head on with affirmations and give them power that way that can anchor you more to your CR. Acknowledge that doubts are there and let them pass while you continue despite the doubts.
When you visualize and the image isn’t clear or your senses are not involved, don’t force yourself to feel or see clearly. Turn your attention to the feeling itself, the safety and warmth of being home and belonging somewhere.
Details will come afterwards.
Instead of fighting your mind every step on the way, go with its flow and align yourself with it. It will carry you home sooner or later.

How I shifted + entered the void recently by controlling my eyes
Putting the step-by-step first so people don’t have to hear me yap (which I will anyway, because I have to tell you why this works and why I figured out that letting your eyes go unfocused is the mind awake/body asleep killer. Or just….the killer in general).
1) Be tired as fuck. Do I recommend staying up until 3 am? Absolutely. Do I recommend sleep-deprivation? Perhaps. Do I recommend wbtb? Yes because that’s probably the least harmful time to do this. The real key here is you need to be TIRED. Like “I could pass out mid-sentence” tired. Or if you have chronic insomnia, just the usual time you’d usually pass out anyway is fine.
2) Close your eyes and notice how they feel. Then notice the difference between that, and when they start to unfocus/ zone out. Because there is a difference. And you’re able to feel it. And when you do realize that they unfocus/zone out, you just caught the murderer. Call the police.
3) Now that you know the difference, your entire mission = keep your eyes from unfocusing. You’ve got two main ways to do this: the first is that, whenever you notice them unfocus, you move your eyes up, down, left, and right to refocus them. It doesn’t have to be in that specific order, but the point is to move them around so they refocus and snap back to being alert.
OR. The other way to do this: It’s basically like fake-blinking with your eyes closed. You just give a few quick light squeezes, then relax back to neutral. Just a fast “blink” motion while your eyes are already shut, enough to reset them back to that fresh just-closed feeling. (try blinking with your eyes closed right now, it’s basically that).
4) “But what if I’m lying there for hours??” That’s why you do this when you’re tired as hell, and not when you’re just casually going to bed. Also, tell your body straight up: “Yeah, that’s right, we’re gonna be here for hours.” Don’t commit to anything else, because why would you? Eventually the body will panic like “Oh shit, they mean business” and fall asleep —while keeping you awake. And then congrats, you’re wide open to shift, lucid dream, void, whatever your heart desires.
So wtf do eyes have to do with sleep?
Well, sleeping is literally the final boss, isn’t it? half the time you fail because you knock out too quickly. Or we stay up all night like crackheads. Or you just …sleep. Like, congrats, you passed out, no shift, no method, no HOPE.
And I thought “how do we even know we’re about to fall asleep?” Sure, there’s the brain soup nonsense thoughts, maybe a slideshow of weird half-dream images,, but the real giveaway is usually your eyes. The second your eyes start to unfocus (when your vision gets that zoned-out glaze) you’re already halfway gone. Doesn’t even matter if you’ve got insomnia, if your eyes do that thing, your brain will follow.
So alright, that’s the enemy if your shifting/void journey feels like a constant 1v1 between you and sleep, and sleep keeps winning. Why? Because your eyes are tied into your alertness more than you think. When you zone out, your gaze drifts, and your brain takes that as a signal it’s safe to start shutting down. But if you snap your focus back even just a little— you’re tossing enough input at your brain to keep it hanging on. Translation: your body can slide toward sleep, while your mind stays just awake enough.
How I applied them
#1 on the test run that actually dumped me into the void (and let me shift out of it) was the little “up, down, left, right” trick. I lied down on my side —my sleep instantly position. Then as soon as my brain started creating random nonsense (the “what would making soup in a canoe be like?” thoughts), I took that as a sign that my body was ready to sleep. Every time my eyes started to glaze over, I snapped them back, moving my gaze under my eyelids— up, down, left, right — like I was dragging myself back.
So I just kept doing it. Every time my eyelids went heavy and slack, I’d flick my gaze around, and it worked. I felt that pull (you know that falling sensation) and I was in the void. It freaked me out so bad because I wasn’t expecting it, then I panic-shifted to my main DR.
AND THEN the most obvious way to keep them from slacking hit me last night. Like. How has this not been my main method since forever?? I swear I’m an idiot sometimes.
I realized that to do this, I don’t even need to move my eyes around. If the whole problem is them going slack, then the fix is stupidly simple: just blink with your eyes closed. Like a little squint — almost like you’re fake-blinking under your eyelids.
Every time I felt them sliding into that unfocused/zoned-out state, I’d just give that quick closed-eyelid blink. It immediately reset them back to neutral, like how they feel the instant you first shut your eyes.
And once you get that, that’s literally all you do: whenever your eyes try to go slack, just give that quick blink, and they snap right back. Your body keeps drifting toward sleep while your eyes (and awareness) stay locked in.
I tried this at around 2-3 am last night (more like, today) and my brain immediately started screaming “FUCK, THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.”
I slipped into the void so fast I actually snapped back out because I was SO MAD it worked and I hadn’t thought of it sooner. Then I fell asleep, and in the dream someone literally told me “you better wake up and try that method again.” So I did, because idk if it’s bad luck to ignore dream characters (it was Oliver Putnam from OMITB, if anyone cares,, I was morally obligated to follow his advice)
I woke up tired as hell, about to knock out again, but this time instead of staring into the black or moving my eyes around, I just kept them in that neutral “just closed” state and, whenever they started to go slack, gave a quick blink under my eyelids.
Within maybe two minutes I got that slipping/falling sensation again. I opened my eyes in the DR I intended to go to practically punching the air because HOW is it that simple??

My Secret To : Manifesting ANYTHING Instantly AND seeing it in the 3D
disclaimer: this technique allows you to instantly shift into the state of the wish fulfilled, and the 3D will reflect that state, sometimes immediately, sometimes after a short interval.

first of all i want to introduce a concept to you. you may have already heard this before: you already have what you want.
and you’re probably like: “omg no i still have acne, omg no i can’t shift yet, i can’t be delulu. i don’t have those things, i can’t see them!”
yes. that’s just because the 3D hasn’t aligned yet. you don’t have to act like it’s there if you look in the mirror and it isn’t. i get it, it's frustrating!
and NOW you're probably thinking: “ugh what are you even talking about r u gonna bring up that 4D imagination stuff ur making it complicated ugh ugh”
NO. listen. this is simple. (and yes i will bring that up). the reason you want those things so badly is because your "future self" (state of the wish fulfilled now) already has them.
the reason you don't see what you want is because: your 3D hasn’t aligned yet. you haven’t aligned with your "future self" (state of the wish fulfilled now) yet.
THE REASON people say "you already have your desires": is not so you can be delusional and imagine things but not really have them. it's because they want you to understand that you and your "future self" are NOT separate entities. been paying attention to me saying "state of the wish fulfilled now?"
you’re ONE person. there is only NOW. when you understand this, when you completely step into the state of the wish fulfilled now, YOU can manifest instantly and see it in the 3D. you won't be imagining, you won't be desiring, you'll be having.
TIME (the thing that separates your present self from your future self) is a construct made up by humans, and we’ve been conditioned to think everything has to “take time.” that conditioning is literally the only reason you don’t shift instantly or manifest instantly.
of course, you don't HAVE to manifest instantly, because no matter what, you will manifest PERIOD.
but i will teach you how to step into the state of the wish fulfilled now, therefore allowing you to manifest instantly. less imagining, more having.
READY?!?!
YOU: "okay gabby.. so HOW do i manifest instantly?!?!?! HOW do i make the 3D start showing what i want!! HOW DO I ALIGN WITH MY FUTURE SELF? HOW do I GET WHAT I WANT?!?!?!!?"
ME: well that’s what i’m here to help you with!
i have foolproof methods that allowed me to start manifesting things instantly (seconds or under an hour!!)
FIRST METHOD:
my fav vocal technique (an affirmation i say once out loud):
“I am not available to live in a reality in which…”
for example: if you want to get rid of a headache, say: “I am no longer available to live in a reality in which I have a headache.” (i’ve gotten rid of headaches instantly like this.) i do this while looking up towards the sky / ceiling.
the reason this works is because you’re saying it with full belief that you don’t have that headache anymore. you’re aligning with the version of you who doesn’t have it. the 3D submits because you’ve claimed the position of your future self. words have power when you claim them with certainty.
things I’VE manifested with this
- headaches gone
- plans cancelled
- prettier face
- clearer skin
- skinnier
- subliminals working instantly
things YOU can manifest:
- all of the above
- the 3D aligning instantly (“I am no longer available to live in a reality in which the 3D does not align with my desires instantly.”)
- master manifester (“I am no longer available to live in a reality in which what I want does not manifest instantly.”)
- master shifter ("I am no longer available to live in a reality in which shifting is not something I can do easily." Though the way I personally manifest shifting is saying "I am no longer available to live in a reality in which i cannot shift from wherever i want, to wherever i want, whenever i want, instantly and accurately, in my sleep or in the blink of an eye." )
A mouthful, I know, but you don't have to say it often, and I like being specific. Just once works, unless you'd like to robotic affirm, and then you can simplify it.
and you can add on the double whammy: “I am living in a reality / only available to live in a reality in which [I am headache-free! / my desire is already mine!]”
SECOND METHOD:
acting as though i already have it, and that it is coming, therefore eliminating worry.
“Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24
when someone asks you, "hey are you a shifter?" say: "yeah a master shifter! i shift whenever i want, and it's so easy!"
when you look in the mirror and your skin isn't clear, look closer and notice how it actually IS clearing up!
Neville said the “outer world” (3D) is a shadow of the inner imaginal world (4D). it always lags behind your inner state until the assumption is stable.
tldr: if you assume it's there, it's there. it's gonna show up because you assume it's there.
big vs small manifests:
i personally believe there is no difference between manifesting something as small as a headache or something as “big” as a house or a shift to Hogwarts. they’re the same. there are no big or small manifests, so get out of that mindset.
whether it’s “small” or “big,” you don’t need to figure out how. you only assume the wish fulfilled, feel it real, and let it be. and if you want it to unfold instantly, it will, because you have that power.
restaurant metaphor moment:
you don’t order food at a restaurant and then wonder which waiter’s gonna bring it, or how the chef’s making it, or what plate it’s coming on. you just order and then you know it’s coming. period.
manifesting is the same. you “order” it, therefore it’s yours. it will come. know that. again, your future self has it, so you will too, because you are the same person, nothing separates you.
want it to arrive faster? like i said before: align with the you that already has it. the 3D has no choice but to submit.
HOW do you do this? persist in the assumption that you’re already a master manifester, that your skin is clear, that you’re a master shifter, that shifting is easy-peasy for you. once you assume your desire is already real, it is.
"i don't need to worry or even think about it, i already am. it will come because it's guaranteed, because i already have it."
extra tip:
you don't only have to say it once! keep reminding yourself, because sometimes we doubt and that's okay. (you can even affirm using that! "even if i doubt, i know i'll get it." "what am i thinking? i already know i'm.." "LMAO dk why i'm doubting, i'm already")
but despite the doubts, you want what you want and just because of that desire to align with your desires, you will get it!
last bonus abt affirmations (SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!!)
IN MY OPINION, affirming is only useful when you feel. put emotions into it. anger, sadness, happiness, joy, gratefulness, put that into your words. charge them with emotional energy. words mean nothing unless they have actual emotion behind them.
the key is to feel and assume and therefore KNOW that you're in the state of the wish fulfilled.
say it once with full belief, or repeat until it feels natural but don’t do it mechanically (without emotion). do it to anchor the state.

this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me; i often get visitors in the dream realm imparting words of wisdom to help me shift. this one however, i feel, would help everyone in the shifting community.
today's dream, like many others of mine, took place in the school i used to go to. there was this new addition to the curriculum wherein after passing 12th grade, we have an additional year of schooling where we can study whatever we want.
i, of course, chose reality shifting branched with psychology as my major field of study. some other classmates, as well as my online friends who decided to spawn in my dream were grouped with me (despite choosing slightly different subjects), and we were assigned a teacher. to my surprise, i even found @masoncantthinkofaname and daeron present in my dream 😂 nice to see you, twin
class commenced, and soon after, we received a short break. me being me, began scrolling on my phone to pass the time, until i stumbled upon a live stream of a very peculiar man.
he looked like the typical indie guy, had long curly golden-brown hair, stubble on his upper lip, cheeks, and chin. he wore a white tunic top and white pyjamas, and was streaming from an amusement park - he was atop a stationary roller coaster.
he began speaking about shifting soon after i joined the stream. my memory at the start is quite hazy, so i didn’t really remember much as he was simply introducing what shifting was. what stuck with me, however, was what he said next.
this unnamed man began to tell us how we are the key to our shifts. external stimuli and aid can only help to an extent, but the rest is up to us. he said the ‘secret to shifting’ lies within us as long as we look inside and reflect.
and so, he gave us an exercise:
- he told us to grab a notepad and pen (but of course, you may do this digitally on your notes app or anywhere else) and ask ourselves: “what is the best way for me to shift?”
- next, words and phrases will start to pop up in your mind. DO NOT THINK. refrain from the step of adding your own thoughts voluntarily. do not put any effort into brainstorming or thinking of answers to this question. just accept what is already coming on its own without force. this inner voice, this confidence, its your intuition. whatever answers are popping up immediately, without any hesitation, write them down. it really doesn’t matter what they are, just write them.
in my dream, this man just reiterated what personally helps me shift, which is something i’ve been thinking about for a few days. but i want you to simply jot down whatever answers pop up in your mind immediately. like i said, PLEASE do not think, just let the answers flow and come on their own. don't answer this question yourself - let your intuition do it.
- he then said, once you’re done, look at your notes and observe everything you’ve written down. and once you’re ready, combine all these different techniques, steps, practices and methods in a manner that suits you best. you can pick and choose what feels right - either just take one technique, a few, or take all.
its really up to you, because you are pure awareness; therefore you can shift in any manner you decide. these techniques are simply permission slips that will facilitate your shift.
i am confident that once you intuitively recognize what things can help you, you will definitely see changes in your shifting journey.
why does this work?
you are simply pure awareness, you are not this vessel and you are not bound to any reality. many people including myself believe that your intuition is simply messages from your higher self guiding you to what’s meant for you and what’s right. you being pure awareness already hold the ability to shift, you always have. you've always known how to shift even if you don’t realize it.
everything begins falling in place once you have more confidence in your abilities and look within. because there are an infinite number of ways to shift and no matter what you try or how you try it, you will still end up shifting. therefore, as pure awareness, you yourself hold the key to be able to shift. you know what to do and how to do it, and your intuition knows what is best for you at a particular moment - therefore it guides you towards what will help you best at a certain point in time depending on where you are in your shifting journey, your mental and emotional state, your frequency, and your mindset.
what is intuition?
you know those moments in class when your teacher asks you a question, and an answer pops up in your mind, but you quickly dismiss it thinking its wrong, so you don’t raise your hand? and all of a sudden, another student raises their hand, saying the exact answer that popped up in your mind at first, and it turns out to be correct? that is your intuition.
that gut feeling? or when you think of someone and suddenly they call or text you? when something just feels right or feels wrong and you were right, but you can’t explain why? that is your intuition.
in short, “intuition is our inner wisdom — the subtle nudges, gut feelings, and inner knowing that provide us with insights and guide us toward truth.” - corey miller
your intuition can easily be recognized as the voice in your head that immediately pops up upon being asked a question, and an answer will be heard in your mind that you didn't think of by yourself.
does everyone have intuition?
yes. some people are more confident and experienced with their usage and reliance on their intuition while others are still hesitant or learning. regardless, all of us have an intuition which can help us grow and learn in life. many times, our intuition will try to help us but we end up dismissing it.
will this help me?
yes, because like i said, you are pure awareness and your intuition always knows the best way for you to shift, and even manifest anything you desire in your life. therefore, by relying on your intuition and being more open, you will find pathways that lead you to your desired reality.
| Giving your dr a sense of reality instead of treating it like a fictional realm.
Starting off strongly with one of my favourite quotes from Tyler Durden (Fight Club), "Stop trying to control everything, and just let go", this lesson of ours will solely be practical. We are going to take a step back from theory, as we have truely sucked in all the knowledge we need to know. And honestly, I don't wanna bore the living HELL out of you by making you read a 10,000 word essay explaining everything you already know, so step back from 'just making sure' you're doing the right thing. Too much knowledge can lead to an obsession, and the LOA/Reality shifting isn't just about understanding the theory, so it's time to break out of our comfort zone and start somewhere. Legit, I'm gonna get straight to the point. No theory. Just practice.
THE HYPNAGOGIC STATE - The 'in-between' state of wakefulness and sleep, where the mind is awake and the body is asleep. This state boosts creativity and the ability to imagine freely without the distractions from the outer world as it is fluid and unrestricted. The hypnagogic state can be achieved by breathing exercises or meditation. So do what you will with that and find whatever technique that suits you.
PAIR THE HYPNAGOGIC STATE WITH THE 5 SENSES - Once you have relaxed into the 'in-between' state (which isn't a difficult thing to do so don't you DARE overcomplicate it or put it on a pedestal as well because I am WATCHING you. GET SERIOUS.), you should start visualising your dr. Not in a daydream-like state, not in a "aw man I wish I was there" state. No. No. No. BE in the moment. FEEL the scene and FEEL that version of you. The 4D is real. FEEL 5 things you can touch, 4 things you can smell, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can see, and 1 thing you can taste. Give your desired reality a sense of reality because IT IS a reality. It's THERE. Don't visualise for the sake of visualising and go "yeah let me just get this out of the way" because I'm telling you RIGHT NOW you're rushing for NOTHING. So... take your time. Feel your reality. Claim it. Make it yours. And no there shouldn't be any of that "but I didn't feel anything change!!" bullshit because that would mean you are STILL stuck on 'waiting for the outer world to change first' and STILL identifying your consciousness with your old concept of self instead of your desired concept of self.
you’re a professional liar and reality buys it every time
reality is an echo. you say something and reality will nod its nonexistent head and throw it back at you. it just repeats. imagine yelling “i’m broke” into a canyon. guess what comes back?? congrats, you just cast it in stone. and the echoes of your two lose pennies will reflect back to you.
it’s the same with shifting, same with literally everything !! you don’t need proof. period. because proof will be the echo coming back. your only job is to pick what you’re shouting. so start picking your words like you’d pick your outfit.
we already know this without knowing it. stay with me. “to fall asleep you must first pretend to be asleep”. you don’t just fall asleep. you what ?? pretend. you close your eyes, you go still, you mimic being asleep until your brain says “okay we’re doing this” and suddenly you’re out. you don’t need sleep to prove itself to you before you drift off. it happens in an instance. and when you fall asleep ?? it’s real. this applies to all. shifting, manifesting, all of it. pretend you’ve got it until reality echoes it back to you.
“but what if i’m lying to myself??”
you lie to yourself every morning when you hit snooze and say five more minutes, knowing damn well it’s gonna be fifteen. you’ve practiced this already. you’re a professional liar and reality will buy it every time.
pretending is the action. the echo is the proof. and proof is just your voice bouncing of the walls of the 3d. it arrives after the scene is already set, after you’ve already shouted it out. so if your “lies” can lead to real results, why are you terrified of strategically lying differently ??
your thoughts don’t have to be perfect. they just have to be claimed. because reality doesn’t care if you whispered it once or chanted it 100 times. because what ??? oh yeah, it’s just an echo. it repeats !!!!!!!
if you keep telling the canyon “i’m someone who gets to shift easily” you start to move like the person who doesn’t panic when a stray thought arrives. you stop overperforming techniques and start living from an identity that assumes the result. you shift regardless.
because it was never effort, never waiting, never being “good enough.” it was always just:
decide it , claim it , the echo / reality / 3d will reflect it back.
anyways. that’s my rant. throw your line into the canyon, then go make tea or fall asleep. both are valid. both get you where you want to go.
| Restart from scratch. YES THIS IS EVERYTHING!!!!! Oh boy... this is a long one. But I promise. It's worth it. Are you willing to read this!!?!? I'll KISS you.
Yeah. You heard me. I am going to erase every single thing you’ve known about the LOA and reality shifting (same thing but whatevaaaaaaa) and start from scratch. What does this mean? Meaning erase all the things you’ve been “trying” to manifest and start from new. That knowledge, the doubts, the wavering, that never existed to you. Matter of fact, you don’t know HOW to manifest yet. You don’t know what affirming and persisting is. You don’t know what self concept is, you don’t know what 3D and 4D means, and you don’t even know who Neville Goddard is. What? Who the hell is that?
❥NOW LET’S START, ALL FROM THE BEGINNING…
| “Who the heck is Neville Goddard?”
Neville Goddard was a Barbadian writer, speaker, and a spiritual coach. He proposed a law in late 19th and 20th century called the Law of Assumption, and advocated the idea that God is consciousness. Goddard grew up in Barbados and moved to the US as a young adult. He taught various self-help methods, introducing his own claim that the human imagination is all-knowing, therefore God. Neville Goddard’s philosophy explained that imagination creates reality. He taught that whatever you imagine with feeling, no matter how big or small, it will reflect in the world around you (did you hear that? Even a grown ass adult believes it without questioning).
Yeah, that’s all you need to know about him for now, I think.
| “What is the Law of Assumption?”
Now, I’m going to hold your hand and say this because it’s so simple, you might think I’m joking. The Law of Assumption states that what you assume to be true about yourself and the world around you will shape your reality. Let that sink in. Read it again. … Again. Again until it clicks in your head. That’s all the law is. Whatever you assume to be true about yourself and the world around you will immediately be reflected into your outer world. No ifs and no buts. It is the LAW. Just like the law of gravity. It cannot fail. It is impossible to fail. The law is working all the time. Whatever YOU believe, will reflect YOUR reality. I want to emphasise that it’s YOUR assumptions that shape YOUR reality. YOU are in charge. Not his, not hers, YOURS.
“If you are willing to act and feel like the person you want to be, reality will reflect that back to you. This is real. Guaranteed. This is law.” - Nada Amari, ‘The world is a mirror’. You will only need two main elements when you discover this law. The 3D and the 4D.
| “Huh? What does 3D and 4D mean?”
I will keep this brief and simple.
❧|You encounter the “outer-world” through your senses when you live from the 3D, the fundamental level of consciousness. The 3D world is where we experience our daily lives. The area in which we engage with tangible objects and perceive time as progressing gradually. Our perception of what we see as reality is shaped by the function of our senses in this universe. Think of the gentle touch of your mother’s hand while crossing the street, the sensation of the wind on your hair when you were a child, sitting in the passenger seat for the first time, the sweet taste of a treat you decided to share with a friend.
❧|There is more to life than meets the eye according to the 4D. The 4D is YOUR world. Your creativity. Your comfortable place of imagination. This is the place where you tap into the version of yourself that possesses all of your wants and feel content that everything is yours. Sure, there may be the experiences of “good and bad”, but what gives? You’re the one in charge, right? Thoughts are limitless, and can influence the way reality is experienced. The 3D is what you make it.
Some people may think that what you see in the 3D world is what creates your thoughts in the 4D. That is incorrect.
It is not 3D = 4D.
It is not 4D > 3D or 4D < 3D.
It is simply 4D = 3D.
Your outer-world is not fixed; it is fluid, easily adjustable with one simple command.
| “What a rant… Ok so now that I know all that, how do I apply this to the Law of Assumption?”
Before you seek 3 million tips from manifestation coaches, panicking at the thought of not knowing what to do, before you dig a rabbit hole for yourself and go on a binge session of reading every single Reddit/Tumblr success stories about how and what the person did to achieve their dreams, let me tell you this firmly and in a straightforward manner: Decide, Affirm, Persist.
| "Now what in the world does THAT mean?!"
Keep your hair on! I've got a pretty good guide right here. But, here it a summary of what it means to decide, affirm, persist.
❦STEP 1] DECIDE.
Decide what you want. Whatever you want. There is no such manifestation as too big or too small. It all requires the same amount of effort if you choose to view it that way. It can be as simple as manifesting a dollar under your pillow, or as big as seeing a million dollars in your bank account. It can be as cool as manifesting a tattoo on your back, or your dream wardrobe. It can be waking up in a completely different room with Sabrina Carpenter singing ‘A nonsense Christmas’ for you. Spoiler alert… it requires the same amount of effort as manifesting a dollar under your pillow.
Whatever it is, decide.
❦STEP 2] AFFIRM.
Affirmations are simple reminders that reassure you that you have what you want. No, you’re not chasing your desire. No, panicking is not the right answer when you “forget to affirm”. Affirmations are as simple as kicking back on the couch lazily going “oh, yeah I have that desire already…” while clicking your tongue in a cocky manner. Repetition is key. Affirm until you embody that version of yourself who already has your desire, because guess what? In your 4D world, you do.
❦STEP 3] PERSIST, PERSIST, PERSIST!!!
Persisting in your assumption, put into simple words, being in the state of your desire fulfilled under your desire manifests. Now this step tends to get a bit dicy for some people…
”I’ve persisted enough, yet I don’t see that desire manifest into my 3D world yet!!”
”Where is my desire!?!? Ugh I’ve been persisting for ages!!”
”Do I really have it yet?”
LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER (EEEHHHHHH🚨)!!! That is not persisting. Remember how I said the 3D is fluid and can easily change by your command? DO NOT make the mistake of ‘looking’ for your desire in the 3D world. Don’t rely on something that relies on YOU to change it. The 3D is nothing but a reflection of your past assumptions.
| “But what if my situation doesn’t align with my manifestation?…”
When persisting, circumstances do not matter. Read that again. …And again. You manifested those circumstances, you can manifest the opposite the exact same way. Your beliefs shaped those circumstances, they aren’t stuck.
| “Well, seems easy enough…”
Great! Now go manifest.
“…”
... 😁
“…But what if I have doubts? Or I waver?”
Well, good news is that you’re not doomed!
Doubt means the lack of trust in one’s capability of shifting or manifesting. It is like the subconscious mind's own way of keeping us safe. It recognises that you are trying to do something out of your comfort zone, so it immediately goes "wait, stop, stop, stop! Are you sure this is safe enough? Are you sure you can do this?” Doubts come in like an unwanted thunderstorm on a sunny day, but it eventually passes. Having doubts does not mean oh no, you're done for! You can't manifest anymore! You're human, you're allowed to feel overwhelmed, especially if you're new to this. It's okay to have doubts.
What's NOT okay is to waver and let those doubts get to the best of you. Wavering means going back to your old way of thinking.
Scenario time! To make this easier…
Let’s say you want to manifest something big, like getting your desired job. You decide, you affirm, and you persist. In your 4D, you are excited, you are 100% certain that you will get accepted and will make easy money in no time. …But then doubts sink in and then you think “oh… what if they don’t think I’m actually good enough?” As a result, you go back to thinking that you will never get your desired job. That’s wavering, because for one moment you decide that you have something, but then the next moment you decide you don’t.
| "So how do I deal with this?"
You simply remind yourself that you are the only one in control of your thoughts. You are the operant power of your reality (again, I’m emphasising YOUR). Put your foot down and remind yourself that manifestation/shifting is not supposed to be a battle between you and your mind. The Law of Assumption cannot fail you. It is working all the time. Once you choose to have something, you have it. Wavering just reverses that, leading you to manifest what you DON’T want.
| “So now that I know all this… I can manifest whatever I want?…”
Yes.
That’s all.
