This is what marriage is for. Not just a big ego-boosting party with costumes and an expensive cake. Not even just for babies. It's so that, ideally, if you both survive and persevere, you'll have a best friend who's been there for all the episodes and wants to be with you alllllll the way through the closing credits of the finale. Not everybody gets this, and that can suck, but if you do get this...be thankful.

god 50 years ago you really could go see a trashy b-movie and it still had gorgeous cinematography, lighting and set design, fun costumes and makeup, and now a hollywood production could have 80 million dollars thrown at it only for it to look like a drawn-out tv commercial for laundry detergent
