do you think that self inquiry is really needed for ''realization'' or at least to notice that everything is an illusion? I feel like I'm forcing myself sometimes to ask those questions, and many posts I've read talk about taking away all labels by questionin everything, and dropping all labels. when it comes to observation, ''i'' feel more comfortable. But again there is not an ''I'' who feel forced, or someone who is better with just observing the thoughts and not reacting

Hi, you're right. I honestly think you answered your own question :) Three is not an "I" who feels forced. Just the seeming sensation and thought of "force". Neither is there a someone who feel comfort in observation.

There's no process, there's no journey, there's no step by step inquiry that must be completed to attain or understand anything.

"you" may do anything. The concept of self-inquiry inquiry is really just a pointer. Not something that must be completed as a prerequisite.

Thoughts and feelings are insubstantial, however seemingly tumultuous they may be. This is because they cannot touch what you TRULY are. There's no realization because who is there to realize?

There's no process because you already are.

There's nothing to do, because no matter what, you're already " ".

If this were a milestone, you have already achieved it.

eeeeee I feel like I’ve been so lax on myself and kinda lazy like i used to write everything down or i would run to write smth i wish to experience down but now i simply experience it in the moment and sometimes ill get like thoughts of like “forgetting” like what if i don’t rmb smth that i decided but like how silly you know. that knowing doesn’t disappear just bc there’s not a thought of it you know.

So it recently “clicked” or rather noticing who I am I guess idk words are dumb. But like I member constantly saying that I understood this but was upset that I would keep waking up as this character even though I was aware of being a “different” character, but then I realized… there is no “I” waking up, as “ “ I’ve been awake since the seeming start of this characters “life”. I was just aware of dreaming and now I’m aware of this seeming character waking up, but it isn’t me. It can’t be me, it’s happening within “ “.

So even when the idea or thoughts of “you’re being delusional” or “this isn’t real, you’ve daydreamed about this and it’s not happening out here” I realize that firstly thoughts don’t belong to me they are happening within “ “ but also it’s only not appearing real to the seeming character not awareness. Like when I identify as being “ “ I did experience everything I’ve ever “wanted” and more. The mind still has its doubts but I don’t have to take it seriously, it can still interpret seeing things as “unfavorable” but who even is here to interpret that? Nothing is happening.

Hopefully I don’t sound insane, but in essence have I gotten the whole experience it as a current unfolding and experience whatever you want whenever you want thing that u guys talk r talking about?

But I would like to expand on the fact that you cannot identify as " ". You ARE awareness. That never changes, no matter what the seeming circumstances are. Right now, you ARE.

Hello, how are you? I have a question, is it subjective to know your real existence, that is, to understand and experience awareness, is it subjective for everyone, is it determined by themselves or is it the same objective for everyone, and the way people who seem to be others know the experience of awareness, is it because I am aware of them like that, I apologize for asking so many questions, but I am trying to understand.

there is only the awareness of a such a distinction.

Good, bad, right, wrong, horrible, horrible, violent, peaceful, beautiful, ugly, loving, hateful, peace and war...etc. are all concepts, labels and empty appearances, so as awareness can I be whichever or which ones I want to be aware of in the way desired , I want to be , so awarness can be aware of bad horrible things and experience things in way desired, and experience things in way desired,it can be aware of good and beautiful things and experience things in way desired , right? There is no limitation, there is no restriction, if there were only loving good beautiful things, that would be limiting because for the being you are talking about, they are all the same empty appearances, I would appreciate it if you could answer my question, thanks in advance

Firstly, awareness is all there is. it is not separate from anything. Without awareness, everything would cease to exist.

U guys say drop all desires etc meanwhile u still experiencing what u want!!! And maybe I got it in the wrong way but saying u should drop everything and just accept things as they are sorry but not everyone is on comfortable position some of them are sick / poor/ toxic environment etc etc !!!!! i'm sort of confused because i've never asked anyone to imagine anything... non-duality is about the awareness, which is you. Everything else is just an empty appearance.

on that note, why would anything matter?
