My personal view... Being soooo big, anything under 20kg loss cannot be seen by the eyes.. Yes ALTHOUGH your clothes are getting bigger... 😚😚 Trust me, even my family don't see it... And tats why I seldom post pictures of me yet.... BUT.. BUT.. I don't take tat negatively and use My Fitness Pal to track progress so as to keep myself motivated...
