breakfast - iced coffee w/ oat milk, grapes, granola bar (334 cals)
lunch - cream of mushroom soup w/ croutons, slice of sourdough bread, + coke zero (330 cals)
dinner - peanut butter & jelly, grapes, diet dr. pepper (358 cals)
yesterday was such a success thanks to the meal planning! I'm gonna try that for today as well and they the week if possible. 🤩🧡

breakfast - orange, granola bar, coffee with almond milk (258 cals)
lunch - veggie nuggets, soup, diet coke (350 cals)
dinner - peanut butter & jelly, small latte, water (350 cals)
first successful mindful fast day. lots of water, bit of coffee, no liquor, and healthy dinner to end the fast. feels good. I just woke up with a lot of determination and I made the most of it ☺️🌻
so fun to be in control again. I'm gonna plan out my meals for tomorrow so I can keep up this momentum!
