This is a side blog for The Elder Scrolls! I wanted a place to post about my TES OCs, share art, sketches, etc. I also wanted a place to reblog aesthetic and lore related stuff, so here we are.

I love how low poly characters leave you a lot of space to interpret their charadesign :') it's fun to fill in the blanks (and dagoth's design, iconic as it is, is doubly fun because you can change a lot and he'll still be recognizable !)

I just want someone to explain to me why IG sources are always canon (except for when they're not) and why OOG sources are always not canon (except for when they are) and why Fanfic is always nonsense that's lacking insight (except for when it's not i.e. Apocrypha).

Working out the details of my HoK... A roguish adventurer who found himself imprisoned after a job went sideways. Does not want to deal with this Oblivion bullshit, but is hoping to secure a retirement fund out of playing hero. (Backstory subject to change, however.)

Thinking about this guy again since I want to take another swing at Oblivion's main storyline.

Name is Loarne. From the Colovian Highlands. Passes as Nord depending on someone's bias, but technically his lineage is mixed between Reachfolk and the Cyro-Nords -- not that he has any particular attachment to his background. But it does make him an outsider to broader Imperial culture, hence his Outlaw inclination.

Sigyn, a Nordic Dibellan mystic, definitely more than a little unhinged, but she's pretty quiet about it, spending most of her time creating tapestries with religious and often esoteric iconography. Trying to have more fun making art without caring about the messiness of sketches.

Trying to decide if I want to play Lyreth in Oblivion or not because she would be obsessed with Ayleid ruins. Generally leaning toward "yes" but then I have to decide is this an AU version of her Skyrim counterpart (fair enough) or would this be the same iteration of her character in Skyrim?

FEASIBLY, Dunmer can live long enough, but just barely. I could take the route of her magically extending her lifespan? But is that too annoying in a special snowflake kinda way?

There's also the whole HoK thing where... I just don't think she would fill that role, technically. Not that I ever play a canonical Dragonborn in Skyrim either, though.
