[OTBS] HEADCANON #1 - A LITTLE KISS : MC X Tsumugu Kido

Scenario : MC x Romantic Interest are childhood friends. I’ve changed the scenario a bit just so I can do Tsumugu’s a lot faster.

MC X Tsumugu Kido

(_____ is waiting for Tsumugu to show up so she waits by the bench outside school as they are partnered up for tomorrow’s Strawberry eating contest. The condition is that they’re not allowed to use their hands. _____ decides to sit on the grass and reads a magazine.)

Tsumugu : Are ya readin’ that again? No matter how many times ya try to get tips from that stupid magazine, you’ll never be able to kiss anyone properly! MC : Ugh. I don’t need you telling me that. It’s none of your business. Anyway, Tsumugu, are we seriously partners for this hands-free Strawberry eating contest? Just thinking about it makes me sick.

Tsumugu : Wuh? Dun’ worry. The feelin’ is totally mutual. Ya think yer the only one thinkin’ that way? Anyways, how ‘bout we just practice so we dun make a fool outta ourselves at the sports festival tomorrow.

MC : So what did we have to do again? I have to bite into that strawberry and pick it up from the plate and have you eat it first? Then we take turns right? Also, we’re not allowed to drop it right or we get disqualified? It doesn’t sound complicated but the thought of having my face that close to yours just gives me the chills.

Tsumugu : Well, it’s not like I asked them to pair us up. Just deal with it. ‘Kay. How ‘bout ya go first? Let’s see if you can even pick it up.

MC : GEEZ! Of course I CAN! What do you take me for? Here! Watch me.

(_____ picks up a strawberry and bites into it. Manages to hold it in place for a second or two but because she bit into it a little too much, the piece tore and the rest of the strawberry drops to the floor.)

Tsumugu : Well, well. Why am I not surprised? Such a waste of a perfectly good strawberry. Here! Jus’ watch me. Try and take a bite off it.

(Of course, Tsumugu does it perfectly and is able to hold the strawberry in place.)

MC : Woo hoo. How amazing............. (rolls eyes)

Tsumugu : C’munnnnnn ‘n take ‘uh bite a’ready! (tries to talk through his teeth)

MC : OKAY! OKAY! Eesh!

(_____ reluctantly starts taking bites off the strawberry and eventually finishes it without much problem.)

MC : Good thing we’re used to sharing food since we were younger or else it would have been nasty just thinking about how I’m also ingesting some of your saliva. Not to mention this is practically almost like indirect kissing.

Tsumugu : Yea, yea. Stop talkin’. It’s yer turn now.

(_____ exhales and breathes through her mouth and readies herself.)

MC : OKAY! I can do this! (slowly bites into it a quarter of the way and holds it perfectly in place. Seeing it was done well - proceeds to jump up and down for a bit and fist pumps into the air.)

Tsumugu : ‘Kayyyyy settle down now ya goof. It’s not somethin’ ya should be so proud and be celebratin’ ‘bout. Eesh. Okay here I go.

(Tsumugu starts taking bites off the strawberry but because _____ was jumping around earlier, they both didn’t notice that the crack worsened and a piece ended up breaking off. Tsumugu’s lips practically lands on top of _____’s as well. The fallen strawberry just spins around a bit on the floor as they stare at each other speechless with their eyes ready to pop out of their sockets.)

MC : AHHH GOD! NO!

(_____ is horrified and runs to the water pump to wash her mouth off furiously with water.)

Tsumugu : WAH!? YA IDIOT!!! I told ya to stop jumpin’ about!.........

(Tsumugu wipes his mouth on his shirt and walks into the opposite direction of where _____ was. He pretends to look for something inside his school bag while making sure he is hiding his reddened face from _____. He’d rather die than admit it made him just as flustered and embarrassed as _____ was.)

Note : Yes! I’m still alive. Sorry for abandoning this blog for so long. I should have continued to do this once a week.

Scenario : MC x Romantic Interest are childhood friends, they happen to see either person reading a page about kissing in a magazine. They decide to experiment with each other seeing as there’s no harm done anyway. Things spark between them but they completely deny it.

(_____ is waiting for Chiaki to finish his last class that doesn’t seem to be ending on time. The teacher probably underestimated the amount of material they were covering today.) MC : Hmm... I guess I’ll just wait for Chiaki here for now. (Finds a chair, sits down and cracks a magazine open.) Really?... What’s with the articles these days. Kissing techniques? I miss the Street Fashion column, it was a lot more interesting. (_____ doesn’t notice that a group of girls have already surrounded her. They are the same ones that bully her from time to time, but it looks like today - she might have done something to REALLY piss them off.) Random Girl 1 : What’s this thing you’re reading? Every time she tries to gasp for air, all anyone can hear are indecent sounds coming out from both of them. She tries to free herself from his embrace, but Chiaki just holds her even tighter so she can’t break free. After some time of kissing her so passionately, he finally stops after noticing that _____’s legs are starting to wobble a bit. He just holds on to her protectively while she was out of breath.) Chiaki : If this doesn’t stop, I’ll have to resort to things that will definitely make all of you understand. (He's still smiling, but there’s a very menacing air about it this time. Almost like a demon’s!) (The girls were pretty much in shock, seeing such a different “Chiaki” than they were used to so they all just left in a hurry. Not knowing what else to say, _____ slumps to the ground.) Chiaki : _____?! Are you okay? Did they hurt you after all?? MC : ...... N-No... but.. what the hell was that just now...? How did any of that make sense...?! Kissing me..?! Chiaki : What about it? I had to prove a point and really drive it home this time. It worked, a little bit too well even. Being careful not to show a confused expression to the friend he has always looked up to and known since forever.)

MC : Aki-nii asked me to buy these cakes for him - but he’s late. The nerve. He’s such a stickler with being on time and would definitely scold me if it was me who did it.

(_____ huffs and glances at her watch. *Beep~ Be~Beep~* There’s a text message on her phone. Oh. It’s been there since earlier. I guess this is probably the 3rd or 4th time it’s been trying to alert me. Didn’t hear anything for some reason.)

Text Message :

Sorry, _____! I got held up at school. I tried to go home right away but they wouldn’t let me. The sports festival is tomorrow and we're in charge of the Kissing Booth. It looks like all the guys in our class have to participate in taking turns with manning it. Which means I may have to kiss some people if they ask me to. I should be there soon though! Anyway, let’s... have the cakes! (Hurries to the fridge and takes out the Cherry Chocolate Chiffon) I already have the tea ready at exactly the right temperature. You got here just in time. Akiyoshi : Haha. Sorry to ask you to do this for me. I’m just a bit too embarrassed to go into that cafe by myself. Guys normally don’t buy sweets by themselves. MC : No problem! (______ snatches magazine away from Kaoru.)

(______ freaks out and they end up toppling backwards on the tatami mat.)

Kaoru : ......... There were crumbs.

OFFICE "Phew! I think that's it for today. I'm just way too tired to be able to concentrate on this any longer. I've come to a good stopping point anyway." I got so busy today that I actually wasn't able to talk to Tsumugu much. I wonder if he's still here at the office? I should go take a quick peek and decide what to do from there. Oh, he's still here. I should ask him if he's going home anytime soon. It would be nice if we can go together. It's a bit late now and we're the only ones around so we should be fine.

"Tsumugu, are you almost done with work?"

Hnnn.. Come to think of it, it's been some time since we have done anything together. This is probably the first weekend that we are both free. There's actually a food festival happening tomorrow - which is a Saturday. And what's even better is that they have at least 20 food stalls devoted to Strawberry based food and drinks! They’re saying these products have never been released to the public yet.

One of them is a dealer booth for Kokonoka. They have something like Strawberry Cream and alcohol together? I thought they only made those packaged sweets that they sell at the konbini or supermarket. I guess they’re branching out quite a bit lately. They said it is a bit reminiscent to Baley's Irish Cream, but instead of Cocoa, they’re using Strawberries with Cream and Sugar. I'm sure Tsumugu would definitely love to try this.

“Okay! I’m all done here _____ ! Are ya ready to go?”, Tsumugu called out.

“Ah! Great timing! Hey, I found something interesting online that you might be excited to try out! There’s a food festival this weekend....”

As I was saying, there’s a food festival and a big portion of it is dedicated to Strawberries. There’s an interesting alcoholic drink that you’d probably like to give it a try. I know how much you like Strawberries and I think we could definitely be using a bit of a break right now.”

“Why didn’t ya say so in the first place! I'm always gonna have time fer delicious Strawberries. ‘Sides this only happens once a year right?” He beams excitedly. He looked a bit worn out earlier but now I think I can almost see stars in his eyes. As I was thinking about how amusing he looks, I didn’t notice his face was already pretty close to mine. He peers into my eyes and has that devilish look on his face again. “Hey.... Ya don’t have any ulterior motives on gettin’ on my good side or somethin’, right? Lookin’ this up fer me and all.” “Geez! Can’t you be a bit nicer to your pretty girlfriend? I just wanted us to spend some time together since I really miss being with you so much. It’s been quite some time since we last had a proper date. Well, mission accomplished. He seems like he’s looking forward to it and I think I can even see his ears and cheeks are a tiny bit pink. I smile to myself as we both head out the door.

HOME (NEXT DAY) “Come oonnnnn...!! Ya always take forever when yer changin’! Ya should be more like me ya know, just put on anythin’ comfy 'n then we’re set.” I wince after realizing that I’ve actually been in the bathroom for quite a while already. “I better not keep him waiting for much longer! Fanfiction Blog : Opened!

Hello! It’s been a long time since then since I last wrote a story. My main goal here is to practice writing again so it’ll be a lot easier for me to come up with stories if ever I decide to make my own Otome Game, lol. YEP! You read it right, make my own Otome Game. However, that is such a big project and I’d like to build up a sense of responsibility of some sort while I’m doing this. Since I am only starting out, I cannot accept requests at this time. I don’t mind getting suggestions though and I will properly credit the person by posting the Ask on this blog if ever I happen to use one.

I think I should aim to write at least 1 story a week. Better if there’s more but I will have to aim for something realistic for now. I’ll have to set Friday as my date of any Fanfic Story submissions. I can post on other days, but I must have something to submit every Friday. Anyway, we will see how this goes.
