i said i'd have the prompts up in july and by jove will i stick to that. so here they are!

this will be the third torchwood fan week (known henceforth as threechwood fan week), though it's also more than that this time around. it's a celebration of torchwoods 20th anniversary! as such it will take place during the week beginning 19th october.

another difference you'll soon notice is that each day has two prompts this time around, one in the usual style and one prompting, for example, your favourite character. each days prompts can be used however you want - be it combining both to have your favourite friendship stuck in a time loop together, using one and ignoring the other, or even mixing them around as you see fit. anything and everything goes!

Jack and Ianto's relationship means so much to me.

Ianto disliking public displays of affection, so Jack, the most affectionate person in the entire galaxy, refrains from behaving how he always behaves.

But then again ianto is anxious attachment, and Jack is avoident.

Ianto who craves affection but is awkward and uncomfortable with it in public, who thrives off of genuine Intamicy. Vrs Jack who hides behind grand guestures but runs and hides from those quiet, true moments of intimatcy that ianto thrives off of.

They're made for each other, but like... Antonyms. They're each others perfect foils.
