Hi I’m Audrey! Yes, I looked outside. The window was open when it happened, so it wasn’t by my choice. Now I’m a vending machine!

Well, the biggest "crime" was that some roaches didn't agree with me being prime minister, and wanted me to become king instead. Those roaches were brought to me, so I explained why I preferred a democracy over a monarchy. They eventually relented, restoring peace for roachkind.
There was a time where a roach accidentally blew up around a hundred other roaches. That little guy lives with me now since all of the other roaches have ostracized it. In fact, most of the roaches in my apartment are outcasts in their own ways. I guess my house is seen as some sort of rehabilitation center??
As for how many roaches there are, well. I don't have an exact number. We don't really do a census. If I had to estimate, there's probably at least a trillion of them.
They also went to war with wriggly Fred one time while you were away.

[Charlotte felt as if she's been going in circles for hours now, which had been... oddly helpful at somewhat remembering the layout of her floor, at least. She'd have to try and make a note of all the rooms and hallways once she got back. The constant squeaking noises she's been hearing all along were very overwhelming, even with her headphones on. Jeez, this just kept getting worse. Her floor was a maze AND had a possible rat infestation?]
[But she didn't have to worry about that for long when she finally stumbled upon the elevator and the red vending machine next to it. Was there always a vending machine here? She.. wasn't too sure. For a second she wondered if this was the vending machine that she was told about before. But.. it looked pretty normal to her! Someone who turned into a vending machine would probably look different, right?]
[Anyways, she was admittingly thirsty, wandering around for an undisclosed amount of time did that to you. So she reached into her pocket and pulled out a dollar coin and put it in the vending machine.]
*the machine has several normal options: cola, orange juice, juice box, but one of them stands out. ‘Advice’. It looks like the text on the button was drawn on in sharpie*

"Let's see, uh.. cola, orange.. juice box.. advice.. wait, what..?"
[Now that had the young girl a bit confuzzled, she knew that most vending machines didn't dispense advice! But... considering her circumstances in this place, she definitely needed some. Some after getting a can of cola for herself, she put another coin into the slot and pressed the 'Advice' button.]
[Honestly she had no idea what to expect from this, but hopefully something good would come from this and not something dangerous!]

It seems as though he doesn't fully recognize her, although no explosive shells have been shot yet. A good sign. Many eyes under the fairly sizable army helmet squint when trying to make out what's in front of him. Trying to read what's on a small can on the ground is proving to be challenging, especially in such dark conditions.

Another one of those cans. While he does pause to read it, it is still inevitably crushed flat under a large clawed hand. So is the other one, while he's at it.
Quit spillin' cans all over my apartment! I didn't look outside, the outside came to me! Some varmints tricked me into opening the door!

[ Shes abit out of the loop of brands and assumed little of it being not a soda brand so she clicked it, and pulled out a quarter. Once again dumbfounded when she kept fumbling and struggling to deposit a quarter. ]

[ She's suspicious about it now but picked it up, and looked at it, looking for the can. Wondering what company sold these off soda cans and...why this machine one had that as a option. ]
[ she fixed her reading glasses on her face temporarily to read the supposed logo ]
*as madison attempts to grab the can from the dispenser tray, the opening attempts to chomp down on her arm!*
*luckily she manages to grab the drink in time and is unharmed*
