Honestly, I have been thinking about this since Fern here in my golbfinn Au got free while staying alive from the curse and now he's himself which will make him feel a lot of things like guilt and disappointment in himself for all the stuff he did like almost killing Finn several times and when he was working with gumbald trying to destroy the Candy Kingdom and other stuff this stuff forced him to grow more mature because unlike Finn, Fern (mini Finn) didn't have the chance to experience the stuff that made Finn grow mature, him and Jake won't do that good at the beginning because firstly Fern would feel so much guilt to be with Jake, and Jake having to see a person looking so familiar to his gone golby brother won't set right to him but they would work out on that .

This is even sadder after the newest episodes of Fionna and Cake. She lost a loved one AGAIN and once more she could do nothing to save them.

And considering she likely knew of Fern, to have such heartbreak and pain come from her love's close friend probably re-opened the old wound of her loss and twisted the knife 360 degrees to add insult to injury

Hey so what if there had been a Live Stream in the Losers Corner? :)) Gangle and Pomni would've watched Jax bullshitting around his lies and his grade A++ masking skills like I see you motherfucker while Kinger and Zooble would have sensed a deep vibe between the losers on the screen. Meanwhile Ragatha doesn't know what the hell is going on.

I wouldn't have wanted this to actually happen in canon for various reasons, but the idea of the crew, seeing Jax, who they have known for years, so emotionally open in a way that they just can't recognize, makes my brain giggle.
