today was a special day. it was tsurugi's birthday and it was the perfect day to

repay all the kindness the human has shown to him. quietly slipping out of his bed, he

made his way to the kitchen after he checked up to see if tsurugi was still asleep.

surely enough, he was. humans has this tradition of sorts called breakfast in bed

and he knew how much the latter liked his cooking. looking through the kitchen for

the necessary ingredients, klaus rolled up his sleeves before getting his magic

starting. gladly for him, he didn't need to use the fuel for the stove. fire magic was

pretty convenient at times.

once breakfast was finished, klaus placed his hands on his hips before he

muttered to himself, thinking deeply about a serious topic. ❝ as for the cake... should

i make it red velvet or chocolate ? maybe both... i remember buying the ingredients

for red velvet, hopefully they're in the pantry where i left them... ❞
