since i have. 6 followers. i decided to MAKE AN INTRO POST!!

ive wanted to make one ever since creating my first tumblr blog, but because i dont really have any followers, i always thought it would be "embarrassing" or "stupid". but i dont really care right now so.. yeah

☆ you can call me... drumroll please...... ASE!! this isnt my real name but i was thinking about the word "aspec" and forgot about the "p". so my name on this blog is ase now.

☆ experimenting with pronouns or smth.. you can call me whatever you want

☆ this blog will **mainly** be about aplatonicism, but the occasional aro post may show up

☆ practically everything-ambivalent. friendship, romance, touch, aesthetic (found here), familial, and probably more

☆ there may be times where i "over-explain" something. i do this because i dont want to be misinterpreted.

☆ incase you couldnt tell by the blog name, THIS IS A VENTING ACCOUNT!! alothough (im keeping that in idc) most/half of it isnt venting. i will put a warning and "keep reading" thing at the top of vents. if something i post is a vent but doesnt have a warning, please just leave a comment or reblog (or whatever the easiest way of communication is for you) telling me to put a warning (or vice versa)

im actually so fucking tired of hearing "do you not have any emotions" im gonna rip my fucking hair out

someone whos considerably older than me (not some random stranger its someone i know) told me they loved me and it made me uncomfortable so i mentioned it to my mom and she was like "he probably didnt mean it in a creepy way" and i know it was most likely a "hey youre someone i care about" thing but it still made me upset but THEN she was like "idk why youre so damaged and unable to comprehend love cause ive always shown love to you but some people just show love like that" and its been like an hour so i dont completely remember the wording but shut upppp yeah man idk why im like this either. i dont know why i was born like this. but i genuinely dont understand why she had to add that parttt like??? what does me being "damaged" have to do with this?????? and she said "i know youre gonna be emotional about it anyways-" YEAH BECAUSE IT MADE ME UNCOMRTABLE??????????? gughhhhh...................................

hi guys so i know literally no one cares about this blog but im sorry for disappearing for like 1 1/2 months (? i think), i made a new blog in february and it quickly became my most popular blog so all my energy has been going towards that blog (i also just have been too lazy in general to write a post here) but irl stuff HAS happened so this is just a few events (that i remember)

i explained aplatonicism to TWO people (i didnt actually SAY aplatonic and for one it was just "i dont feel platonic bonds" but im counting it) and neither of them were like ??? what the fuck is wrong with you in fact, one of them said "does that also extend into family?" which was so incredibly cool

my mom just flat out asked if i was depressed and was like "well you havent been sleeping more...." (maybe cause im not depressed) and said i should consider getting a therapist

i still havent talked to 2/3 irl friends and honestly life hasnt been that much worse (and the other friend and i havent talked that much but thats just cause of schedules and stuff)

oh yeah for the blog i started i came out to someone else as apl and fae was also fine with it

my mom hasnt mentioned that one time she tried to force me to come out last month (she also hasnt said sorry?????) and i dont think theres been any "we have to fix WHATEVERS wrong with our relationship......." stuff

im trans now :3 (technically i always was but yknow) still he/it, theres just a couple xenogenders thrown in there^^

because of the blog i have at LEAST 11 mutuals (theres a system in there and idk how to count them) and actually quite a few of them are aspec so thats cool but i havent seen anything other than aro/aroace (other than that one time i mentioned asensuality) so idk what the general opinion is on non-aro/ace labels are and i have no clue when/how im gonna come out to them cause of just like. the nature of the group we refer to each other as brother/family labels and we say ily a lot (cause of the "brother/family labels" thing) so uhhhhhh.. but i havent felt any repulsion for them and also theyre really nice so hopefully its fine and everything will go swimingly
