Hey there space angels. Sometimes, Feelings are just too big — and trying to slip into headspace feels harder than usual. When you're feeling sad, overwhelmed, or even like you're just too in your head, take a look at these few tips to ease yourself into regression ︶︶︶︶ ★ ︶︶︶︶

⧼ 1 ⧽ Comfort media

Turn on your favorite comfort movies or shows. Sometimes having background noise, or something to watch/listen to can help get your mind off the negative thoughts

⧼ 2 ⧽ Snuggles

Snuggle up with your CG/Stuffies/or even a blanket! Try nesting in bed (gathering pillows and blankets to make a "nest"), to feel safe, and secure

⧼ 3 ⧽ Lighting

Turn off your main light/dim it or turn on a lamp/other soft lighting. Having a lower light actually can improve your mood by promoting relaxation, comfort, and a sense of tranquility. All important parts to regressing

⧼ 4 ⧽ Let our your emotions

Sometimes, allowing yourself to cry, scream, yell, or "destroy" things is the best way

Ideas and updates

Hi guys! Yes, i know, "you said you were coming back!!" I did... but uh, my mental health is incredibly troublesome and burnout is long. Im constantly in a weird state of "i can do it all at once, i need to do everything !!!!!!!!!!" to "sleep. only sleep" right around do "whats the point of everything" and mind numbing numbness. BUT, i have come up with an idea

Instead of attempting to post every day each week, i will instead be posting every other week! The schedule wont change, but there will be some breaks in between posts to keep me sane
