You were an ANGEL

I have decided to use Tumblr to express how I feel about a wonderful woman who I barely knew. Her name was Thomasa. She passed away and her wake is today July 5th. I decided not to go because I am not much of a funeral person and I honestly didn't feel like going because I didn't know who it was, until just a few seconds ago. She was very well known at my parish and had no kids. She was an amazing person. There are so many people in my community so it is hard for me to remember everyone by their name. But now I remember who you were. You used to love seeing me at church when I got back home from school. You loved me so much and every time you saw me you had a huge smile on your face. My gosh you were full of love, happiness, beauty and so much more. You were a proud POC! A hispanic woman who cared so much about me without personally knowing me. I am hurt to know that you are gone and I no longer will get to share these amazing encounters with you. I cared for you and loved you so much because you loved and cared for me without really knowing me. You are an Angel and are resting now next to our loving FATHER. May God bless you and may you rest in peace beloved.
