Festibow and Garlenza! Two normal type pokemon of the Verdemont region Festibow evolves at level 20 while holding an incense, which then determines it's form as a Garlenza, the body doesn't grow but it gains a wreath like structure and the coloration of its bow changes. Garlenza also seems to have a move all it's own called "Party Bomb" which does different damage types depending on the form.
