Had to share this here because you're right and you should say it. It's incredible how many people came out of the woodwork as soon as AO3 was down and suddenly had no compunctions at all about screaming how much they love and need fanfic--on the AO3 twitter. Is it so much harder to do in the comment section?

At this point I don't care anymore if people call me entitled or think I'm out of line. If fanfic is so meaningful to you that you cannot go half an hour without, let alone 24h, then you can get over yourself long enough to write a fucking comment. No excuses.

Mary can do the best makeup base and pretty much always wears a full face, she's given literally everyone who wears makeup in the group tips.

Marlene can do absolutely killer eyeliner which she also does pretty much every day.

Sirius wears anything from a full face of makeup (courtesy of Mary and Marlene's teaching because of course his family didn't teach him) to nothing depending on how he's feeling.

Dorcas can do magic with highlighter or glitter, she taught herself because it made her feel pretty when she started transitioning (mtf Dorcas my love).

James occasionally wears glitter he got from Dorcas because she noticed him staring at it when Regulus introduced them, he also wears concealer sometimes because he gets acne and is pretty insecure about it.

Pandora does the most extravagant eye looks ever and literally nothing else.

Regulus can contour like nobody's business, he learned from his mother to do makeup pre-transition because he needed to "uphold the family image" and continued to do it after a while when he came out because he loved it.

Barty learned to do eyeliner from Marlene in order to pisd off his Dad, because he loves it and because it makes Evan feral.

Lily, Peter, Evan and Remus don't really do makeup and are always waiting around before they go out as a group because they take about half as long to get ready.
