Hello! Here's a more recent Tarot Commission for someone on Bluesky. The character's named Sinara ✨A gorgeous blood-elf that I absolutely loved painting.
I think the hardest part was to find a suitable pose for this kind of framing and balancing all the elements + the magical effects in order to have a good composition that doesn't feel too overcrowded. I even changed the position of the head long after I had rendered it just to see if it looks better and re-painted a lot of things.
Took me about a month to finish this but I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

To dig out old fanfic stories from various video games and rework them into original work.
I mean, I do have my own original stuff I should finish (I am editing the first book and having a good time, but during the more dry parts of the story I am doing anything else than edit 😅), BUT its rather fun to explore other worlds especially this one that I completely forgot that I had created a bigass story about within the game itself.
FYI, this is my The Elder Scrolls characters, specifically the story I spun about my Dragonborn and how my Hero of Kvatch ends up clashing. (I personally love it so much, but I can't for the life of me get into reading all of the TES lore to make sure everything is right so I say fuck it and just make my own stuff 😆)
I am considering to either full on write my Stardew Valley fic as it is or if I should rewrite that one as well... But that might be something I will do whenever I finish everything else. (Nah, will probably procrastinate from my procrastination and do it anyway 🥴)

The world is an absolute shithole nowadays and I've less and less wanted to do anything creative, but at the same time, I really want to do something to get my mind on something else 🥲 I've been reading a lot as usual, I want to actually try and get somewhere with my story with all my OCs, such as making cool artwork and character sheets and such...
I've been using Ellipsus as my main writing site to write on my stories, the one that is my forever project is the one I finally want to throw myself at, since I constantly get new ideas for it! (though it's always plotpoints that aren't relevant until 3 books later than where I am at 🙈)
Lowkey also considering to make the story without any main romance or spice for the sake of getting the story on focus, but also considering to maybe just make an extra bonus content that is the "what if this character and that character did the kiss" or something like that...

I had been organizing this event three years in a row over at my artblog @artofmisi and people kept asking me, and they say three time’s the charm, so I went for it as a way of having things organized in one blog, and so people who want to participate in my version of this event can have an updated and controlled place to stay informed. Also, I just love OCkiss :P
• Has OCkiss been organized by other people?
Absolutely, and I take no credit for their idea nor their work! As far as I’m aware of, @/becausedragonage is the first one who did it on this post in 2016 with #ockiss16, and then @/slavetothemocha followed with #ockiss17 the following year on this post. From 2018 until this day, I have organized it every year. I’m not aware of other people organizing it, but if you do, please let me know and I will add them to this list!
• Is OCkiss exclusive to Tumblr?
You can participate and post on your preferred social media, however, OCkiss will only be sharing entries here on Tumblr. There are two reasons for it: 1) I really want to help reblog culture on this site, and promote creators by sharing their work and 2) I simply don’t have time to check every social network!
• Why is it in February / will it always be in February?
Why: because I want to fill St. Capitalism-dressed-as-Love week with genuine enthusiasm and love towards original characters and their creators. So yes, this version of the event on this blog will always be organized for whatever week Valentine’s falls on that year.
I love sitting down in the evening and trying to decide what activity I should do to unwind and then realizing an hour later that I have neither done an activity nor unwound

I'm writing this one project that suddenly appeared out of nowhere in my mind and now I am slowly getting to the end of the first book and it fricking scares me, because I love it, but I am not sure if it will ever be read by anyone else as long as I am terrified of publishing it. 😭
Currently about to cry over my own damn story as if I wasn't the one who wrote all this sad sappy shit. I am considering opening up for alpha readers, but then comes the fear of making a fool out of myself to people who willingly want to read something that is WIP. 🫠
