For those just getting started on your "becoming her" journey, here's some tips to start...(also for those who's seasonal depression has popped in for a visit)
Start with s shower and put on some real clothes. (no need to explain yourself in your head, just do it)
Eat a meal you actually enjoy (doesn't have to be the healthiest, baby steps)
Find a book you enjoy (audible is a good app to start with if you don't enjoy physical books, also it doesn't need to be self help, just something you enjoy)
Light some candles, and throw on some music you enjoy. (I like Sade or Alina Baraz stations on Pandora).
Clean a corner in your space that has been bothering you for awhile. (Remember baby steps)
Do a brain dump in a notebook or start journaling minimal five minutes a day.
Get some fresh air everyday. (If you work from home, go outside for ten minutes in the morning and during your break)
Don't sit on your phone all day (especially when you first wake up)
Delete anyone on social media who brings your mood down or makes you feel bad about yourself.
Find shows, YouTube videos, and influencers that align with what you're trying to become. (please keep in mind influencers will not always show you the bad, their jobs are to show all the highlights of their life. But it helps that the content is inspirational and a reflection of where your trying to go in life)
Dig deep into your religion and or spirituality. (This will help guide you, remember religion and spirituality is for you and your guidance. It doesn't mean beat others in the head with it)
HYDRATE!! (I feel like I can't stress this enough, try to drink 2-4 bottles daily to start)
Character traits of high value women
be interesting to yourself. learn, grow and stay curious.
show interest but never chase a man. never chase anyone. you have all the options in the world. chasing means you’re desperate when you should be eluding exclusive mysterious confident energy.
be authentic and expressive. never hide your emotions (share them in a controlled way) people connect with vulnerability and softness.
stick to your boundaries and stop feeling bad for saying “no”. you don’t live for others.
learn to love your feminine energy. femininity is power. you just don’t see it now because its probably under layers of trauma and defense mechanisms.
it’s ok to change your mind, walk and away and do what feels right for you.
take care of your body, mind and soul. when you truly love yourself, you are dedicated to becoming the best you, and that shows in your appearance and all that is you.
How to survive a down-phase
Hey girlies,
I am pretty sure that every single one of us has experienced a down-phase at some point.
For me it mostly happens after I let myself down.
Like, if I went to dinner with a few friends and swore that I would order a salad and only one drink. Well, we all know how this goes sometimes. Our friends order burgers with fries or steaks with wedges and a few cocktails. It’s natural that sometimes we give in and also order a burger and have a few drinks.
That’s completly natural and fine. What’s not natural and fine? The following down-phase. The beating yourself up and letting yourself go after one failure.
But, how to survive a down-phase like this? I’ve wrote down some things that help me.
If you have sucidial thoughts or you want to harm yourself – obviously get yourself in therapy. That’s nothing you should handle on your own.
Don’t beat yourself up. Yes, you made a mistake. Did it kill you? No. Did you have fun eating this burger and drinking those cocktails with your friends? Well, then you’re good.
Take a shower. Even if it’s only ten minutes and you just quickly rinse your body and face with warm water. It’ll help you to relax and get those negative thoughts out of your head.
Limit your social media time. It won’t help you seeing all those other people enjoying their lives while you feel miserable.
Take a nap.
Make your next meal healthy and filling. Go for something like a salmon bowl with rice and veggies and a fruit salad for desert.
Breath fresh air. It doesn’t matter if you take a short walk or just sit next to an open window.
Stretch.
Watch your favorite movie.
Analyze your mistake. Why did you feel like ordering a burger and not the salad as you had planned? Is it because you did starve yourself the whole day before going to the restaurant, already full of fear that you couldn’t resist the burgers? Make sure you eat balanced and filling meals during the day next time.

LEARN TO TAKE PICS LIKE LORI
Pro Tip: To take your pics to a more polished level, study runway models and their red carpet pics/ video glimpses.
RULE #1 : STOP STANDING STILL
Master the skill of being still…enough to pause and pose for a clear shot while being in a steady motion enough for the photographer to take a variety of pics in a matter of seconds. View the visuals below as an example:
Make sure you move enough. Feet. Hips. Chin Up. Chin Down. Turn to the side. Let me break it down how I learned:
One Leg Linda
This is a reliable pose for a charity event pic and to poke your leg out of a sexy slit dress.
Stand Straight
Arch Back
Straighten Chin & Shoulders
Step One Leg Out
Step Back- No Legs Out
Step (Other) One Leg Out
Step Back- No Legs Out
Remember how we mentioned moving in motion? Now that you’re back standing straight, you’re going to move into your next pose:
Side Step Sally
There’s a couple of different ways to jazz this pose up. Repeat the same process as above, however stepping slightly to the left AND right.
RAZZLE DAZZLE IDEAS
Step OUT and then to the SIDE, as Lori is doing in the black pic
Step OUT, angle your foot to show the side of your heel and FLEX your calf and POINT your toes. Former Stripper tip!
Point your HEAD and FOOT (of the leg out) as if you were posing facing forward for three different individuals were photographing you. It allows you to capture multiple angles of your face profile, body shape and outfit.
Pro Tip: Have your photographer (your date, bf, etc.) step to their right and left (or move the camera) before you break a pose, capturing THREE DIFFERENT ANGLES of ONE pose.

Hip n’ Heels
This is my favorite because you can capture your Facebook family friendly pics while getting your sexy “you see this booty” pics for the gram.
Prepare to move in a North-South-East-West motion.
Straighten Back
Place Hand on Hip
Cross your preferred foot over the other (as Lori is doing in the first pic)
Move Chin in a Traffic Light Motion every 2 seconds (Red, Yellow, Green) to capture front facing pics.
Turn your HEAD to the left
Turn your HEAD to the right
Uncross Feet
Repeat 6& 7
Look Back (At It) as Lori is doing in the pic to the right while moving chin in traffic light motion.
Pose as if you’re a socialite who has to prepare to be photographed by paparazzi.
