Surprisingly high amount of women. The toilets were not empty in the interval but admittedly the queue was very quick and i also think there was something else on at the time💀

the theatre was soooo ridiculously hot but I don't think it impacted my enjoyment cos i loved it despite the fact i had a restricted view and was peeling my legs off my seat the whole time
saw people saying the audience stuff was shit but i thought it was great. One woman said she believed some humans are born inherently evil "they have wrong brains" who said she did environmental work offshore😭

one of the smoke machines was not working....i do not know if this was planned or not i couldn't tell tbh but he did say something about "of all the places it had to be inverness" so maybe this is one of the initial mistakes that is going to become purposeful later on? the parts at the start/end of the interval were great with the intro of the man wulf....soo funny and i liked the loose "story"(dont know what to call it. Premise?) more than i thought
the man wulf suit looks fucking amazing....the massive fake claws and tiny stuck on penis are so funny but the rest of the suit looks great too....BOILING though. i mentioned above the theatre was unbelievably hot so i cant imagine how he was feeling in THAT
the physical comedy with trying to sit down in the full suit was great....the real nerd in me sort of wished it went on longer because he stopped at the logical time rather than his usual grating repetition method. still very funny though
HE SUNG AGAIN. both a bit of shit american accent man wulf singing AND a song at the end. The ending song was soo good with actual good singing interspersed with a very very funny impression of bob dylan's different eras😭😭😭
he got a HUGE cheer at the end SO LOUD. i mean it was a louder ending cheer than when i saw nine inch nails at the co op live which is a pretty huge venue compared to this little indie theatre. hurt my ears a little but that's a positive
tried not to spoil so much because it was sooooo good all the way through that it'd be hard to pick parts out....very very funny and was so worth enduring the horrific heat for. maybe less sharp and experimental than some of his older shows but "not his best" for stewart lee is a high high compliment
