i will never understand the gax shippers who portray max as a self-absorbed and violent psychopath like i really don't care what anyone thinks of anybody i'm not the fun police but it's a little ridiculous how you can be invested enough in a guy to write fanfic with mostly him in it and said guy is max and you somehow come away from watching more than 10 minutes of his interviews thinking those are his primary characteristics. max who watches a martial arts demonstration and winces when somebody else gets hit because he felt it hit him too. max who feels bad about swearing on the radio because GP's family is watching. max who hates being late because it's not nice to make other people wait for you. max who is kind of terrified of sharks. and doesn't watch new movies because he already knows the ones he likes.

Had a go at writing something small. Still new characters to me so just playing around with them at the moment so not sure how this turned out.

Max likes to pretend that he doesn’t pay any attention to social media but that is not entirely true. He doesn’t post as often as he once did but lately he has been keeping a rather keen eye on proceedings. And that is entirely Dani’s fault. 

Max has had loyal people around him in the past. He’s had people who look out for his best interests and who defend him publicly when the criticism gets a little too ridiculous but he’s not quite sure anyone has done so with quite as much flair as Dani seems to display. 

As Max lets himself into Dani’s apartment he is still giggling about a particularly ferociously funny tweet that was directed at a well renowned journalist who had made the mistake of suggesting Max had perhaps gone a little too quick out of the gates during their 24 hour exploits.

“Should I be worried about what you are doing?” Max teases as he sees Dani relaxed on the couch, phone in hand as he plots out his next tweet. 

“Just protecting your honour princess,” Dani smirks and Max tries not to blush at the pet name. 

“You’re going to get yourself into trouble,” Max warns as he throws his bag to the side and wastes little time making his way over to the couch and getting down on his knees. The look on Dani’s face is almost as amusing as his tweets, eyes widening in surprise whilst flickering with a knowing excitement. 

“What …” Dani doesn’t finish his thought, just trails off into a near breathless choking sound as Max grabs for his sweatpants. 

“A reward,” Max mumbles as he encourages Dani to shuffle his pants and boxers down, “Don’t stop what you’re doing though, I need someone out there defending me, no?”

Max smiles to himself at the confused look on Dani’ face, his phone is still gripped in one hand but his gaze is now firmly on Max as the Dutchman starts pressing kisses to his thighs. 

“You want me to ..”

“You should definitely keep tweeting,” Max smirks but then doesn’t get to hear the response because whatever thought Dani is about to express dies entirely as Max slides his mouth around his dick. 

Max hums contently at the familiar stretch of his lips and the usual weight against his tongue. Above him Dani is making some sort of half hearted attempt to follow orders and tap something out on his phone. Max just hopes he isn’t live blogging this whole thing. Dani is a little unpredictable, especially when he is let loose on social media. 

Max suddenly gets a bit  carried away and splutters as he feels pressure at the back of his throat. A little gagging never hurt him though and he increases his efforts, moving more vigorously as saliva drips from his lips leaving his chin wet and sticky. 

Dani’s breath quickens and his hand slides down to find the back of Max’s head, fingers gripping lighting into his hair to guide him, phone now abandoned to the side

Max gets into a nice rhythm but it doesn’t really take all that long after that. The grip on Max’s hair gets tighter, the bucking of Dani’s hips get a little faster and Max can tell Dani is close because his thigh muscles are all clenched tight. Max pulls off just so he can hear the desperately frustrated sound it elicits from Dani but then goes straight back to what he was doing, sliding his lips right down the length until his nose is pressed against pubic hair and he is coughing and spluttering as he feels warmth in his mouth and spilling down the back of his throat. 

Max pulls off and wipes the spit away from his chin and looks up through his lashes, lips pouted so he can silently convey what he wants. Which Dani obliges of course, despite still being breathless and red faced. The older man leans down and presses a kiss softly to Max’s lips. 

Max sits for a few moments, head lulled on one of Dani’s thighs as Dani strokes his hair gently.

“I have to go shower now,” Max smiles as he eventually gets to his feet and takes a moment to steady himself. He is visibly hard, he hopes that is enough of a hint for Dani to know he is absolutely supposed to follow him through to the shower.

“You want me to …”

“Yes,” Max nods, “Give me a moment though.” 

Max bounces off through to the bathroom leaving Dani still looking a little dazed. The Dutchman turns the shower on and makes sure there are towels on the heated towel rail. Its only when he pokes his head back around the living room door that he realises they are no longer alone. 

Max watches quietly as Jules’ lips slide against Dani’s. They’re so familiar with each other, the way their bodies slot together, hands wrapped around each other. Like they were both made to exist together. They really do make a beautiful couple..

“I didn’t know you were here,” Jules looks up and meets Max’s gaze and then gives Dani another quick peck on the lips before climbing over the back of the couch to make sure Max also gets the same attention, lips slotted against Max’s, arms sliding around his waist. 

And okay, maybe couple is no longer the right word. Because Max gets to be part of this beautiful crazy relationship now.

“We were just about to take a shower,” Dani tells Jules. He still looks a little out of it,  his cheekbones a healthy shade of red, pupils slightly blown. 

“Sounds good,” Jules hums and drags his top off and throws it to the side as he heads through to the shower, beckoning for Max and Dani to follow him though. 

Apparently the word now is throuple. Max does’t much care what the word for it is, all he cares abut is that he has two amazing people looking out of him now. And two hot guys to join him in the shower.

no other max ship is ever gonna live up to maxiel. it will always be THAT max ship ok. and i mean in like every sense. romantic, platonic, familial, whatever. its always gonna be maxiel.

cuz daniel’s got a big nose and max thinks its perfect even if daniel thinks its too big. cuz max likes that daniel’s smile can make the atmosphere feel so positive. cuz daniel’s glad if it cant be him its max. cuz max said he never actually wanted daniel to leave. cuz daniel knew if he asked max would. cuz max would listen if it was daniel.

cuz theyre always going to share the number 3 because max asked and daniel wouldn’t, didn’t, say no.
