Bill Cipher Zine

Hey guys if you'd ordered the bill cipher zine ("We'll Meet Again") I just wanted to make you aware, chargeback time limits are coming up if not already passed for most payments.

Preorders were August 9 - Sept 13 (2025), PayPal has one of the longest chargeback periods available at 180 days, and checking 180 days from Sept 1st is in two days, Feb 28th. So you still have time if you ordered in September and also used PayPal, lol.

I'm bringing this up because there has been shockingly few updates for the zine project since preorders ended almost 6 months ago. Last post on any of their socials was in December, and before that nothing since mid September. I have friends scared to speak out about it, and I'm not saying it's an intentionally malicious crew running it but I mean, as far as I'm aware there's proof of like, 1 piece of merchandise being made at this point.

Like it doesn't have to be anything personal, you can file a chargeback if you can/want, I don't think that's so crazy for a project that hasn't updated customers. If you don't wanna do/cant do a chargeback, like at least put some pressure on the mods to update.

As a contributor we’ve also been pressing for updates in our own section of this discord but have gotten very few updates. To be clear the zines have not even been ordered yet, I don’t think the zine is finished being formatted.

I would encourage people to start pressing for more updates from the zine! A lot of people worked really hard on this and you all paid money for that work as well as for charity; if there are reasonable delays they need to be communicated.
