It was only a matter of time before I made a Cookie Run Kingdom OC. And since my childhood special interest in Ancient Egypt has recently been reignited, I of course had to make a denizen of the Golden Cheese Kingdom!

This here is Sharp Cheese Cookie, and they're a guard of the Golden City. They're a bit of a silly guy, kinda laid back and chill, but show yourself to be a threat to the Golden Sovereign and her gleaming city, and you will feel their bite.

Have a very old piece of art of my OC Limbo from around 2009. I still adore this piece.

Limbo isn't actually missing half his face by the way, it's a symbolic representation of how Limbo straddles the line between life and death. As a servant to celestial powers he has far out-lived his mortal life, and he is essentially a dead man walking, if the celestials no longer have need of his service, his contract will end, he will lose his immortality, and immediately die of old age. As part of his job as a bounty hunter he gets to decide how much collateral damage he causes carrying out his contracts, he literally can choose who lives and who dies. And he gets to decide if that end will be swift, or if he will make you linger in that limbo between life and death for his own twisted amusement.

Been feeling very dysphoric and depressed these past few days and wanted to vent through art. But as I started to sketch I realized that the reason it's been worse than normal lately is because of recent world politics. And I got angry.

Something felt very right about drawing the sona that represents my quiet, anxious side angry. I definitely feel a lot better now, so that's great!

Listened to a lot of Skillet on repeat while drawing this, mostly The Resistance, Rise and Not Gonna Die

Tortles are tricky to draw, but wanted to try and get my vision for my Cleric Sachiko down on paper. She's based on a red-footed tortoise.

She does normally wear stuff (a tabard, as well as a belt and backpack to hold all her things), but this was mostly to figure out what her anatomy would be like.

Thought I'd draw my Webfishing sona since I'm really enjoying this little game.

No name for this kitty yet, but he's an old guy that enjoys relaxing by the water, trying to break his record for smallest fish of each kind. He prefers fishing the lake but enjoys quiet company and will set up in other places to fish alongside people.

He also has a bit of a dodgy knee, and uses the blade he wears as a makeshift cane when it starts to play up.

Something kinda vent-y, the past few days have had a lot of ups and downs for me. Sometimes it feels like I'm being dragged back down into some dark places, but there's always some kind of light I can reach out for and cling to.

Warning for the speedpaint below, the music I used is about depression, anxiety, executive dysfunction, and self-loathing. Maybe don't listen to it if that might upset you.

Finally made a ref for my awful lady-drake, Sindra.

She's the main antagonist in my OC world, the leader of an extensive crime network. Her specialty is normally assassination and extortion, but recently she's set her heart on a much more heinous crime. One day I'll get to writing the story that she and most of my OCs are a part of.
