Ability 1: Flying ace - Michael makes sure the skies stay clear. Highly efficient at shooting down enemy aircraft. At the same time he's much harder to shoot down than Nick Rye or Adelaide Drubman.

Ability 2: Recon - As a fighter pilot Michael doesn't only shoot down enemies but also does reconnaissance. So long as Deputy has Michael in the sky he will tag the enemy outposts and other strategic objects, making them visible on the map.

HISTORY

Michael was born in Montréal, Quebec in Canada. Lost his father at the age of 6. After that his mother, Monique Arnnoe raised him alone. Since young age Michael wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and enter the Royal Canadian Air Force. After 4 years of rigorous education and training in the Regular Officer Training Program Michael entered the RCAF at the age of 20 in 2002. In January 2003 Michael joined the military exchange program with the US Air Force. Despite his age and lack of experience Michael was involved in the Air Campaign in Second Gulf War.

After that Michael stayed in the US for the next three years and was relocated to Dobbins Air Reserve Base 22 minutes from downtown Atlanta. That's where he first met John Seed who was going by John Duncan at the time. During the months two of them got extremely close, forming a highly codependent relationship. Said relationship was moving so fast that in less than two years John was getting ready to propose. Before that could happen Michael went to Montreal to take care of some business before moving to the states. That is when he found out that John has been meddling in Michael's legal affairs to prevent him from returning to Canada. After finding out about it Michael decided to return to Canada for good.

Two years prior to Joseph Seed's arrest and following chaos with the PEG taking control of the Hope County, Michael had to retire from the RCAF due to debilitating fibromyalgia. To cope with this drastic change in his lifestyle and chronic pain, Michael started travelling around the world in attempt to find a new direction. In 2018 he set off to the US to meet old friends and acquaintances. That is exactly how the pilot ended up in Hope County.

Michael arrived to Hope County to meet up with the combat medic that once saved his life in Iraq: Vlad Kovalenko. What was supposed to be only a short visit devolved into a mess after unsuccessful arrest of Joseph Seed set off the cult, leading to the escalation. Without hesitation Michael sided with the locals in the fight against the PEG, although mostly not for humanitarian reasons. Arnnoe didn't miss the opportunity to get on the plane and start hunting down the cultists' aircraft, making himself one of the most wanted Resistance members. Never misses a chance to do something to upset John Seed, such as demolishing the YES sign or helping to take over Seed Ranch.

This is completly false. Rabbit shut down because they had no business model, were making no money whatsoever, and went bankrupt. What Rabbit did (host and stream remote-control virtual machines) is not inherently illegal by any means.

Hyperbeam is the exact same thing and I've been using it for years for perfectly legal activities -- you can display maps for d&d games, have youtube watch parties, play tag-team neopets, whatever you like. It has full access to the internet, so could someone do illegal things? Probably. But you could also do illegal things with your normal web browser. Not my problem.

Unlike Rabbit, Hyperbeam has a side-hustle (main-hustle?) offering more advanced virtual machines to businesses and schools, so they do actually make money and should stick around longer.
