How To Deal With A Friendship Break-Up

Hi guys! So as y'all know this serves as a personal blog too. I recently went through a friendship break-up (yes this happens) and I wanted to share what I've learned both from making some mistakes and personal experience! If you're going through the loss of a friend these are essentially tips to help you get through it.

1. Don't message them. You're going to want to but they removed you for a reason.

2. Give them time. They might just be overwhelmed or have things going on. Try not to let the silence get to you. If they want to talk to you they will.

3. Stay off social media. Just period. Don't make posts, don't vague, it just makes things worse and might even make your ex-bestie more upset. Don't look at their posts either because that will probably just make you even more upset.

4. Try not to involve people. It's okay to confide in close friends but don't drag them into it. Try not to give names and keep it about general feelings such as what you could've done better.

5. If their friends get involved don't participate in cancel culture. Remember, these people only have one side. Even if they think they know you, don't give them your time of day. It will just be unneeded stress for you and maybe even your ex-friend.

6. Focus on other things. Read a book. Watch movies. Be you and don't beat yourself up!

7. Let yourself be sad. Seriously. You are hurt and have the right to be hurt too. Sit and cry it out or whatever you need to do but do it. You need it.

8. Don't just think of what went wrong. You and your friend were besties for a reason! Remember the good times too! This was a person you cherished and you have every right to think of that. It helps!

9. If they return, apologize. It doesn't matter who's right and who's wrong. Your friend got hurt enough to want to leave you. Apologize and respect the fact they've been hurt before anything else.

This is a gif of Shiro the Hedgehog! One of 5 born to Sonic and Shadow in an alternate world where Sonic has lady bits. The story about his stripes:

This boy was the last one to be born and he appears like a white hedgehog with blue-green eyes. However, he does have Black Arms DNA that was passed onto him but it's reclusive and he doesn't seem to have good control over it. He has stripes and his eyes can turn red but this only happens when he feels threatened. When he calms down they disappear. Shadow also studied the research of the ARK left behind and was able to make little inhibitors for any of the babies that have Black Arms traits as some of them have already exhibited signs of Chaos Control. Wouldn't want his children disappearing on him! You can see all the frames here in a photoset
