Albus Dumbledore is dead and the elder wand is missing. Loyal members of the Order of the Phoenix have been forced into hiding, those who did not were publicly executed. As for the remaining survivors they are offered the choice: Surrender, or die.
The Age of Victory has begun.
Flash forward a few years, Europe has been taken by the superior race of Wizards. A firm class system set in place to ensure magic blood remains as strong as possible and all undesirables are phased out. Purebloods sit at the top, under only The Dark Lord and his Death Eaters, intermarriage is maintained through these few families, often by arranged marriages. Under them are Half-bloods, still accepted as magical enough for society, though subject to many more regulations than Purebloods. The goal is that if half-bloods marry half-bloods their blood will begin to strengthen as muggles are bred out of their ranks.
Any child discovered to be a squib must be dealt with by the family (killed), or passed to the proper authorities who endeavour to ‘cure’ the child and bring out their hidden magic. These children have never been reunited with their family as most are killed in the experimentation process. A truth kept well hidden from all those but the highest families.
Muggle-borns may atone for their abomination of blood by ‘working’ for those of pure blood. However, a muggleborn caught in possession of a wand will be punished appropriately or imprisoned, in the case of an un-owned muggle-born in possession of a wand, the penalty is death.
Surviving muggles have been forced into the outskirts of civilization, they live in close, small quarters, many search desperately for work. The children who can afford to be educated are taught of their inferiority, learning skills and trades seen fit for their position in society. They continue to live in their primitive ways on a much smaller scale, clinging to the last remnants of their culture. Muggles will relate their current living to that seen in past European and World War II ghetto’s.
All muggle culture / and pro muggle culture works were banned, and muggle literature and music was collected and destroyed. All that remains is what was hidden away and kept from the prying eyes of the Death Eaters and The Guard ( Individually called Guardians). Muggle establishments are destroyed or remade into acceptable Wizarding ones, save for a few business left and established in the muggle sectors.
The European Ministry of Magic answers to The Dark Lord and his most loyal, all laws are created and passed by them and them alone. The Auror department has been replaced by The Guard, the Dark Lord’s ‘police force’ in charge of ensuring all laws are abided by. They answer directly to The Death Eaters. A Propaganda, or Informative Announcement department has been established, working closely with the Daily Prophet. And all muggle related departments have been abolished, replaced instead by the muggle-born registration committee and A branch of The Guard charged with controlling the muggle population and sectors.
By the early 90′s Voldemort’s reign has spread throughout the entirety of Europe and Africa, and most of Asia. The only places left relatively muggle safe are Oceania, and most of the America’s. Fear is rapidly spreading between Muggles and Wizards in those areas untouched, however many muggles attempt to flee their Wizard controlled countries in hope of a better life at the untouched edges of the world, risking death to do so.
Beneath the surface of Europe unrest is stirring. A young version of Albus Dumbledore created by his older self just days before his death lives on. Masquerading as a grandchild of the former Albus he leads the underground resistance as they search desperately for anything that might bring Lord Voldemort’s empire crashing to ruins. But with the elder wand missing and the Death Eaters growing more powerful by the day time is running out for the Order of the Phoenix; however,
