Steve who hates bothering people so he doesn't tell any of his friends that he's finally having his appendix removed.
The only problem is that the hospital refuses to go on with the surgery without someone there to accompany Steve.
It's a Wednesday afternoon. Everyone Steve knows is busy.
Dustin is in college in another state. Robin is working and Nancy is on a business trip. Joyce and Hopper are out of town visiting Will and Mike, and Lucas, Jane and Max have yet to come back from their road trip.
Technically, Steve could call Robin and ask if she could come to the hospital but, again, he just doesn't want to disturb his best friend when she's at work.
"I'm really sorry, Mr. Harrington," the receptionist says for the fifth time. "But you need someone here with you, or else you can't have your surgery."
"Fine, I'll find someone."
And Steve does find someone.
Ten minutes later, he comes back to the front desk with the guy who usually plays the guitar at the park in front of the hospital.
The guy is very well known among the hospital staff, a lot of nurses go out on their lunch breaks to listen to the guy play as they eat, so is not really a surprise when the receptionist recognizes him right away.
"Eddie? What are you doing here?"
Eddie shrugs, pointing at Steve. "This guy said he's gonna give me fifty bucks if I wait for him while he's in surgery."
"See? I'm not alone anymore," Steve huffs. "Can you take my appendix out now?"
I dont think people take me seriously when I say you can nerd out about your dr in my asks, messages, or comments. I AM HAPPY FOR YOU TO DUMP ANY AND ALL INFO ABOUT YOUR DR TO ME EVEN I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DR IS
I LOVE HEARING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE AND THEIR DR, PLEASE I WILL LISTEN, IT MOTIVATES ME AND I LOVE BEING APART OF COMMUNITY AND INTERACTING
a lot of people say shifting is as easy as breathing but they dont explain simply what it is - even if many of us "know"
shifting is moving your consciousness to another reality by making the other reality "more real" than your "current" reality. if you rely on your senses to see "which" reality you're in (which you are constantly shifting from anyway), you make your "current reality" "more real".
belief can be your 6th sense. if you believe you are in your desired reality more than you believe you're in your "current" reality, you're there.

I asked one of my (male) friends to stop using the phrase “man up” and he has been using “fortify” for the past two weeks instead and it’s just a little thing but honestly it makes a difference
and tbh it’s also pretty funny when I start to deflate in the library and he leans over and goes “FORTIFY”
