After creating and publishing Elturian Tails, a visual novel dating sim that answered the call for our beloved tieflings Zevlor, Rolan, & Dammon to be romancable, I am thrilled to announce a new adventure with a similar goal in mind.

Taking lessons learned from Elturian Tails and indulging in a bit of ambition, A Devil You Do will be the next chapter in my game development journey.

Though I'm tempted to share what's already been cooking, just as with Elturian Tails, I want to slowly reveal the game's progress through recurring updates... something to look forward to in the near future! 🖤

I'm finally allowed to post everything I draw in one of our local zines dedicated to BG3 Anniversary. Here's an art of Raphael's sticker, where maybe I got a bit carried away. Thinking about creating my own merch... Here are wips

Alright, but I unironically think that Raphael would be happily married. You know I am first in line to mock our pookie to dust, but it is truth.

Of course, if he chooses the classic power-gain marriage to have an archduchess, prenup, heirs, hell court etc, he deals with it easily, no one has any doubts. But. I mean the real marriage, not schemes.

You may suggest, it could be Tav or Durge, the Hero or the Villain, but… no. Okey, we'll categorize Durge as the power-gain marriage, but what's wrong with Tav? They have perfect dynamics, love-hate passion, the chasing and corruption are delicious, right? Indeed. A perfect romance, drama or even comedy. But here is the thing. Raphael is... boring. He is very, very pedantic, obdurate and petulant.

As a devil, Raphael is stubborn to accomplish his goals, he waits patiently, he acts immediately. But at home he wants comfort. I'm afraid to say this, but without his infernal greed Raphael is the immovable subject. Give him his perfect order and leave him alone. Anything outside his rules is an unforgivable intrusion. Die.

So what to do with this cherry grinch?

In fact, the answer is simple - his spouse loves his ridiculous decorum. Who would be this mysterious person? Anyone: demigod, fiend, random citizen, your isekaied accountant Barbara. Anyone who'd find Raphael's unbearable nature comforting is the one.

Similis simili gaudet. Once Raphael finds out they are match - boom. Two towels, two bathrobes, two pairs of slippers. And the most boring couple in millenia lives happily ever after.
